New HVAC system
Description of Work: Sales process was great. Ty was great at explaining all the options. The offer of 72 months same as cash really sealed the deal. The installation was fairly complicated as we upgraded to their most efficient system, but Treneil, Hunter & James handled like pros and worked all day without a break. Very happy with our new system!

Description of Work: I frantically called around 6:30 PM after my son, who’s pretty mechanical, did some troubleshooting on my Nest thermostat & then my furnace. I’ve currently got a broken foot and 3 dogs & needed to get my A/C fixed tonight. The agent on call was patient as my son reviewed the things he’d done/tried. The agent suggested a couple of more things that my son could try & I told the agent we’d call him back if he couldn’t fix it. Luckily for me, my son was able to fix it. I deeply appreciated the kind help from the Logan A/C agent. I highly recommend them. They are people of integrity who didn’t take advantage of me.
