Description of Work: The quality of the carpet and the installation was excellent. The sales person we worked with was excellent. There were some delays due to first a carpet no longer being manufactured and then a backlog of installations due to a sale.

Description of Work: I looked at carpeting and hardwood flooring. The salesperson was very helpful, but I was in a hurry for the hardwood, and there was too long a wait. I borrowed a lot of carpet samples and found one that I intend to purchase later on.

Description of Work: Edging a remnant. Was done earlier than promised.

Description of Work: The installers were on-time and worked hard to get the job done in two days. Installation included removal of the old vinyl and sub-floor and installation of a new sub-floor and tile. Completed job looks great!

Description of Work: Had a great experience at Levi's 4 Floors in Hilliard. Worked with Steve, who pointed me in the right direction and help keep everything moving smoothly. The day of the installation, the contractors were on time and worked efficiently. The contractors work directly with Levi's, so I was a lot more trustworthy. The carpet looks great and we are very happy with Levi's. Will definitely go back when we are ready to do more rooms.

Description of Work: This is a review for Levi 4 Floors in Powell. We have purchased carpet and hardwood flooring for 2 homes over the past 8 years. Pete Armstrong has consistently provided outstanding service! He generally remembers the names of his customers when entering the store. His goal is to provide the best service, product and price. Pete has always notified us upcoming sales so that we could save money on a big purchase. The installers are always on time and professional. Installation is completed in minimal time. I have observed other companies that have taken days to install carpet in my neigbor's homes. We definitely recommend Levi 4 Floors!

Description of Work: You're in for a very frustrating and strange shopping experience if you go to Levi's in Blacklick to look at carpeting. Levi's is a StainMaster dealer, and the store is full of hundreds of styles, colors, and types -- all with NO PRICES on any of them!! To find out what any carpet costs, they have to "look it up" and tell you, over and over, which gets aggravating fast and makes it impossible to really shop or compare. If there are several customers in the store at once, you can well imagine the difficulty of finding out any prices. It also makes it easy for the salesperson to "wheel and deal," as the prices may change depending on...........who knows!? It's a strange and uncomfortable way to shop for anything - imagine going into Best Buy and finding no prices on any TV or computer - would you stay? If you do manage to find carpet that you want, guess what's next: NO SAMPLES! We assumed that, like every other carpeting store we'd ever been in, there were take-home samples to look at in the room of your own house, and there are many in the store, but our salesperson said, "Oh, no, if you took samples home, what would anyone else have to look at?!" Finally, she made 'special arrangements' for us: if we came back shortly before closing the evening before she came to measure, we could get samples to have for the next morning - just a couple hours to make a fast decision, before she took them all back. There are clearly other carpet stores in Columbus, OH area, such as Lowe's and Home Depot, plus several independents, that operate like normal stores: all the carpeting is priced , the shopping is easy, and there are many samples to take home to decide. It isn't hard to see why we did NOT choose Levi's for all our new carpeting.

Description of Work: We needed family room and hall carpeting. Tom Stebbins, Jr. came and measured and finalized the estimate. The carpeting we wanted was on sale but he did not pressure us which carpet to purchase. We told him the needs of the room and we looked. They moved the furniture and installed within about three hours and Mr. Stebbins and the installers were good to have around and they did a very good job. We had someone else pull the old carpeting because we had to check the floors. It was the original carpeting and went back to the 70's.

Description of Work: I went to Levi 4 Floors and talked with them about the potential for flooring, wood flooring, and bamboo flooring. I got an idea of some costs. It was a little higher priced than I thought it should be. I would consider them for other flooring needs.
