Called Logan in the dead of winter because my 19 year old furnace was acting up. They came out, gave me an estimate and scheduled and installed the new HAVC within 2 weeks. They have since come back out to check on the system. Very professional, honest and diligent. Would use them again in the future.

He was very professional and polite.

Provider came upstairs within 5 minutes of being at the house and stated I needed a new furnace. He did not do any maintenance and proceeded to spend a half hour selling me on a new furnace (we went with sears since they were the best deal). He did not take the time to show me the broken heat exchanger, educate me on it, or turn off the furnace as he said he would. I felt like I was charged $99 basically to be sold a new furnace. When I called to discuss this the company did honor the angie's list coupon after the fact and give a $20 rebate for the coupon off service calls.

The salesman came out and reviewed and measured the house and provided me with an estimate for the replacement of our 39 year old electric furnace with a new gas furnace. The salesman was very professional and provided me with an estimate that was close to half off the price that other companies gave me. The deal was provided to me through Lowes. He explained all the rebates to me and we set up a date for installation. The installation team came right on time and did a nice job of removing the old furnace and installing the new one. They did a nice job of cleaning up and and explained how to use my new furnace and programmable thermostat. The new furnace is running great and I highly recommend this company! Nothing runs like a Trane.

whThe two service technicians that removed the old system and installed the new furnace, air conditioner, and air cleaning system were on time, courteous, professsional, and very knowedgeable about the system. The lead technician, Dan, was able to answer all of our questions, and spent the time to show us how to clean the multiple filters in the Trane CleanEffects unit. He affixed information labels on the units that will provide details when we need it. We were really impressed with them and their work. We would not hesitate to recommend Logan to others. Logan was recommended to us by a neighbor and we will certainly do the same. ......The price included the costs for sanitizing and cleaning the air ducts which we had scheduled on 09/20/2013 after inspection of the installation by the City of Reynoldsburg. (The city engineer commented that the installation work was superior ) The technician that performed the sanitizing and cleaning of the air ducts (JH) arrived on time and completed the work in about 4 hours. He also was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about his work. ***We are very happy with the total work and would recommend them to anyone needing their services. The city engineer that inspected the installation work they had done commented that it was a superior job.

It went very well. They were hard workers and they were very courteous. I liked that they cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. Matt and Chuck were the installers.I feel they did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

The service representative visited us on 7/18. He evaluated our current system and prepared a quote for needed repairs. He also prepared a quote for a replacement unit which included several discounts. He was very pleasant and professional. About one week later we called him to arrange for installation of a new HVAC system. He then told us that he didn't know it at the time but the $750 discount from Trane was no longer available. I explained this was very frustrating because the price was one of the reasons we decided to do business with Logan. He then became somewhat irritated and said something to the effect of, "look man I wasn't trying to trick you or anything. I just forgot. I've been working 70 hour weeks." He did agree to split the difference with us, specifically giving us a $375 discount. The system was installed on 7/29. The crew was very pleasant and professional. They were very careful to put down drop cloths and wear shoe covers to avoid tracking dirt on the floor. They finished the installation in one day with no surprises. The system looks good and seems to work well. Well, the AC works well, we haven't tried the furnace yet. It is, as promised, much quieter than the original system. The city inspector subsequently approved the installation.

They are very good and quality of work is good. Their salesman is more of a salesman so I just can't give them the best professionalism. I would use them again in the future.

They did a great job. They were very thorough, very courteous and were clean. They had to come a lot into our house and it was raining but they still took care of their shoes. They were here for about four hours and they did a really good job.

Jeff, the installer, and his crew were on time and very professional. They did the job in about 6 hours and left no messes. Jeff instructed me about the units and how to work them. His information gave me peace of mind. Overall, I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Logan Services to anyone. The folks there are pleasant, professional and really care about making customers happy.

Took out old furnance and air conditioner unit. Took out old duct work. Installed new furnance , new air conditioner, and we had a humidifer installed. All products were Trane. I'm quite happy with the men that installed, Jeff, Dave, Mike were professional and were on time and tidy up after job. I would recommend Logan Services to everyone I meet!!

