Logan A/C & Heat Services

We signed up last fall for a special—heating start up check in fall and cooling check up start in spring. We had the fall visit. Spring visit was scheduled far out by Logan because they were totally booked until July 26. Logan canceled that visit due to worker illness. Rescheduled for July 30. Logan canceled again due to priority no AC calls. We get that, but this is Logan’s wheelhouse. They should have enough experience with scheduling to anticipate an increase during peak need and react accordingly. We have asked for a refund for half of what we paid for the special and will contact another servicer.

They don't want my business; money to spend, and they don't want it; so we went with another A/C company and the job is now done. 3 X, they said they would come out and quote my job for 2 new furnaces and 2 new AC units, in a new build, where ductwork was already installed and inspected.... And 3 X I had to call them back and try and get things rolling. I even spoke face-to-face with one of their folks you see on their television commercials, at the Home and Garden show....."How can I earn your business?" she said.... face-to-face. Probably one of the easiest jobs they've ever had... easy money! And they just left money on the table; walked away from it. They heard "new build" and then heard NOTHING after that... Better this way; don't want to do business with a company that doesn't follow through and doesn't listen.

Installers Chuck, Victor and Ron were excellent. They did a fantastic job!

From the estimate pricing to the installation Logan proved to be an easy and responsive company. Equally, their after install service has been very responsive.

We have been very pleased with the job Logan Services did for our heating system replacement. Brian was abel to provide us with a good estimate. The Logan installers, Chuck, Victor and Dylan, did a very professional job.

Didn’t know I needed I new furnace and AC - and “need” may not be the correct word, but was so excited to have Ty come out to show me the options for a system properly fitting my house and becoming vastly more efficient as a result. Can’t wait for my upstairs to be as cool as my downstairs this summer. Thanks to Alex and Brendan for the polite and professional and proficient install. I have used Logan for more years than I can remember. They always exceed my expectations. They are highly professional, always on time, and easy to do business with. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

We were in need of a new furnace and AC unit.After shopping around this was the best choice. they explained everything about our choices. Friendly sales guys arrived on time and had a no pressure sale pitch. only showed what would work best for the size of our house. the installers arrived on time (texted a picture of who would be coming) the explained what and how they were going to proceed. Made sure to respect of home by using drop clothes and even had a clean area outside. After installing they explained how everything worked even helping us with the App for our phone. Company even call a few time to make sure we were happy with how the system is working.

Arrived on time was very professional very knowledgeable of service install very smoothly. Installers Alex and John were truly amazing very friendly very personable very well-mannered. Did an amazing job cleaning up and I now have heat and it's wonderful

The salesman, Ty and the installers, Kyle and Jarrett did an excellent job, It was professional and neat. All questions were answered to my satisfactions.

The tech was very friendly and he knew with in a few minutes and had to order the part. They called the next day to schedule the installment. Both tech and office staff were very helpful and very friendly

I contacted Logan Services after another local came out and left my furnace in pieces. This is my third furnace and air conditioner in the 33 years I have live here. They replaced pipes, electrical systems and the entire hvac system. The house was spotless after they completed the work. Josh Zac and Travis were awesome, they worked hard for 6.5 hours to get my system installed. Hopefully this will be the last unit I will have to purchase.

Had a fantastic experience from the salesman to the installers. These guys were really professional and did a fantastic job. The installers were also awesome to talk to. I would recommend this company to anyone.

From the visit from the salesman until the completion from the installers, the job was very professional. The salesman explained every component thoroughly and what will be best for our home, and we excepted the deal from him. Set up a date for installation which was a couple days later, and the installers came out and put all the components in. The installers were very professional and informative on how they were going to replace all the equipment. I would recommend this company. Their price is comparable with other companies dealing with Trane equipment

They were on time for work performed. The tech was clean and neatly dressed. Paid attention to covering his shoes when he came inside. Work performed was done correctly and in a timely manner. He explained further work that needs done and I’m planning on having him return.

The installers--Alex, Frank and Mike--were great. They showed up @8 a.m. It was a two-day job, but they stayed until after 8 p.m. on day 1 so that we would have A/C that night. When a problem surfaced the next day, they came out immediately and stayed on top of it until they identified and solved the problem--which ultimately turned out to be a worn out circuit breaker in the electrical panel, i.e., not their fault.

Really appreciate the great service we received from Logan, from the sales consultant to the installation. Everyone was very respectful and did a great job working with us. We are also very impress with the HVAC sold to us, this house has never been this cool in the summer, even the upstairs is very comfortable. Sometimes we have to turn the thermostat up a degree or two where we are too cold. The old unit never did that. Received all our warranty paperwork in a timely manner. Very great service.

We had a great experience with Logan! From the time Jeff showed up for the consultation through final install! Jeff was the only person that showed up with materials and information for me to keep. Which I felt was very necessary when I sat down to review my options. Jeff walked us through everything, and provided knowledge and education throughout. When it came the install, Chuck and Victor were just as fantastic! They were kind, and very respectful of our home. They took time to ensure everything was completed safely and accurately but also were very efficient. They were in and out fairly quickly considering both A/C and Furnace were replaced. The attention to detail was spot on and I feel we received a quality install. We reccomend Logan to everyone!

From beginning to completion, all gave professional service. They even explained the functioning and care of our new system. And in the end, we received bonus service with duct cleaning and blue bulb attachment to the furnace. We ended up getting more than just a new system, but a healthier system. Thank you!

Excellent experience! Sales rep was not pushy and provided us a couple different systems and helped us understand the differences between them. Install day couldn't have gone better. Crew was professional and kept our house clean despite the rain. When they were done they demonstrated the system and made sure we understood the maintenance.

Great service from start to finish

Very happy with AC unit, quieter, house cooler and less humid. Does not run continuously. Old furnace was from mid 60s. Nothing on new unit lined up good with old duct work,to tall,to wide,to short,to narrow. The team not only made it all go together but it looks good too. I'm sure the furnace will perform equally as well when needed.

Very good the installer were great and very friendly showing me how everything worked.
