We have no problems with them. They were very good to work with. The salesman was not high pressure. He gave us several options and didn't say this is only good today. He answered all our questions, and we had a few issues on the different types, and he explained that would be better, this would be worse. For what you want you could spend this much, but this is on sale, so he was very helpful; and then the installers were very good and very careful. We're happy with them.

We decided to go with another company that had a product that we liked over this company's product. However the professionalism and courtesy of the salesperson was excellent. We would go back again for carpeting.

The company stated the work would be done in 3 business days. It took them 8 days. The contractor was never on time and would work till 10pm at night. The main gentleman came and went and complained about his divorce the whole time. Then left the job to one single person that showed up after noon and would work till 10pm. We have a 3 year old, so trying to get her to sleep with hammering, etc. was a chore. The contractor charged us money to replace shoe mold that we paid for with the company. After having to complain about the poor installation, leaking toilets and carpet issues, Art Levi came to our home and refunded us a whole whopping $186 to cover the shoe molding we paid out of pocket. He promised a plumber would come and look at the toilets yet he sent another contractor that only fixed ONE toilet and said to watch out for leaking of the second toilet. 4 months later we are still having issues. Flooring has separated, the second toilet leaked, they finally sent a plumber. We now have to fix our great room ceiling. My husband refuses to have another half *** contractor come and do the work. We spent 12K on flooring this time and 4 years ago 8K worth of flooring. We dealt with the Powell Store in 2012 and the Blacklick Store in 2017. The Powell Store provided better contractors. Half the people that came out to do work on our home in 2017 had Rite Rug Shirts on. We originally planned to go with Rite Rug as they offered better services such as plumbers re-installing toilets, same warranty package and cheaper install. Levi's said they would match this offer and my husband chose Levi's. My husband will be calling Art today to have someone come and fix the flooring for the THIRD time in our entry way and half bath. I would NEVER use this company again. I am sick to my stomach with the amount of money we spent and what type of product we got. The carpet has many areas where you can see the seams lifted. The carpet people said it will settle. It's been 5 months and nothing has settled. It's embarrassing to have people see and note that the carpet seam is visible. I doo not feel Art was sympathetic at all for the poor services and install he provided. He acted smug and put out with our issues. My husband had to take 4 EXTRA days of vacation to be home while install was prolonged. No other offer of discount or even an apology. Just "oh well I didn't realize the contractor was going though a divorce." Also, the services started on Jan 16th and b y the 118th our debit card was FULLY charged and not even HALF the work was done. When asked why our card was charged before final product, we were told 'this NEVER happens." Also, the company ordered the wrong product hence the extending of our install. When told we had two wrong boxes the company customer service department argued with the contractor stating they didn't know what they were talking about. It's been a long road... please please do your homework when dealing with this company.

We apologize for the issues listed above and are willing to fix any issues they have , I spoke with Mr.[Member Name Removed] and we have had a plumber fix the plumbing issue and I have left a message for Mr. [Member Name Removed] with regards to any other issues and the best method to resolve them. I was at the residence previously and have spoken with them in the past and while I understand that unseen problems do occur at the time of our last conversation all issues had been resolved. We will work to fix any new issues so that we can ultimately satisfy the Kukovecs.

excellent. the installers were very professional, worked hard, and were "in and out."
The price was comparable to everybody else. The workers were excessively polite. I remember seeing 3 workers at one time but I wasn't here all the time. The flooring was done in 2 days. It was a fun week, because we had to have the piano moved, the carpet put in the living room, the piano moved, the flooring finished, the piano moved. It was fun.

