Scheduling move-
Description of Work: I contacted Leaders to inquire about a move from another state to OH and they called back within minutes to let me know they could not provide this service. They did give me a referral, contact name and number to another movie company that can do the move. I appreciate the follow through and recommendation and prompt response, and from this can imagine that they treat their customers well.

Description of Work: They broke a couch table by not being mindful of how is was constructed and needed to be lifted. They broke it when it was going into their storage facility and never reported it to me. It was discovered by the next crew who delivered it the next month. It was shrieked wrapped broken. They stored furniture on top of my $10,000 Italian imported couch which permanently indented the leather. The crew leader had to constantly instruct the two labor men.

Description of Work: Moved much of our furniture from condo to apartment. Only problem was we ordered and paid rent for 10 wardrobes to move our hanging clothes and they only brought 3. Even though they credited us, we were forced to make several trips in our car to move our clothes.

Description of Work: They moved an electric stove and a refrigerator. It went well. I had to call the main office about the movers to install back the cover for the refrigerator. Initially, the movers did not want to do it. However, it got installed by the intervention of the main office. It got done!
