Lee sold our house for a good price in a few weeks in a very tough market. He walked us through every step of the process, anticipating our needs, returning all calls quickly at all hours, answering our every question, using his experience to effectively solve any problems. He gave us a free home warranty (sells for $375). When the very old house we were selling had a plumbing leak late evening the night before a morning closing, he used his considerable expertise to come up with a clear workable solution to the satisfaction of both buyers and sellers. I would certainly hire him again.
