Smoothly. When we experienced an issue the day of installation, Logan sent a technician to sort it out that same evening.

Called and they only work I’m very specific jobs and they don’t work in attic systems this time of year. Pretty disappointing service offering from a service provider rated so high on Angie’s List.

Installed may last year Work went fine ,furnace would not run because it had a bad circuit board at startup so had to order new card , a.c. worked all summer than Replaced card in September and got it running ..now turned on ac last week and does not work.so called Logan a.c. and heating and I liked my response,you are not in our service area and your 1 year warranty is now over . So now I have a 16000 a.c. unit that DOES not work

The sales consultant was prompt and professional. Company and product literature was excellent. End of winter discount was good. The installers came early the next week and finished in one day. Everything worked as planned. No mess was left. Old units were taken away. All went smoothly. Will start maintenance agreement next year. I had bids from two other highly rated services. The prices were nearly the same, but they lacked the professional approach of Logan Services.

They did a great job and we would hire them again. We would recommend them.

Not well. They would not work on any furnace that is less than eight years old that they did not install.

They came out the next day (a Saturday) and we could not be more pleased with their work, quality and service !

Excellent very efficient and courteous

I got a quote from Logan last summer. Derec was very unprofessional & pushy. He was on time and proceeded to measure & inspect the unit & ductwork. The whole time he criticized everything from how often the filter is replaced to the ductwork setup, etc., as if I had any idea & purposely did it to make the job harder. The price was competitive (not the best quote I got) & he gave a discount and tried to pressure me to sign on the spot. It was very uncomfortable and I just wanted him out of my home. I declined to sign & his attitude changed; he hung his head, said bye, and somberly walked out. After every other estimate, the co. thanked me for the time & opportunity for my business. In summary: after that experience, the price & product was moot. Derec could be the best, most knowledgeable rep & Logan could be the best HVAC co. in Columbus, but they didn't get my business. Business, as everything in life, comes down to human relations & how you treat people. I recommend some company-wide etiquette training.

Would not provide assistance since they did not do the initial installation of our heating system.

We scheduled Logan to come out to my new house to assess the furnace as a preventative measure. The serviceman called 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, which I appreciated. He arrived and was very friendly. He asked if I had a home warranty, and when I said that I did, mentioned that he would not be able to look at my furnace because the Company doesn't deal with people with home warranties. Needless to say, I was disappointed that their policy is to not work with people who have home warranties (after all I just wanted asking him to take a look at my furnace, didn't mean I was necessarily going to go with them to make the repairs, if needed!)

So far so good everything works great the two men that came out all very friendly courteous and did a fantastic job

The experience with Logan was wonderful starting with the initial contact, Scott, and definitely through the installation by Will and Jason. We would recommend Logan to anyone considering either repair or replacement of their heating and/or cooling equipment!

We highly recommend Logan. Our experience was entirely positive. Pete met with us twice & answered all our questions completely. We were very impressed with his knowledge and with the way he easily connects with clients. A new system costs a lot of money, but we were very comfortable with our decision because of Pete’s guidance in the process. We knew exactly what to expect. Rick & Willie were our installers, & they put in a huge day of work. Their skill was obvious & they were extremely careful not to make or leave a mess. We were very happy that Logan does not contract the work out. Before Rick & Willie left, they made sure we were confident about using our new system. Overall, we could not be more pleased!

Field supervisor Justin did a great job giving us an estimate, describing alternatives, and answering questions. Installer Will S. arrived on time, was courteous, and explained the installation process throughout. Work was expertly done in about 6 hours. They were neat, accommodating, and very helpful.

The rep, Derec, and installers were very professional and concerned that we were satisfied with our units. We were given choices with different seer ratings. Warranty and explanations as well as check list for completion was given. Discounts and electric rebates were included, plus they did the paper work with permits!

They are very good, very technical and I like them.

We didn’t hire them. We asked them about their Angie’s list deal, and the receptionist claimed there wasn’t one. When my husband referred her to their Angie’s List webpage, she said she needed to contact Marketing and get back to us. There was clearly a “Heating & A/C” coupon, as well as an “Air Duct” coupon. Two separates coupons listed on Angie’s List as you had to arrow over from one to the next. She then called back and said the coupon didn’t apply to air ducts. Why advertise an air duct special if that wasn’t the case? They lost our business.

Went pretty well. They said it would take 4 hours initially, but then changed it to closer to 8 hours. They left after the first day with one of the units not working. They came back the next day for about 4 hours and got the second unit working. All in all it was a decent experience.

The project couldn't have gone better. Our system was a almost 30 year old Trane two zone system and we preferred to use our already installed Nest thermostat system. Logan A/C and Heating staff had their experts work on the specifications and configuration of the new system. Our install was complicated and took two day to fully complete; however, at the end of the first day we could cool and heat the house. In all it only took them a few hours to replace and have the main parts of the system operational. The install "Will S" did an excellent job. We have a large home and felt that we got a good system at a good price. We hope this one will last another thirty years :-)

Very well. Techs arrived on time and installation was completed in a thorough and professional manner.

This did not go well. The sales portion went great, however, the installation was not as promised. We were told 2 workers would be doing the install, it was one person. The salesperson did not accurately size the unit and we ended up having to put lines in the sunroom vs a seamless appearance. The worker was irritable and upset about a variety of different obstacles he ran into during the install. Shortly after the install it stopped working. We called, a person came out, could not fix, had to wait and have another person come out who did fix it. At this point we were offered an additional year's warranty due to the host of issues. We were missing parts of the filter and when we called about this we were told "they were unsure if they came with filters".... I am beyond disappointed with this experience. This was not a cheap addition and as the problems piled up the company seemed less "concerned" about making things right.

I originally called multiple companies, as heat was high and all were booked for most of the week. Logan gave me an appointment time for Thursday, but put me on the call list should they get a cancellation. They called the very next day and had a tech out within the hour. He was able to identify a broken compressor on the unit, replace it and get it back to working. It's a very old unit, so he gave my all the information and tradeoffs of putting money into it now vs replacing with a new unit, and worked with me to find the right solution for me now. Fixed the unit and temps are coming down now as I type. Good overall experience.
