Moving is an enormous task. Leaders did an excellent job. I had them do all the packing in about 4 of my rooms plus the entire basement. I thought this would be an impossible job, but no, they were great. The three workers arrived on time, were very professional, and packed all. They packed my good china along with other prized possessions, careful at all times. They marked the boxes so I would not be confused when unpacking. They all were fun, which helped the stressful day.

They were very courteous and prompt. They kept in touch by phone from the time of the first estimate until the actual day of the move. Nothing was damaged; they did a great job! This is the second time we've used them.

The two movers arrived on time. They were very professional, efficient and careful. They laid down mats and put pads on the door frames to protect the floors and doors. At the new home, they had to park at the bottom of the driveway, as it is steep and curved. The two men still hustled up the driveway, and were careful not to bang and bump the furniture or the walls. We were very impressed. It was well worth the money. We went with Leaders because they quoted the job based on a list of the items to be moved, and guaranteed the quote would be exactly what we were charged. We did not feel comfortable going with companies who quoted based on an estimate of time, which would increase if it took longer. We were very, very happy with this company!

Good. Had a little incident regarding breakage of an entertainment stand, but that was resolved by the manager.

They showed up on time. This was an extremely hot day. They never complained, and were very careful with our things. We have used a lot of movers and this was by far the best. They told us exactly how much it would cost and came in right on that figure.

The move went quite well. Leaders gave me an estimate over the phone and scheduled the day and approximate time. They took my credit card number and promised to call with a more exact time later in the day. However, they did not call and I had to call back to find out the exact time. When the time was established, they showed up on time with two movers, truck and numerous pads. The movers were diligent in moving the furniture and did an excellent job. Two of the pieces were very heavy and had to be moved to the second floor. Despite this, they moved them with no damage to the furniture or walls. They even loaned me a socket set so I could take the bed apart and reassemble it at my home. They would have disassembled the bed for an extra charge, but I chose to did it myself.

Jayson did a free home estimate. The way this company works is great; they charge you by what you move, and the only thing that changes that price is if you add/subtract items. Therefore, the estimate I got was very similar (actually a little higher than) the final price charged. The two men and their truck arrived promptly on the day of the move. They were very professional and efficient. In fact, I think we held them up a bit because we weren't completely finished packing. They had the truck loaded within 2 hours. They drove all day and the next morning called me bright and early. Unfortunately, with the tunnel restrictions in and around NYC they had trouble getting into Brooklyn. This is something I feel should have been anticipated and prepared for. But it just meant that we had more time to clean the apt. before they arrived. They unloaded, again, very efficiently (about 2 hours). Nothing was damaged. They also dealt very well with a difficult access path into the apt.

Leaders did a great job. We had a lot of stuff to move, and the men who did the work were very professional, polite, and hard-working.

They were professional and worked carefully. They padded door entries and walls so as not to nick/scratch while moving. Moved difficult/heavy items with extreme care. Were patient about placing items according to my whims! These guys are the best.

The movers were supposed to call the day before to tell us the time they would show up. They didn't call so I called them. They gave me a window from 1:00 to 4:00 a little wide in my opinion.

The staff was courteous and appeared eager to complete the move. I made them aware of my requirements prior to the move and they agreed to comply. The time required to pack and complete the move was greatly underestimated. As a result, the movers were very rushed to get done and things were missed. For example, a basement door was not put back in place and was left leaning against a wall after removing to bring the washer from the basement. The movers were careful in handling my antiques and furniture. However, there were gouches in furniture discovered after the move. The movers were not aware of all my requests and did not bring a washer kit as I had requested and one had to be brought at the last minute. Kitchen items were wrapped and packed carefully and none were damaged during the move. However, the bedroom items and some basement items were very poorly packed. I do like Leader's policy allowing the return of boxes and reimbursing for those boxes.

I received an estimate from Leaders over the telephone after going to their website and listing the pieces that I wanted moved. The next business day they called with the estimate. It was below what I had anticipated, so I schedule the move one week from the day I spoke to the guy on the phone. The 3 guys arrived on time and went straight to work. One guy checked off items as they were taken to the truck, to make sure they were getting all of the items that I had listed. Once they were finished loading the truck they followed us to our new house to unload. They placed all of the items in the rooms where we wanted them and were very careful about scratching walls and furniture. They did end up scratching one piece of furniture, but they left me directions of what to do. I called their service guy and he scheduled a company to come out and fix the scratch, it's like new! We were very happy with their service.

The workers themselves were energetic, polite and extremely positive on both days. Unfortunately we only had three men on the first day and our calls to Jayson on that day were not returned. On the second day we had four people but they only had moving pads to protect the floor, and they were slipping a lot. They did not protect our stairs or upstairs hallway at all because they didn't even have enough pads. When the time came to settle up we found out no one had counted the boxes that were packed, so there was no way to tell if there were more or fewer than the estimate and so no way to save money. We had in fact brought a lot of things up ourselves before the move. I called Jayson afterward to ask him to address this situation and after a lot of excuses and phone tag, during which he gave me a "direct line" to call him that did not work - he finally managed to refund $280 to me. This was a good thing, but it doesn't make up for what happened.

Right on time. They were clean cut and very polite. Responsive to any questions I had. Excellent people friendly and efficient. The move was very positive b/c of their expertise. Their estimate was also lower than the other bid I had.

Very easy--scheduling was no problem, the delivery was on time, and everything arrived in good shape.

They were wonderful. I thought that they were reasonable and professional. They were very clean, and also patient with my needs, and paid special attention to the cleanliness of my home. The furniture was very heavy, but they did not complain at all. No nicks were in the furniture and no walls or carpets were damaged. They were very honest. I have a baby grand piano that needed to be moved, and since they were not sure of their expertise in that area, they told me they did not feel comfortable moving it, and took the charge off the bill.

They did an excellent job and were very cooperative and careful. There were some valuable antiques involved.

Leaders gave us the lowest bid for the work, even with an up-charge for additional boxes due to college students home for the summer. Stan, Shawn, Kevin and Kenny were the hardest working individuals that I have ever seen in my life. These guys showed up on-time at 8 am and worked non-stop loading the trucks in the morning and then worked non-stop unloading the trucks in the afternoon. They were RUNNING between the house and the truck with and without heavy items. It was a scorching humid day, but they were always EXTREMELY polite, even with their arms loaded and us, obviously, in the way at times. Nothing was damaged in the move and there were almost no marks on the walls or woodwork. I can't give these guys enough praise for the excellent job that they did.

It was an excellent experience. They showed up a little early ( which was fine with us) The two men were polite, professional and very careful with our pianos. This is the fifth time we have used Leaders and have been pleased every time.

I was very impressed with this company. The good reputation is greatly justified. Three guys showed up for the job (Jeff, Tim and Trent). They quickly and painlessly got it out of the raised patio the truck and just as quickly got it to its current home on my back porch. They managed what I viewed as a difficult job (made worse by pouring rain) with professionalism (I would have been cursing up a storm) and efficiency. With all of this, they were the least expensive of the 5 places I called for a quote.

Well organized, punctual, minimal damage. I shopped around and their price was reasonable.

I have used him for years and sent him a lot of business. I spoke with him about this and he said he would get back to me. He never got back to me, so when I called back for the third time to find out what was going on, I found out he was on vacation. It is disappointing to me that he did not follow-up with a simple phone call, nor did he leave any messages. The 2-man crew arrived on time and assessed what needed to be moved. The move took place during a snow squall, and they were very careful to put down protective covering on the floors in both houses. They were efficient and polite and accomplished the move with no problems.
