Levi's 4 Floors

I was in the store 4-6 times at 2 locations looking at both LVT and carpeting, I kept inquiring about a specific type of carpet wanting additional information on it such as face-weight, twist and density. None of the salespeople had the information and never contacted me with it as promised. I finally after a couple weeks decided I would give them a chance and have them come out to measure, bring samples and the product information I had been requesting. The in home measurement was scheduled for 4 days out which was not a huge deal. Here comes the worst part, the salesman arrives over an hour late the evening of the appointment, brings no samples and has none of the information I requested. Then to top it off is the first out of 6 installers that wants to tear out the sub-floor which is very costly stating that the sub-floor is weakening the floor in both areas. I can shenanigans on this! FACT's the home was built in the early 1920's and rehabbed about 14 years ago, there is one layer of sub-flooring over the original hard wood with a layer of congoleum. The kitchen and bath both are the most solid floors in the home. NOW for the worst part its been over a week and I have not been contacted with an estimate, the information I requested or any type of follow up. EVERY OTHER company has provided the estimate on site that day and followed up at least once. This place states they are the best in the City but I say that is crap and if the customer service starts out like this I can not imaging how the final product would be or let alone the service if there is ever an issue.

From the first step to the last, this was the best carpet buying experience I've ever had. I visited the Busch Blvd. showroom and Bill Harian helped me pick out my carpet. He sent me home with samples and an estimate that I could live with. I had a little sticker shock at first and dialed down my requirements to fit my budget. Bill was patient and explained all the ins and outs of purchasing carpets (how your initial measurements won't be exactly what you must pay for). I was scheduled for the 21st of September. Bill gave me a detailed list of items that I had to move before the big day. It was a pain, but once Dave Alexander and his crew showed up, I knew at once that Levi's was definitely the right choice. Dave and his team efficiently moved my items, pulled up the old carpet, Shop-Vac-ed away any dust or debris, then installed the new carpet. What a professional group!!! The finished product is gorgeous and when those men left, it was impossible to find evidence that I had just had major work completed. They used installation tools I never knew existed. Plus they were just nice, friendly guys.

These folks were so fantastic. Levi's installed a vinyl wood-like flooring in our kitchen and laundry room, but within a few months it started raising at the short seams. It very visible and irritating to look at. Levi's called the manufacturer in an attempt to have the issue corrected. After an unsatisfactory period of time the manufacturer responded and said it wasn't their fault and they were not liable to fix the issue. At that point, Levi decided to offer us a 100% credit for labor and material to install 3 quarter inch solid maple wood flooring with a distressed look. They did a PHENOMENAL job. i would recommend them to anyone. They're honest and take care of customer service issues. We are very happy with their service.

Installers did a great job. The carpet in one room had to be replaced twice due to manufacturer defect, nothing to do with Levi's. They have handled the follow up very well.

The whole experience with this company was great! Sales staff was excellent to work with and the installers were friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again in the future.

They never got back to me with the estimate.

.We ordered carpet from Levi's4Floors at Powell Road. They came out to measure and brought the large carpet sample we had chosen. We ordered it in February but didn't call for the installation for 2 months. The installer ripped out the old carpet and pad. They installed the new pad and brought the new carpet into the house to install. This is when the problems began. It was chocolate brown and I ordered a off white. I went back the the store and the label on my carpet sample had the wrong label on it. I noticed that that a half dozen other samples had been corrected but not my sample. The salesman found the board with the tiny samples and sure enough my large sample had the wrong label. So they ordered the correct carpet which took 10 days to come in and be installed. Meanwhile we were living on padding and most of the furnishings were in other places in the house.Our salesman at Powell Road wasn't sympathetic to our problem. They gave us a small compensation for the inconvenience and that was it.

I went to Levi's 4 Floors in January 2015 to choose carpeting and arrange for measurement. Bill came out to my rental property, measured, and quoted a price. Unfortunately, it was several months before the contracted remodeling was sufficiently completed to allow carpet installation. During that time period, the sale price ended. However, when the carpeting I had selected went on sale again, Bill phoned me to let me know the good news. The day of the installation went extremely well. David was the installer and did a FABULOUS job, and completed the condo within 6 hours!

We called Greg Whitney at the Levi's 4 Floors on Hilliard Rome Rd. in Hilliard,Ohio to give us an estimate to replace carpet that was damaged by a water leak. After Greg's estimate we went to his location and purchased the new carpet. From start to finish Greg was extremely helpful and professional. He went out of his way to make sure the carpet was installed correctly. Our new carpet was installed this past week and it looks great. If we need carpet again in the future we definitely will go back to Levi's on Rome Hilliard Rd. and ask for Greg.

I called to inquire about an estimate for some baseboards and thresholds for our existing floors. The person I talked to laughed at my request and said they were "too busy" to do that type of work. Not impressed. Will never do business with them.

Samples were overdue for return. Request for the return was impolite. Interest in my needs was second to whomever might next need the samples. As a result, I made a large purchase to re-carpet an entire home using essentially the same product elsewhere.

Great They were punctual at both measurment and delivery and instaling the carpet. They moved everything out of the bed room and then returned it to its place. The price included a 6LB pad and instalation (hailing the old carpet was extra)

Sales personnel were very helpful in selection of carpeting and matching dinning room carpet to already installed great room. Installers arrived on time and finished the job in a half day. They did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the results.

The two men arrived on time and efficiently installed my carpet. It was a fairly big job and it took them most of the day. They vacuumed the new carpet before they left.

It went very well. Their price was in the ballpark of what I expected. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and gave me a number of options to choose from. The installer were very professional and completed everything in one day. I love my new carpet and recommend IC Floors to others.

They gave me some good advice on what kind of carpet to get for stairs. Since I did not need much carpet, they helped me find a small ammount. Their service was great, prices were reasonable, and I would use them again.

We didn't ask anybody else, we wandered in there and they had what we wanted on sale. They were very good and dependable.

The install team was professional, punctual, careful, and respectful. The install teams are sub contractors. The lead of my install team had been in the business for most of his adult career life. He was friendly, professional, and skilled. He received concerns well and reasonably addressed those concerns. The team did a soid job overall.

The experience with Levis was great. We received tremendous service from Sherrey. She's very knowledgeable and will point out the pro's and con's of the various products they carry. We started with the idea of getting hardwood but when she explained some of the issues that could occur, we decided on a different product. She came to the house with samples early in the process and helped my wife immensely. She is very passionate about her work! Each flooring type was installed by a different crew (e.g., vinyl one day, CoreTec another, carpet another). The finished product looks great and we could not be more pleased with the result! We would absolutely use them again in the future if necessary!!!!

We had a very short time frame for getting this done. He accommodated us and we completed our objective. Mike did a great job setting this all up and we were pleased with the results. The installers were really personable and very professional and did a great job. We will use the company again and would recommended them. .

They did an excellent job. They were very prompt, they were very nice, they got us a nice price that we asked and they did an excellent job stretching it. So we were very pleased with them as well.

They hired out installers who have done a shoddy job three times now. When carpet was first installed months ago they left with doors not closing, base cove falling off, transition strips the wrong size installed, and on and on. It tools them weeks to come back to fix installation issues. Not even 6 months later base cove completely falling off the walls, huge gaps in several transition strips reappearing that were supposedly fixed once. Called for the third time for repairs on morning of Friday March 6th. Was told someone would call back to schedule the repairs by end of day. It's now March 10th and not a word from Levi's. It is starting to look like I will have to call someone else to come out and fix their mess!
