Tech was very good at performing needed work. Then took the time to give me an estimate for additional work. I am not the most knowledgeable and I asked him a lot of questions. He was polite and patient with me.

I called Logan this morning, and they were able to schedule an appointment in a 3-5pm window. The service technicians called around 2:45 to let me know they were about 20 minutes away. They arrived just after 3:00, and got right to work, diagnosing our system. The main technician (Jason) spent a good bit of time explaining what he was doing, and showing me where he was looking for issues. After thoroughly checking the furnace itself, and then moving on to the wiring, he was able to trace the issue back to our thermostat. Both technicians were very courteous and professional, and didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't needed for my system. I've used Logan Services before, and continued to be impressed with the service level they offer.

The installation went well. One error was discovered while testing was being done and it was fixed before the install crew left the house. There was one minor setting with the thermostat that had to be adjusted. One wrong part was installed on the furnace but Logan Services discovered it, called to tell us, and scheduled the replacement installation. We are impressed with the new heat pump. The variable speed fan makes it mush quitter inside the house. The upstairs is cooler with this new heat pump with thermostat set the same as with the old heat pump. We like being able to se the humidity level with the new thermostat.

We have been using them for about four years and they do good work. They are very responsive, professional, and punctual.

They came out and didn't charge me. He was nice. The prices for air conditioners are ridiculous. $8300. Quality is ok. Responsiveness is good. She was very professional.

They've been out here a couple of times. They replaced our furnace one time and then our A/C. They were great. They were really nice and helpful. They were very competitively priced. I check a couple of other companies and they were right in there. It was fine, good service, good price, very nice and responsive.

It went fairly well. Some things could have been cleaned up better outside. Really did a nice job with routing the vents and power lines. Had to call a service tech out at 10:00 pm because the air conditioning system stopped working less than a month after install. The tech was great. Came right out. The problem was due to a drain line that was installed improperly. It was an easy fix and he had the system back on within an hour of arriving.

My husband and I are both 85 years old. The salesman said he picked one unit that would be the least expensive that would heat our house as we wouldn't get the full value of our investment. He said he was installing the same unit he installed for his parents. The installers were wonderful. They were very clean, neat, and very friendly. They worked from 9 to 4 without a break. They also gave us a discount for being Angie's List members.

They come out twice a year to do a maintenance. It's about $180 for a year. That entitles you to 2 maintenance services in the spring and the fall to make sure your furnace and air conditioner are working right. They went out of their way to help us when we needed our air conditioner. Since they didn't have the unit that we needed that day, they put in a window unit because it was very hot so we could stay in the house and not have to go to a hotel. The salesman went out got it, brought it back and installed it. There is never an issue. They are always very clean and professional but very friendly as well - non-threatening guys who know what they are doing.

They've done about everything here. I have allergies, so I had air cleaner and ultraviolet light for the furnace. I also have a humidifier for winter, plus the furnace for winter. Well, you pay by the year, and that gives you two services: one in the fall and one in the spring. I forgot how to do something and they came out just to show me where the thing I was looking for was. I felt so stupid there. I didn't think it was something that simple.They're very clean. They say they're gonna be here within a certain time, they're here. They always put something on their shoes so they don't track through the house shoes outside and back. They go in and out three or four times, and they take them off when they go out and they'll them back on when they come in the door. I'm very pleased with them. Heavens yes, I will use them again. It was just one guy; he was checking the air conditioner out and cleaning it. He also checked the filter on the furnace while he was here for me.

Excellent. The sales person was very helpful, the appointment for installation was convenience and the price was very competitive. The removal of the old furnace from the basement was done without any damage and the new furnace was installed very quickly and efficiently. The installers provide all of the information I needed to operate the units.

They are marvelous. We pay yearly for 2 visits. The cost may be higher than others, but I like them. I would use them again. One person came out. It takes maybe 20 or 30 minutes. The best part of their work is their reassurance that the heat and air is working correctly. We were real pleased when they put the furnace is, they extremely neat. The guys that came were extremely professional and they seemed to really know what they were doing.

We like them for that. It was a trained, that's the name of the system they put in. It was through another company, and they had an add and would give special financing, and they provide services through Logan Services. So they have always been real good. This is about the third year I think now. Even my neighbor asked who we had, and I recommended them to him. He got one from them and then they sent me a $100 gift card. So I thought that was pretty good. We have been in this house for 28 years, and I have a little office upstairs in one of the bedrooms, and until we had their system in. In the summer it was just unbearable up here. No matter what we did it was just unbearable heat. We had that air conditioner that came when this house was built. After we had the new one put in its been like being down stairs. It hasn't been too hot up here. Also the electric bills are cheap. We bought it from Logan but financed it through a different company. They must have a bunch of different companies that they partner with. I would give them A's for everything. We keep a service contract with them.

They come like twice a year to do service. It was a semi annual tune up. I would give them an A for sure. They are good too they will call us up. They send us a thing saying its time, and we call them and they give an appointment. They call about a half hour or 15 minutes before they get here. We still have their contract. I think my wife said they are here 45 minutes to an hour. They came out and recommend this furnace, and it was a night and day difference than what it was before as far as cooling the house. They are quick, they were efficient, very professional. They wore their booties all around the house when they came in. They were good.

I have been using them for the last 5 years and I see no reason to change.

I would recommend them. I have no reason not to recommend them.

I guess how they could improve if I have a maintenance agreement I have to call them it would have been nice for them to call and say you know you do have a maintenance agreement we'd like to come out and basically make sure everything is alright cause it's covered but I have to call them try to get it scheduled in. They were good once they came, they were okay I mean he did a thorough check up but the furnace and the air conditioner is only like two years old, maybe three years old so I wasn't expecting too much wrong with it but I was just want it maintained, make sure that the filters were clean and you know. They know their products.

They had to come back several times to make it right. They did come and fix everything but they did stand by they weren't perfect but they did stand by and they did repair every thing but they had to come back a couple times. I would recommend them.

He was very knowledgeable, more knowledgeable than the people who installed it. They sent someone out right away and he found the problem and rectified it.

He spent plenty of time with us, went over everything and they came back Monday morning and did a fantastic job. I spent $9400. He took out all the old stuff and hauled it away.
