Description of Work: They aerated our lawn and seeded over it. They did all that we had hoped for. The only problem was that the ground was hard and I don't think the aeration got as deep as it could have gotten but I don't hold them responsible for that- just our weather here.

Description of Work: Had 4 hours of Landscape work done in my front yard. The price was for $99. I had them trim bushes, pull weedsand edging. I didn't actually see the person work. The sales person who came out to my house was very nice. I asked him to give me quotes on several over projects in my back yard and than discussed what work to do in my front yard for my Big Deal. He had the workers come out the following week. The work itself was okay. I really wasn't satisfied with the way they cut my bushes. I sent another note and asked that they come back and trim more off the top of the bushes (to make it even). No response or reply back. I also never received a quote for the work I wanted in the back yard. Either my yard was too small or he didn't want to do the job. Very Bad Professionalism.

Description of Work: I purchased the service on 8/24/15. 8/25/15 I received a message from Phil asking me to provide information so that we could get my service scheduled. I immediately replied back with that information. 8/26/15 I received a message from Phil stating that they would be starting the service once we received some rain in order to help soften the soil. 8/27/15 I get a message asking if I received the previous message and I respond. That was the last point of contact. I sent a message 9/3/15 asking if my lawn would be serviced before 9/16 and I received no response. A week later I called the company phone #. I received a voicemail but still left a message. And to date I still have not had a reply from anyone.

Description of Work: I hired this firm to take care of my elderly father's lawn maintenance and snow clearing. They did a great job, exactly what they said they'd do, when they promised. They adjusted the terms of our contract as needed. I would recommend them. We no longer need their services or I would continue with them.

Description of Work: This was a consultation and drawing of a landscape proposal for a patio and walkway to drive. Good rendering of a proposal.

Description of Work: I paid $49 on 4/16/2014. Nicole from M and I contacted me shortly thereafter and we met on 4/28/2014 at my house. She said she would need a few weeks to get patio design plans done. I called her a few weeks ago. She apologized and said she would get to it. I have not heard from her or M and I since. I have nothing so far for the $49 paid.

Description of Work: I felt they did not listen to what I wanted and tried to up sell us. When asked to re do the plan they lost interest in us as a customer.

Description of Work: We had both a yard clean and some landscaping done. For the yard clean up we had bushed trimmed, mulch laid, edging down, etc. They did a wonderful job. The bushes looked so nice afterwards along with all the beds. Then we also had some landscaping down which included various items as planting new plants, transplanting other bushes we had that we wanted moved, etc. They did exactly as requested. The owner, site manager and crew were very nice and service-oriented. I had changed a few things after the original estimate and Anthony responded quickly to my inquiries about the changes. He also did the items that I changed exactly as requested. They did a wonderful job cleaning up. Everything looked so wonderful. We will definitely use them again.
