Maplewood Tree Service

Maplewood responded very quickly to my request for a quote. They provided a reasonable estimate and had availability that same day which was great. They gave a good price for some additional trimming that was needed and did a great job. They even went above and beyond with the clean up, removing debris and cleaning the driveway and flowerbeds that were not part of the quote. Leaving my yard in even better condition than before they had started. Would recommend and plan to use them for any future service.

This crew was awesome, they had an entire tree removed within 6 hours of accepting the free estimate.

Maplewood Tree Service was excellent! Matt gave us a very good and competitive estimate; he and the crew arrived just when promised; they did a thorough job: and their cleanup of all debris was outstanding. The work performed included removing a 35 ft tree and grinding out the stump; thinning and deadwooding three other large trees and two additional medium size trees; and removing one large shrub. I would definitely hire them again.

These guys were terrific. Great work neat and tidy. 2 huge trees came down and the clean up was intense but they did it and did a really great job. Excellent Very professional and cleaned up all areas

It was excellent! The gentleman that performed the tree, cutting and landscaping piece were amazing friendly, and it took the time to explain things to me… the men that worked together as a team worked efficiently, and were supportive of one another. No one tried to get out of a piece or part of their work The next day, the stump removal team arrived, and again, the team was courteous, friendly, and completed the job in an efficient and timely manner. My husband and I were impressed with how meticulous these teams were when cleaning up after completing the numerous tasks.

Maplewood always meets our agreed expectations and does a terrific job at a fair price.

Maplewood was great to work with. They were very responsive when I inquired for a quote, was upfront and honest about the work and the cost. Unlike other tree service companies that we've interacted with, they worked with us on our specific request for the tree we need serviced and understood our need to keep some of the wood (when other companies we've worked in the past pushed a "all-service or nothing" approach). Would definitely recommend.

I've seen the Maplewood Tree Service trucks in our neighborhood and had a neighbor recommend their work, so I thought I'd give them a call. Shane followed-up within five minutes and sent someone over to give us an estimate the same day. I've got 4 large trees on my property and they are now all trimmed away from my roof!

Fantastic! Matthew and Mike and their crew were so great to work with! Very efficient and courteous. They provided helpful advice about a dead tree and gave me ideas of how to handle it. They were fast and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone!

Maplewood trimmed four fruit trees for us. We have used them before for our pear tree. This time they did pear, peach, apple and crabapple trees. They do excellent work and the price was reasonable.

Maple Tree Service should serve as a mentor for other business! Customer service was superior and beyond expectation. Response to request was prompt. The representative was very courteous and proud of the company. Quote was given during initial visit and work date established. A follow up call resulted in the work being performed two days AHEAD of schedule. A large team of workers arrived and had the equipment needed to perform the work quickly and cleaned up all debris. Not only did they complete the work promised, but did additional work (no additional fee) voluntarily. Garden beds were cleaned, street gutter cleaned and a small bush trimmed as a complimentary service! Follow up from home office to verify customer satisfaction was within hours of the work. Kudos to the management of this company for their excellent business model.

Maplewood did a fantastic job removing a large tree and a lot of underbrush that had grown up along our fence line. Took away all the wood and left the yard super clean. They matched a competitor's quote and were able to do the work the next day. Definitely recommend them.

Matt gave me an estimate on the job in the morning and was even able to have his crew come at the end of that same day and take care of all my desperately needed tree trimming issues! Very pleased with the excellent work performed. Definitely will hire again.

I am new to state and needed some pruning based on home inspector opinions. I saw crew for Maplewood in neighborhood--good enough endorsement for me for a simple job. I got so much more. The sales person promptly phoned me back upon leaving my name with worker. He came over within hours and reviewed the trees on property and made several more recommendations to improve the health and appearance of the trees at the new home. I could not be more pleased with the final product of their word over the next 2 days. I feel the trees got the "therapy" they had needed! The team of 3 workers worked efficiently until after 7 pm, on first afternoon. came back when they said they would the following day, left yard pristine and all work was done as promised. The crew was courteous and very hard working!
