Poor communication during and after install. I had some concerns with the install and expressed them to the installer and office staff and nothing was done or follow-up as I was advised.

Always get great service from Logan. Would highly recommend.

Had a complete replacement of HVAC unit. The unit is in the attic so it was a very tight workspace, the installation took some extra time but that was only because they ended up replacing some of the ductwork. I appreciated the extra effort rather than just doing it quick and hoping it would last.

All service has been done to my complete satisfaction. Service reps show up on time, are always friendly and complete work in a timely manner.

I called and told them I had no power. Answering service said take a chance because power may be on during actual service time. Rescheduling may take a month or more. They came, power still off, charged me full price and did half the work.

Doug, Dallas, and Bradly showed up to do the job. They worked very well together. Everyone did their own job to complete the whole job very quickly. They answered any questions I had. You could tell by the answers that they knew what they were doing. I am very pleased.

No issues and great service. Guys were great.

Went very well, Shawn and his assistant were very professional. They seemed to do very detailed work. Would hire them anytime. Bryan, the salesman wasn’t pushy and professional. Even the young lady who answer the phone was upbeat and very professional. Why would anyone go anywhere else.

It went well. Doug, Dallas, and Skyler completed the work in one day. They were very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, articulate, and diligent. Drop cloth was laid down in the entrance all the way to the basement and they wore cloth coverings over their shoes when in the house. They cleaned everything up before leaving. The system looks great.

They did a very good job and I have no complaints. I would hire them again.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: Logan promotion was buy an air conditioner and get a furnace free. After two hours of demonstrations and explaining the different air conditioners available this was not true. They only give you a small manufacture discount for the furnace. I ask them what if I just get the furnace installed. The price discounted was no were near the price discounted ($3500 higher). Therefore I was paying the full price. My price was between $8000-$10,000 with discounts. Depends on which one you decide to get. I give it a two star because the individual that came to my home was very professional.

Incorrect diagnoses, wanting to replace parts that weren't broken, obviously its working now. Limit switch, control board and the ventilation motor/inducer all for $2674.29. He also recommended on not fixing it and buy a new furnace which would cost me more money. A day later a different company came in and got the furnace functioning by cleaning the plugged water trap, so zero parts were needed so no costs for the parts. The furnace is now functioning 100% properly. I do not recommend Logan A/C & Heating Services.

Selected Logan as the technician did a complete inspection of furnace (other company did not) and only then recommended a completely new HVAC. (Other company also recommended a completely new HVAC, but AC was smaller and total cost was approximately $1,000 higher.) The 3 installers were Brad, Lauren and James. They were excellent and detailed oriented as we recently had new hardwood floors installed and the area the furnace is located in the basement is filled with art work, antique crystal and China. They were also COVID-19 compliant. At the end of each day, all work areas were spotless and all materials removed from home. They were very professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Could not have asked for a better team.

As an update to my 10/5/20 review: After being told by Logan that I had a clogged heat exchanger on a 7-year old Trane furnace which was still under warranty and that they REFUSED to do the repair because they didn’t install the unit while still charging me a “service” call when they effectively did nothing, I received a receipt from them which claims that I was offered and refused to buy a new furnace. First, no such “offer” ever occurred. Second why would anyone buy a new furnace when the current one is still under warranty? Now for the sheer incompetence of Logan: I called out another company, this time a “Trace Comfort Specialist”. He arrived and within 15 minutes had the furnace blowing heat. The culprit? Not a clogged heat exchanger as Logan claimed. No. It was a clogged tube to the pressure sensor. Not only did Logan refuse to “fix” something they said was broken when it wasn’t, they were so incompetent that they couldn’t locate a clogged tube to the pressure switch when troubleshooting a pressure switch error code. Run, don’t walk away from this company. They are clearly focused solely on sales and installs of new units.

The sales process was smooth, enough that I selected Logan out of three total bids. The installation team showed up promptly and worked diligently throughout the day (they arrived around 8:40am and finished up about 4:50pm). The furnace (a Trane XV80) is louder than expected (louder than the 31 y.o. furnace it replaced), and I'm not sure about all the gaps in the ductwork they had to adjust to fit the new furnace in (see pictures)

They never responded to my inquiry.

Logan AC and Heat Services were friendly, professional, and efficient. Even with the large scope of the job, they were able to complete the install in one day. My family and I are thankful for their work - we are much more comfortable in our home now! Treneil, Brad, and Lauren did a great job. We greatly valued their level of expertise and professionalism.

It went very well! It took two guys eight hours to remove the old unit and to install the new one! Our house was HOT!!! Four hours later, and the house is cooled off and comfortable to be in again! Bobby Frye and Clay Nippert were both friendly and professional, cheerfully providing excellent workmanship! Highly recommended!

Excellent. The entire team was very thorough and commutative during the entire install. Would hire again with no doubts. Also very meticulous in their work.

Everything so far has been excellent. From Cameron in sales to technicians Tyler and Skylar. Professional, informative and willing to answer any questions. Everything was clean after they were done.
