Replaced furnace & A/C. Worked with me, to a unit that fell within my budget. Installation when off, without a hitch. Looking forward to warm weather to if the A/C unit saves me as much money in utility bills as promised.

The service technicians are always very polite, thorough and answer any questions we have regarding our system.

Service went very well. Was on time to start project and was completed by time children came home from school. It was time for a new system and have been working with Logan for a while now. Price was affordable and we are very pleased with the product. When a company stands by their work, it’s hard to look any where else.

Very knowledgeable and replaced both inside and outside units in what was the coldest and wettest day. Obviously mud and water was an issue but, they came back the next day and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend them for any of your heating or air conditioning work.

The installers we good, they were respectful and took care to do a good job. Walked us though everything from units and thermostat before they left. Salesman was attentive and answered our questions until they were payed . Problems came from the fact we payed for 3 C02 detectors but the installers only had 2. We contacted salesman and the office about it and no response until we changed our review on google review- then they contacted us and gave us a story about salesman out of town - yada yada. We said fine things happen- assured us they would get one right to us. ( WE live less than 2 miles from the office) No detector, contacted them again- told us we would have one for sure next week. That was almost a month ago Still no detector. This is really not a big deal we have the 2 new ones plus we already had one. The problem is if this is how they take care of a simple issue What happens if we have a problem with the units - Clearly it looks like we can't count on them to handle it. How do I recommend them to someone else. I just hope to make it past their part of the warranty and then I will have to look elsewhere for any needed service. I highly recommend you give someone else the chance to take care of your HVAC needs.

Everything checked out well with the Heating checkup. There were no problems or issues discovered.

Replaced entire heating and cooling system. The entire job was completed in one day. Two men spent the day removing the old system, hauling it away and installing a new Trane A/C unit and furnace and air handler and thermostat. Everything was professionally installed and tested afterwards. I would definitely hire these people again. New system has been operating perfectly for one week now.

Had a complete replacement of HVAC unit. The unit is in the attic so it was a very tight workspace, the installation took some extra time but that was only because they ended up replacing some of the ductwork. I appreciated the extra effort rather than just doing it quick and hoping it would last.

Great. There was an issue with one of the circuit boards and they replaced it with no issues or extra cost.

Very well. The technican (Bret) arrived when promised. He took all safety precautions associated with Covid protocols. Did an excellent job & I could immediately tell the difference. Highly, highly recommend.

Flawless, clean, and fast work. Very neat job. The experience with the salesman was extremely helpful in deciding the best complete system for our Home. Not necessarily the most expensive system either. You can't go wrong with this Team on your side. PS: No I am not an employee either if that crossed your mind.

Solid workmanship on the install and all around maintenance. They demonstrate a thorough knowledge of their product. They clean up after themselves and have been sensitive to health restrictions.

Very easy. Logan came out during Covid for the quote, salesperson was very nice, not pushy and educated me on HVAC systems and their products. Scheduled the install and the gentlemen that did the work were great-friendly and kept me apprised as the work went on. Everything went as planned, there was a small hiccup during install and them needed to get more material...if they never told about it, I would have never known, that is how smooth it went for me as the homeowner.
