Description of Work: Provider had unmatched carpet installed in my home. Had to contact them regarding the mismatched carpet. Had to wait over 4 weeks for replacement carpet. Asked for compensation on balance of bill due to inconvenience. Would not compensate me, charged me full price.

We are sorry to hear of how unhappy you are. When we were made aware of the manufacturer defect of mismatched carpet, within 24 hours, we reordered it from the manufacturer. At that time we were told there was a back order of about 2 weeks, plus 1 week for shipping. This type of delay is completely out of our control since we do not manufacture the carpet. Upon receipt of the new carpet at our warehouse, we scheduled the installation with you to be done within one week. We did everything in our power to resolve this in a timely manner. Description of Work: They replaced flooring in the kitchen and the master bathroom. The wrong flooring was installed in the bathroom. They redid the bathroom flooring at no cost to us and without any hassle. When there are problems you find out just how good the company you have hired really is. I don't know why the error occurred but they were A1, first class, in their response and we certainly do plan to use this company again!!!!!

Salesman Mike Leffler is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful with evaluating alternatives and making the best selection of carpet. Installers are subs but carefully vetted by Levi's and were skilled, efficient and very pleasant to work with. We are completely satisfied Levi's customers.

VINYL FLOORING INSTALLATION, POOR JOB, TOOK A LONG TIME TO FIX IT, SENT SIX DIFFERENT PEOPLE OUT TO LOOK AT IT, BEFORE DECIDING THAT IT MUST BE REPLACED. THEN HAD ANOTHER PROBLEM WHICH HAD TO BE FIXED. TOOK 16 MONTHS TO GET A NEW KITCHEN FLOOR.
