It went well. He showed up on time, got to work and did a great job.

He was excellent. He is popular here. He was so good we hired him to clean our clubhouse. I will use him again.

Overall, Magic Carpet did a wonderful job. My carpets look many times better than they did before. The technician even cleaned my stairs and landing for free! However... we had a large stain on the floor of my master bedroom that was partially hidden by a piece of furniture. While they were clear at the outset that they did not move furniture, I thought they would at least ask me to move it so they could get at the stain. When I pointed it out before the technician left, he just kind of said, "Oh, well." The stain is in my carpet to this day. I think a company focused on customer service would have at least taken a stab at cleaning the stain once he did see it. So, I wasn't 100% pleased.

I have used their service more than 10 times in the past. I always use their service. The great thing about the screened in porch carpet is I put it down thinking that it would be done for a year and it is now about six years later and they do such a good job. It still looks like new. They are really fast and responsive. If I call today, they probably could be out this week. I would use their service in the future too.

HAVING OWNED APARTMENTS FOR SEVERAL YEARS I HAVE NEVER MET ANYONE WHO KNEW AS MUCH ABOUT CARPET AS TONY AND HIS PARTNER THERESA. THEY ARE CERTIFIED. IN ONE APARTMENT THEY WERE ABLE TO REVIVE CARPET THAT I THOUGHT WAS RUINED (REMOVING PAINT, WAX, NAIL POLISH, PET ODORS, RED STAINS, CANDY AND OIL STAINS) AND MAKE IT LOOK VERY GOOD SAVING ME OVER $1100 IN REPLACEMENT COST. TONY EVEN CAME OUT ON LABOR DAY TO MAKE MY TURNOVER EASIER. THEY ARE EASY TO WORK WITH AND UNDERSTAND THE CONSTRAINTS OF BUDGETS. I WISH THERE WERE A GRADE HIGHER THAN 'A' FOR COMPANIES LIKE THEM.