My air conditioner broke down, and Jeff came by during the week to see if he could repair it. He worked for a hour, and thought he could repair it, but when he tested the fix, it would not work. He tried a few other ideas, and eventually I had to accept the expensive truth. Jeff gave 3 options: replace the compressor which is cheaper, but Logan's doesn't do because it is apparently likely to destroy other components and leave you replacing the system anyway, buy a less expensive but less efficient HVAC, or buy a more efficient one. I decided on the more efficient one as Jeff went through some of the discounts, and it seemed the difference would pay for itself in a year or so. I had an Angie's list discount worth $500, and Logan's even automatically does the AEP discount for efficient HVACs for you. I have just received a further form for a tax deduction from Logan's today. The inspector for AEP even said that Logan's was one of the few companies that help you process AEP discounts with them. I really didn't want to take another day off, and Logan's initially didn't have any openings on saturday, but worked to make that work in their schedule. Tom and Mike came over early saturday morning, both moving quickly. Despite the rain, they were able to complete the installation and clean up (including disposal of my old unit) by 1pm. Both were friendly and professional, and Tom demonstrated the system and their work at the end. Obviously using Angie's list helped me find what I view as a very good company, but I also feel as if I have lucked out here, and have been very happy with my experience.

Our A./C went out Sunday. I searched Angie's list and found that Logan Air opened up at 7:00 a.m. I call at 7:10. The receptionist said someone would be at our house between 10-12. Justin arrived at 10:15. He was very polite and businesslike. Unfortunately he had to deliver the bad news we needed a new AC. (ours was 21 years old) He also suggested we consider getting a new furnace. The week of July 15th was extremely hot so of course time was of the essence that we get the work done as soon as possible. Justin said if we ordered today (Monday) the unit would be installed on Thursday. On Wednesday I received a voice mail from Logan Air stating they would have to push the job back to Friday. I was not pleased. When i tried to return the call I got the company's voice mail. Then I remembered Justin said to call him for any reason. I did -- and I must admit I was extremely upset when I called him. I think I did have mild heat stroke and the thought of staying in a hotel for one more night was just not acceptable emotionally. Justin calmed me down and said he would call me back w/i 30 minutes. He did and he assured me the work would be done on Thursday as scheduled. Thursday morning Zack and Shane showed up -- they were a crew from Dayton the company arranged to come to Columbus and do the job. They were outstanding. They arrived at 9:00 and left a 4:00. They worked very well as a team, were proficient and explained each step to me. They cleaned up and when they left you didn't know they were at the house. OUTSTANDING WORK. My neighbor used Logan Air last summer and that is how I really knew about them - he interviewed 7 companies and felt they were the best. We had a Trane installed. It is so quiet that I don't even know it is on. I would highly recommend this company to any of my family and friends.

It went great they were done in 2 days. Very professional and timely. Unit is very quiet, and now that it is the end of June, cools very well. And was the lowest bid of three estimates...I will recommend them and use them again, when my old Main unit need replacing.

The initial contact was for a diagnosis of a problem with the A/C. It was repeatedly tripping the circuit breaker. The service person who came out, Justin,was very knowledgable and professional in his conduct. He talked thru the problem so I could understand it. He was not a pressure salesman. We went over pros and cons. He advised us of current rebates that could save us money. We decided to get a new heat pump along with a new A/C. We replaced a builders model unit with a new Trane. The cost for both was about what I had expected to pay for an A/C unit alone. Justin made sure the install appointment would be handled by one of the best installers they had. He also fixed a vent pipe that had come loose for us even though ours was his last appointment and he could have just packed it in and gone back to the office on time. We had to schedule out about two weeks. However with one week the company called because they had a cancellation and could do the install a week early. The install was on time. They cleaned up after themselves. Again very professional. All the employees explained everything to us. After dealing with several companies over the past four years because of our A/C , we finally found one we have complete confidence in.

They did a real good job of removing an old furnace. They had to cut it up to get it out of the house. I would recommend this company to others!

The sales guy was very nice. He took the time to answer all of my questions. While i did not have them replace my HVAC, when i do have the system replace i will be calling Logan's.

Was very pleased with the entire experience, from the estimate through the installation. They were the only company who sent a current experienced service employee as opposed to a salesman to do the estimate, we really liked that. They installed a new Trane high efficiency furnace with humidifier and lifetime gold filter, and a high seer rated AC unit, with programable thermostat. Justin was always available during our decision process and very patient with our numerous questions. All AEP discounts were immediately discounted to us without us having to apply for the rebates. They registered all our products for us well as scheduling the city permit inspections. On our install day, both installers showed up on time, and completed the work, clean up, and overview of how to adjust all the equipment in 6 hours. We won't be needing another system as long as we own this house, but will use Logan for all yearly cleaning, and servicing. Top Notch all the way.
