I had been having problems with the alignment of my Andersen front door for a few years. I had had other Andersen people come out to adjust the door but it never closed quite right. Then Greg from Linworth came out and it's hanging perfectly.

review months down the line: installed all new anderson windows and sliding eagle doors. sliding doors wouldn't lock for months. had to threaten litigation to get factory rep out to fix it. disheartening when you spend a fortune for what is supposed to be top of the line product. original draft of evaluation:The doors were awful, the windows fine. The doors didn't lock for months. They would not or could not fix them. They couldn't get Eagle to come out. Eagle Doors told us they didn't have email so we couldn't write them. It was only when we threatened to rip out the doors, sue them and put in a different brand that they eventually came out and "fixed them." That lasted about a month. Now they don't work again (and we hardly use them) and Linworth doesn't want to get Eagle involved. This has been a huge expense with totally unsatisfactory service. It's like they want us to sue them to get a product we paid for cash up front.

They were very helpful. The person I worked with was Steve. They were very punctual and professional. I will use them again.

. The selection that they have here was certainly adequate. Things looked like that we wanted them it was not like in other places. Since it is a smaller company they were more personal. One gets the sense that these people have better knowledge about the products than what you find in a bigger store. We would definitely use them in the future.

The people who helped at the counter were very professional and informative. They took me to look at the decking back in the yard before I made my purchase and I asked them to choose boards that matched a description I gave. When it was delivered (exactly at the time they said it would be there) I found that they did an even better job of selecting boards than I would have done! I've been back several times for various things and have gotten the same service every time!

They offered a really reasonable price. They did excellent work. They stayed on task. They got the job done quickly. They showed up on time. They answered any questions I had. They also cleaned up after themselves.