This is carpeting installed 2 years ago and the installation itself was barely an average job. Levis 4 Floors still has not fixed a 4 foot long ridge or wrinkle in the bedroom carpet or fixed the doorway entrances so the tufts from the edge don't come up or you don't stub you toes on the bathroom tile or the hardwood floor in the living room. The carpets were Stainmaster products and they developed a traffic pattern of soiling and matting within the first 3 months. Stainmaster maintains they are not responsible and it must be something we are doing. My husband and I are 78 years old and don't wear shoes into bedroom. We are the only ones living here and have no pets but are having to have the carpet in the bedroom cleaned every 4 months. Levis 4 Floors was initially sympathetic about the soiling and sent someone to test clean. When the spots disappeared for a few days and then reappeared, that was my fault. The traffic pattern only disappeared while wet from cleaning and after drying was still there. Art Levi visited today and still maintains I must be the one at fault or my cleaning lady must be using dirty water to clean the hardwood floors in the rest of the house or the tile in the bathroom. She does not use dirty water and her microfiber cloths are clean because I launder them. He isn't going to do anything about the long ridge in the bedroom or the problem at the door entrances even if the tufts are coming up and there is a long line of dark soiling. The traffic pattern has been ignored by him since the first time I complained 6 months after the carpet was laid. The matter is closed as far as he is concerned, he stands behind Stainmaster and the installation issues are non issues.

The 2 installers didn't start till 9:30 everyday and then wanted to work until 9:00 pm every night. The first day was my whole upstairs and was 8:30 before my bed was put back and they left. It was another hour before the room was sleep able.My husband, who gets up at 4:00 am for work , went to a hotel when these guys had not left by 8:00 pm, which I had asked them to do.I told them 6:00 finish time after that. This team took a lot of breaks. The third day , they had one room left to do and said at 3:00 they needed to drop off the trash and be back in 1 hour. They came back at 5:45 and wanted to finish ( 2.5 hours later). We made them come back for the fourth day. They came at 9:30 and were done at 11:00. I felt that I had little control about when they would come and go to work.We contacted Art Levy(owner) about the bad experience and asked him to cover the hotel. He refused and his only concern was that the carpet was in and looked good. We are repeat customers and had good experiences before. We knew we paid more but felt the product and service was usually worth it. After talking to the owner, his only concern was that we got the product. Told him we are on Angie's List and would relay our experience, his only response was " be sure to tell them how good the carpet looks".

The sales process and our rep, Kevin, was absolutely fantastic. We were so looking forward to getting decently priced carpet from a company whose sales process has been so wonderful. The weekend prior to the originally scheduled installation date, a representative called us to see if we could get it installed earlier, and we were not able to. At that point I confirmed we were still on for our original date. When the date came around, no one showed up!! And no phone call! I had to call my sales rep and eventually received a callback to tell us that they weren't able to actually come that day. From that point on it took days of back-and-forth, and broken promises and a total lack of listening to what I was saying in requesting in terms of what days and times would work for us, just to get it rescheduled. I took time off of work, I had to board my dog and was so upset it was wasted on a no show. The communication breakdown was terrible. When they finally did come to install the carpet, we realized afterwards there was damage done to the walls somehow. I know this because we just finished the room, and nothing had been inside of it nor had the room been used for anything else, so we know that we did not put any wear and tear on it. Unfortunately the service was horrible. I would never recommend them to a family member or friend

