Description of Work: We were out of town for a huge storm and our 3 children (young adults) were by themselves. A 75 foot tree smashed our house, demolished our van in the driveway and left live electrical wires exposed. Brian Williams went to our house as soon as I called him from out of town and explained to the children what they could or could not do (our side door, for instance, was dangerous to use because of live wires) and came back the next day with an electrician. His company tarped the roof (major holes, one whole room destroyed)so that no water would leak through the holes in the roof (he did a great job we have had rain since but none inside the house) and set up the electric line to the main power source so that when AEP was able to get the electric on we would have access to their power. We feel blessed that we could count on Brian and will use him again! If I was in a position to do so, I'd pay him double.
