+ -1 moreDavid Courter (project manager, kitchen designer) did an excellent job throughout the whole process. I'd strongly recommend working with him -- he kept us informed, and was extremely communicative and easy to work with.

+ -1 moreAFTER A SHORT CONVERSATION WITH THEIR REPRESENTATIVE, I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE SENT A DRAWING AND A QUOTE. THAT WAS 11 DAYS AGO AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY KIND OF COMMUNICATION FROM THEM. I CALLED THE REP I DEALT WITH AS WELL AS THE MANAGER, AND NEITHER BOTHERED TO RETURN MY CALL. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!
Description of Work: I BROUGHT A DETAILED DESIGN DRAWING OF A KITCHEN ISLAND THAT I WANTED BUILT IN A HOUSE THAT WE WERE MOVING INTO. LUMBERJACKS IS THE ONLY BUILDER TO CARRY THE LINE OF CABINETS THAT CURRENTLY ARE INSTALLED IN THE HOME. I TOLD THEIR REP THE EXACT SIZE CABINETS AND DRAWERS I NEEDED.

+ -1 moreI WAS DISAPPOINTED THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIVE EVEN AFTER I TRIED CALLING BACK. THEIR PRODUCTS LOOKED NICE AND THE STAFF SEEMED FRIENDLY, BUT I'M HESITANT TO BUY CABINETS FROM THEM IF THEY DO NOT FOLLOW UP AFTER A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.
Description of Work: I BROUGHT IN KITCHEN DRAWINGS TO HAVE A DESIGN MADE FOR A KITCHEN REMODEL. THEY NEVER SENT A DESIGN OR CALLED ME BACK. I FOLLOWED UP SEVERAL WEEKS LATER, BUT THEY DID NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALL.

+ -1 moreTHE PERSON THAT I WORKED WITH IN BUYING THE CABINETS WAS PRETTY GOOD. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR INSTALLERS, BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T DO A REALLY GOOD JOB, AND THEY WERE EXPENSIVE. I WOULD PROBABLY USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE, BUT I WOULD CHOOSE MY OWN INSTALLERS.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED CABINETS FOR MY KITCHEN FROM THEM, AND THEY INSTALLED THE CABINETS.
