Holiday problem of no AC. Although Holiday rates, service was within 2 hours of calling. Outstanding service by the technician. Would highly recommend Logan for repairs and HVAC needs

Installers were okay but didn’t put pipe on roof left it here for a roof person which I have to pay. I’m elderly Vietnam era vet and this is all I get I paid $7879. For an unfinished job little to no paperwork I’m screwed. I belong to every military organization n will tell everyone not to go with Logan AC & Heat they promise one thing and do different .

It went well - exactly as salesman said it would. The only business left undone is the free duct cleaning offered if I purchased before May 15th.

It was great! They did a great job. They were very conscientious, and flexible to work with.

My wife and I are new customers to Logan A/C & Heat Services after the previous company that we used to service our existing furnace and air conditioner was recently bought out by another local company. Randy came out to service our air conditioner, which needed fixed two years ago after determined to be leaking. He called 30 minutes ahead to let us know that he was on his way and when to expect him. Randy determined the air conditioner fix has held up (still not leaking) and worked fine for its age. He asked if he could quickly take a look at the furnace and easily noticed a cracked heat exchange had developed. Randy said Logan would not repair the heat exchange cause of the age. He gave us various estimates for new Trane furnaces and air conditioners. With Trane currently offering 0 percent financing for 72 months and also Logan currently offering the choice of 2 free air products too, we decided to go ahead and schedule the install for 2 days later Treneil and Brad arrived on time 2 days later to do the install. Treneil called 30 minutes ahead to let us know that they were on their way and when to expect them. Treneil and Brad worked hard throughout the day and did a great job with the install. They were both very polite and extremely respectful for our property. Treneil explained how to use the new thermostat and how to tie it into the Nexia system. He also discussed when and how to change the Perfect Air Plus filter and the APCO UV light purifier bulb. Finally, Treineil explained some routine maintenance of the furnace. Overall, my wife and I were extremely pleased with the entire process from beginning to end and would most definitely recommend Logan AC & Heat Services!

I called Logan out to look at my furnace and upon inspection they told me it couldn't be fixed and being over 24 years old I figured it was time. They evaluated what I needed give me a fair price and done a great job on the install I was very happy with their work.

Very well. Doug Badgeley and his assistant Dave did a great job with the installation and talking about how to use it most efficiently. They also supplied me with two CO detectors. The unit is working well, and my monthly bills have decreased.

It was a long day, but I believe everything went well. Installers Aaron and Clay reported on time and we reviewed the situation and logistics for set-up, entry, and so on. They were very personable, friendly, and open to my questions and observations periodically. They were always friendly and courteous and gave me their full attention. This was a very long day with much to do, and they worked hard the entire day and attitude was always good and positive. This could have been a two-day job, but we agreed that we all wanted the job completed without "rushing it". This team worked well together. There was a lot of information involved, and they both did a good overview of what they were doing before, during, and after the job was completed. They were very careful to maintain the inside and outside of my house as it was before they arrived. I had confidence in what they did and am confident of getting support if I need it after installation.

They are excellent and reliable. They clean the system thoroughly as well and I do not have any problems with allergies anymore. We would highly recommend this honest company as well.

Old heat pump needed replaced, Logan was able to get an estimate to replace and an install team out the next day. Install team Rick & Willie arrived on time, very professional and had the job completed quickly. Very happy with the process and now were ready for winter!

Very badly. I was told that for $109.00 I would get a complete diagnostic and they would go from there. I told them never mind I had received a lower quote from Weber and John said they were offering a $20.00 coupon for the diagnostic and it would be $89.00. I agreed and they came out and long story short after about 20 min. the tech said he would not be able to complete the diagnostic service because the age of the furnace and it would be a problem and they couldn't be held responsible if they fixed it and other problems occurred and it was dirty and I could get carbon monoxide and they couldn't be held responsible and I said I paid for a complete diagnostic and a answer to why my pilot light won't come on and he kept responding with it can't finish the test because other issues and the age and he then begin to try and sell me a new furnace which I could not afford on my income. I felt very cheated. He said it was probably some kind of an electrical problem. I called the office and they pretty much just stayed to reading a script and several days later the tech called and told me to call the office again and explain everything again and I asked to speak to the manager and that wasn't going to happen and again just a lot of double talk, I told them they were dishonest and taking advantage of a older lady, Carl the tech was willing to come out and finish but the company said no and would refund any of my money. They didn't come to fix my furnace, they came to sell me a new one. They are cheaters and liars and they stole from me. My name is Jeanette Wilkes and I am on disability and they cheated me and wasn't even willing to let the tech come back and finish a job that was paid for

Logan did a superior job: on time, efficient, pleasant and helpful salesman, craftsmen installers. All went well, and I'd surely hire them again.

