Description of Work: When the representative came out, they realized the gas line was very small, so they would have had to replace the line to install a new furnace. The management came out to check out the situation. They told me they could replace it all but it was working already, so I didn’t really need to replace it at the moment. The heat was running, but when it turned off, it wouldn’t come back on. They replaced some wiring and parts in the heat pump and now it’s working fine. I asked them to replace my air conditioning unit and they did great. They were very nice and professional. They stuck with the job and did a great job. They were really great to work with. They do all the maintenance on the unit.
