It went great from sale to install. Everyone was fantastic. The job was done quickly and no cleanup inside or out for me. Install went great no problems with parts or understanding my needs Professional all the way. I would not hesitate recommend ding this company for any heating or A/C replacement. They know what to do and how to do it. Great experience all the way around.. What else can I say?

I recently moved into a home that had a nest thermostat and a Trane XV air conditioning and heating system. I scheduled routine maintenance for the spring and winter of 2017 with Logan A/C & Heating (they installed the system a couple of years back). Forward to today, I have learned that the Nest thermostat is not the proper thermostat for my Trane XV a/c system, which is a variable speed air conditioning unit (the variable speed air conditioning system automatically adjusts itself while maintaining constant and consistent speeds to avoid temperature swings.). That means both times a technician came out to my house they as a professional, failed to mention anything about my thermostat and how it makes my a/c & heating system less efficient. Disclaimer: Logan A/C & Heating does not offer, install or fix Nest thermostats, but they are still Trane experts and know what operates the most efficient with Tran air conditioning systems. You would think that the technician, who had to physically touch my thermostat, would mention something about what thermostat would be most efficient for the a/c & heating unit. Logan A/C & Heating failed their routine maintenance twice last year and now they want to charge me to come out to my house again to look at the system to suggest a more appropriate thermostat. Also, the customer service person, Matt, on the phone refused to let me speak with a manager to resolve the issue. I would not recommending Logan A/C & Heating to anyone.

Perfect! Technicians arrived on time, gave me an overview as what to expect while they install a new furnace and a/c. They worked non-stop for the 6 hours they were here and cleaned-up the work areas! They were friendly and professional ... it was a very good day!

After getting several quotes I chose Logan. I wanted the furnace the next day and they came back even though their offices were closed and made it happen.

Whole process was wonderful! Our furnace stopped working and they moved up our schedule install! Will be doing a duct cleaning with them in January, although they could have done it earlier!!

They are good about reminding us to keep serviced, we are very happy with them.

Install quality was ok. Didn't tape all seams and didn't run new wires from heat pump to air exchange. Stripped a screw on the air filter door. Didn't provide enough fall in the drain line. Small things but it is the small things that are the difference between an average company and a great company.

From the get go the Logan Sales Rep listened to my needs for the house and where there were concerns. Good service all the way through. While we encountered an issue getting the system to run at first - the Logan team worked efficiently to solve it and escalated to Master Techs as needed. Problem solved and the new HVAC system is working beautifully. Can't wait to see the $$$ come down on the heating bill this winter.

Brought wrong unit. Thermostat broke after install and they added a diagnostic charge to replace thermostat.

They were prompt and told me the work that needed to be done along with an estimate. Since I have a maintenance contract with Logan the work was done at a lower price.

Very well. Showed at designated time. Called ahead for 1/2 hour notice to put dogs up. Cleaned up after themselves. Very professional.

They are great. Do a super job. But the contract is for twice a year to keep warranty valid. We paid 7k for unit and we have to pay for the service updates which are more than other companies I see on tv and I think should be included. Our house is only 15000 sqft its not a huge unit. They are always on time, call ahead, usually the same person so I know them, wear booties, polite. They have coupons you can find sometimes to help a little.
