At 4 Floors we appreciate all feed back pro and con as we feel that we can learn from our mistakes and improve as we learn. We also appreciate the customer taking the time to inform us as to how things went with regards to the entire process from point of sale to installation. Unfortunately in this case we need to ask for more information such as which store you were at and the salesperson you worked with as we can't seem to find anything in our system with regards to the name or address shown. Once I have that information I can look further into the situation . Thank you

Description of Work: Mike Leffler was very helpful in the selection of carpeting for our house. He brought samples and helped us decide on colors. We had never replaced all of the carpeting in a house and Mike made the process very comfortable. We liked the fact that there was never any sales pressure or hidden costs. | |Our installers, Bill and Ted, were very experienced and efficient. They kept the disruption to a minimum and completed the installation within the alloted time. It was an "Excellent Adventure"! | |We love our new carpeting and would highly recommend Levi's 4 Floors.

Description of Work: The lady that was to measure the area (stairs and hallway) spent no more than 10 minutes "measuring " the area. She said she was allergic to cats and I had a cat. I ended up with a very large amount of carpet left over. They cut the carpet in the garage and left a mess. I would not use them again. I used the Levi's on Rome Hilliard Road.

Description of Work: The carpet layers were terrific. They were punctual, worked hard, checked with us on any question they had. The salesman, however, had to be convinced that we were serious. I found that odd. |We recarpeted the first level of our home and when we do the upper level we will return to that store.

Description of Work: We were very hesitant on what type and color of carpet to get. Bill was very helpful in our decision. He listened to our concerns and helped advice us to which carpet to purchase as well as which color would be best. It was installed yesterday. The men that came were very professional and did an excellent job! I love the carpet and how it looks.
