Maid to Satisfy

The company has not done anything for me. They have been bullying me into getting the service. They have been calling my wife and I non stop. They billed me $300 for a service they have not provided. He has threatened me and my wife with bodily harm. They call us from an unknown number.

The cleaning work was performed OK and the full invoice payment was made on the same day along with a payment of $20.00 as tip to the cleaners who performed the work. Two months later we received a letter from a debt collector "The Receivable Management Services LLC" for an amount of $127.90 as overdue amount. I have no idea where is this additional amount coming from. I checked Better Business Bureau for the rating of this service provider and realized right away the mistake I made by hiring their service. The rating of this organization is terrible in BBB. It is unfortunate to see such service providers listed in Angie's list. Such unethical, unprofessional, and unfair business practices have no place in this wonderful country and I feel morally responsible to make all members of Angie's list aware of it.