Justin was very thorough in checking our very old furnace. He then sent us everything he found in an email which I greatly appreciated. He was very professional and polite. We now need to work on getting a new furnace soon. Thank you Logan Services and Justin.

We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced by Logan recently. I cannot say we have ever had a better experience, start to finish. From the office staff, to Jeff M. our technician, and the installers, Shane D. and Daniel C.. they were top notch. After extensive research, we knew we wanted a Trane system. After our first quote, we were very impressed by and ready to go with the first company we talked to, but we wanted to do our due diligence and get more quotes. We couldn't imagine changing our minds until Jeff M. came to our house. He blew the other company out of the water in every way! By the end of the purchasing process we felt complete assurance that we were getting the best system for our needs, and from the best company. Shane and Daniel explained the installation process and the thermostat as they went. They were obviously experts at their trade and couldn't have been nicer. I am at a loss to find anything they could have improved upon. Logan has won many consumer and trade awards, and after working with them it is obvious why. I think this is simply the best HVAC company and they attract the best people to employ. I can't recommend them enough.

The installation and the install team were excellent. The install team lead was well-prepared, on time, responsive, and lead us through every step of the process including how to use and manage our new HVAC system. Our sales representative was extremely helpful. He provided key background and guidance on HVAC system trends, federal guidelines, options, cost, cost-benefit, and scheduling. He was quick to respond via phone, text, email as questions arose. We highly recommend Logan to anyone considering a new HVAC system.

I give and A rating because of Jessica. She called me after only 5 minutes of my requesting a quote. She explained that because my furnace was under warranty, I would have to use a company recommended by the manufacturer. Jessica was very helpful: she went on the Internet, got the phone # of the manufacturer for me. She asked how she might further help me. I was really very impressed with her efficiency and her going out of her way to help. She represented Logan A/C & Heating very favorably. First impressions count for a lot!

Everyone at Logan was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable. courteous, prompt, and very thorough. They even installed a brick retaining wall around the outside air conditioning unit. They went way above and beyond. I would highly recommend Logan to anyone needing HVAC service.

It could not have gone better. Nathan arrived first to assess the problem with the ac. He was very thorough and explained in detail our options. We decided to proceed with the installation of a new furnace and ac and Nathan was able to set us up with next day installation. The next day Treneil and Emmanuel came to do the installation. They arrived on time, were very courteous, and professional. They were diligent in the installation, explaining everything as they went along, and left the work site cleaner than before they arrived. It was indeed a pleasure to work with Nathan, Treneil, and Emmanuel. Logan Services is fortunate to have such skilled employees. We highly recommend Logan Services and will be using them in the future for annual inspections of the system and any service that may be needed. They truly are a A+ company.

Treneil and Emmanuel were prompt &courteous on arriving. They started work right away and teamwork between them was awesome and productive. Questions were asked and they politely answered . Treneil rectified a prior problem with the filter holder and its so much easier now to change filter. Existing ducts were used with the new furnace which looks and functions great. Emmanual did a super job on the A/C unit. and looks very neat and functions quietly. They completed tasks within 8 hours and were clean and tidy in their work. Logan was able to offer us multiple deductions off our fee which helped out with our finances. .Scott Fryman , consultant , was easy to work with in answering questions and explaining things. Nice and efficient company ! .

Logan was one of several companies I contacted for a quote on a new furnace and air conditioner. Jeff MacRae, sales person, and Brandon, installer, were great to work with. Jeff carefully educated me on the heating and air conditioning systems so I could make an informed decision within my budget. No high pressure sales - just courteous, professional service. Brandon came at the appointment time, did the installation, removed the old system, and left everything clean. So glad I chose Logan and a Trane system!

If Logan’s was the last HVAC company on earth, I’d recommend doing it yourself. The chances of it working are at least just as good and you would avoid the aggravation of dealing with a company that should NOT be allowed to be in business and taking advantage of customers.. 3 trips with different "experts" to fix 2 year old A/C (which they sold me), Still doesn't work properly. Charged me $774 for 3 hours work in spite of 2 employees telling me their hourly rate was $117. Manager denies they have an hourly rate and refuses to provide partial refund.

I would recommend them. They were very responsive in scheduling. If there is an emergency, they will have a same day service. I am very happy with them.

Logan is an authorized dealer for Trane. The service technician refused to look at the unit due to company policy that they do not service units that are on a rooftop(condo installation) that they did not install. They are polite on the phone but you may wait for the service and not get your unit inspected or repaired.