Let's start with the good. We eventually got the correct carpet installed and the quality of the installation was very good. Everything else was extremely painful and fraught with errors and lack of communication. The salesperson (Bo) lacked experience and had trouble advising on what would be a good carpet for stairs. We decided upon a particular carpet (they wrote it down) and we scheduled a measurement. The salesperson came out and made a measurement and said he would get the quote back within a day or two. After 4 days we called and he said that he thought he had sent it (he had not). He emailed the quote to me. When I got the quote, it was for the wrong carpet at about 3x the cost. When I called, Bo apologized and asked what carpet we wanted. (Apparently they had no record) Since I didn't want to make a mistake, I came into the store and brought the sample over from the rack and made sure the right carpet was recorded. When I got the revised quote, it had another error - the sq. ft. installed was greater than the sq. ft. purchased. I called and he corrected it. I paid the down payment. The evening before the installation, usually there is some kind of call or reminder. There was none. Shortly before closing I called to confirm that we had an installation the next day. The person who answered could neither confirm or deny that we were scheduled (??). I do not understand why the receptionist cannot access the installation schedule. The installer showed up and was professional and experienced. But he got half of the job done, he said that the exposed edge would have to be bound - this carpet would not look good tucked under and that we would have to call to schedule the rest of the installation on another date. (good advice, but inconsistent with what our salesperson told us). The installer said "Didn't your salesperson tell you this?" He said that "scheduler" would call within 48 hours. After 3 full days, my wife called and the receptionist, after hanging up 3 times (inadvertently) put her through to a voicemail recording. No one returned the call and apparently no one got the message. My wife called again 3 days later and the receptionist put her on hold and said that the salesperson was with another customer and would be with her shortly. After 10 minutes on hold, she hung up. My wife drove to the store and was able to talk to the salesperson was completely unaware that we didn't have all of our carpet installed. He talked with the installer and we got a date to have the rest of the carpet installed. After the 2nd installation, I called the store and made full/final payment by credit card over the phone. The receptionist took my credit card information and I asked how much the card would be charged. She said that she did not know - that she would figure that out later. I said that I would like to know the amount - otherwise it was like a "blank check". She acted exasperated at my request. Two days later, the installer called and left a message on my voicemail asking me to call and pay the remaining balance (that had been paid two days earlier). I called the store and the receptionist said, "Well, he should have looked at the computer." This is the problem. This organization is totally disconnected from one another and does not communicate with each other or their customers. They make mistakes and point the finger at each other. I will not use them again.

Outstanding repair job. The guys were prompt, very knowledgeable and the work quality was excellent. I would highly recommend Levi's 4 Floors for all of your flooring needs.
Description of Work: I purchased carpet from Levi's 4 Floors 10 years ago. Great carpet and installation has held up very good. Recently I required some repair due to our cats pulling at the seam. To complicate the repair, I was working under a very tight time constraint. I contacted Levi's through Angie's list and explained my situation. They were very courteous and sent out a repair technician the same week.

I went into the store just to look at the carpets they had. I ended up taking several samples home. When I got home and saw the carpet in my bedroom, I returned for more carpet samples. I did this 3 or 4 times. They were fine with it. They understood I needed to check it out and were very patient with me. They gave advice and suggestions along the way. When they came out to measure, my salesman did not pressure me at all. He let me consider the cost and talk it over with my husband. He figured the costs for 2 different carpets. Of course, the one I wanted was the more expensive one and cost more than I had planned. My salesman, Scott, gave me the pros and cons of each and just said, " I just want you to be happy with your purchase" and waited patiently for our decision. Yes, I bought the more expensive one, but I love the feel of it under my feet. I also went with color suggestions Scott made. I really appreciated the lack of pressure to buy and their patience and understanding. I'll be back.

My first experience with the Polaris location of Levi's 4 floors went fine and we were completely happy with the carpet installation. The second experience (Hilliard location) when trying to get a quote for the kitchen floors and bathroom was quite the opposite. I went into the store to get an estimate to change the vinyl in my kitchen and bathroom and gave an approximate square footage. The owner that day wrote down a price for $5.25 per square foot for labor and installation or $3.00 per square foot for the flooring if I wanted to install it myself. When a second person came to my home to give me the estimate he immediately denied that I was told $5.25 and then proceeded to tell me that there would be additional charges to remove the stove, the move the fridge etc. I asked the sales associate to write up the quote and email it to us, but he didn't do so for several days. I had to personally reach out, upon which time he sent the quote. I asked the sales associate to have the owner that I spoke to the day of to call me so we could discuss the charges. I did not hear back from the management and decided to call the store and I left a message but my call was not returned. I was eventually able to reach the person I had originally spoke to upon which time he denied that he had ever told me that the charges to install the vinyl flooring which included "labor and installation" was actually what he had quoted. The owner easily became upset when I brought up the price he had previously given me. The whole experience dealt by this particular location was unprofessional and we will not be returning to have any services on our home done by this company. I would recommend that anyone interested in flooring should shop around and get a quote in writing and signed so that the company will honor what they say.
