Logan Services A/C, Heat & Plumbing

I bought it from them and they installed it. And they've been doing our yearly maintenance.

Checked for leaks. One tech came out. Everything went fine.

They were pretty comparable to what everybody else was quoting. They are always very responsive when I call them. There was one person for the heater.

There was one person for the air conditioner. It took maybe 4 hours. I wouldn’t had called them back for the heater if they hadn’t good with the air conditioner.

I pay a once a year service fee and they come out twice a year and look. There was no charge for their last checkup. They are very dependable and they follow through. They send me mail that kind of reminds me that it is time for my checkups. They installed the furnace and they have been very good about servicing it. I had a big electrical problem with my house and it affected tons of electrical stuff in the house. My insurance company told me to call the people out ad get an estimate. They came out and it was still under warranty so they completely fixed and replaced the motor and I did not have to pay a penny.

I really like them a lot. Knowledgeable and fair.

I paid it off on installment. I have a service contract with them. They come out twice a year and if I have any problems or anything, they would put me first on the list.

I felt somewhat pressured by the salesman but I did go with them mainly due to their reputation and product. The installers came the next day and I felt comfortable going to work with them being at my home. I came back home when they were almost done. They were trying to figure out why there was a whirring sound coming from the A/C which I heard quite well from inside the house. Come to find out, my brand new Trane A/C needed a new motor. This was taken care of a few days later. I am just not confident I got my money's worth.

Terrible. Met with Logan salesman Derec who was very condescending and rude. Logan is probably okay as a company but we didn't get that far to know for sure because of the bad experience with the salesman. If you want a quote from Logan I would ask for someone other than Derec to come out. You don't want to be insulted at any time but certainly not in your own home.

Excellent to work with. Price was right and install was a snap. They conducted a thorough analysis of the need and offered several options. Price beat most competitors. Communication was easy and they were quick and efficient .

They were wonderful! I am a very picky person and I couldn't even tell they had been there. They were very nice and professional consider this was a lot of work for them. Jason did a great job!

5 years after finishing our attic, the only thing we were missing was climate control. We were set on getting a Mitsubishi "Mr. Slim" unit, and their website listed Logan Services as an authorized installer. After cross-checking them here on Angie's List, we called to set up a quote. We were very impressed with Logan Services from the beginning: they provided upfront pricing and information, an excellent parts warranty due to their high-level standing with the manufacturer, and excellent communication and service throughout the process. At the initial quote consultation, we learned that our attic did not have a suitable mounting surface for the unit (any walls we had that were tall enough were angled into the room rather than perfectly vertical, which will not work!), and we would need to remedy that first. Craig, who provided us with the initial quote, recommended that we have someone build a soffit that would provide a flat, vertical surface on one of the tall back walls, and that is what we did. Once we had arranged to have the soffit built, I reached out again to finalize our paperwork and get on the schedule with Logan Services. It was at that time that we opted to upgrade to a hyper-heat unit, which was only a few hundred dollars more than the one we had initially selected; we felt that was a worthwhile investment to make sure the space had reliable heating in the winter months. Dan was our rep for these last steps, and he was fantastic. He even communicated with me via text message so that he could see photos of how the soffit was coming along. Before I knew it, we were scheduled to have the unit installed on May 6, 2016. Rick and Willie arrived on time the day of our appointment, and I showed them where everything would be going. Once they got the general idea of our layout and how to run the lines, they unloaded their gear and got to work. They were very conscientious: they laid dropcloths on my wood floors, and were very understanding of my insistence that the basement and attic doors be kept closed to keep our cats from getting into those areas. They started between 9:00 and 10:00AM and finished just before 2:30PM. Along with installing the unit inside, they installed the outdoor portion and did all the wiring. (They made sure to bring the appropriate fuse for our "Push-matic" electric box, which is somewhat difficult to find--I was impressed with their attention to detail!) After all their hard work, I felt terrible when they informed me that we had poison ivy growing around the house: they found that out because Rick is allergic to it! They were very gracious about it and Willie pulled down the vines of it that had grown up the siding near where they were working. (Needless to say, we bought and used some ivy killer the very next morning!) Rick showed me how the indoor unit works; it is much more high-tech and complex than I had imagined, but it's so neat! It's a very effective and efficient piece of equipment, and we are very glad to have one in our attic: it's absolutely ideal for a space like ours. So in addition to being thrilled with our experience with Logan Services, we are similarly thrilled with the Mitsubishi unit itself! Logan Services provided us with the heating/cooling solution that best suited our needs and our space, and they did it with professionalism and excellent customer service. We would highly recommend them, especially if you are looking to install one of the Mitsubishi ductless units. We will certainly be keeping them in mind for any subsequent HVAC needs we may have!

Great company! We obtained estimates from multiple companies but they were the only company that was truly "no" pressure! They were polite, never put down other companies and walked us through the entire process and even checked on us after the installation. Great company, will use them again!

I relied on Logan Services? expertise to determine what new equipment was necessary to provide sufficient air flow to the two bedrooms and my family room to maintain appropriate temperatures. The salesman said that a $8,059 TRANE system would make my home comfortable year-round. After the $8,059 system was installed, Logan Services said that the system that they installed was not able to correct the cold spots during the winter in my home. They are not willing to install a bigger system to improve air flow. So, I am left with an $8k new HVAC system that failed to correct the 2 problems that I identified and Logan Services said they could fix.

I think it's over priced. I think they could make a little bit more room for pricing. The quality is good.

They did an assessment. They replaced my furnace and I also hired them to for duct cleaning. I was really satisfied with their work.

Very few businesses have a combination of great customer service, efficient operational logistics and excellent technical skill and knowledge. Logan is such a company with an amazing staff who is service oriented, respectful and knowledgeable. We have used several HVAC companies in the Columbus area (Starners, Columbus Worthington Air, Fast Response, Heating and Cooling Experts) but none is any match for Logan's superior service. Even though Logan's price was less than its competitors, I would pay a higher cost to receive their superior service.

We had been told by Paramount Air that we needed a new$300 thermostat, but Logan Air checked it out and told us ours was working just fine and we didn't really need a new one. So they serviced the a/c unit and only charged us only for the service charge saving us $300.

Everything went fine. The workers were fast and friendly.

.Went very well from the scheduling to the dispatch of tech. On time and very polite. Jake did show me the voltage level dropoff for the contacts and capacitor .. 15 year old system and it was time for some new parts. The blower capacitor has enough life to last thru the summer, then time to replace. I have used this company for several years and they have taken care of all issues and will continue to use in future.
