I would definitely say it went good. They are very friendly and conduct themselves in the most professional manner. They handle everything with great care, we did not experience anything getting damaged in the move. We were very pleased with them and made the move go smoothly.

They did a really good job. They were on time and nothing got broken. I would hire them again in the future and recommend them to others.

First, I have to say that the two guys who did the move were super except for some dumb decisions (see below). They were hard working, strong, friendly and everything got where it was supposed to go in good shape despite some challenging maneouvering at the various locations. However, I had told the company they needed to send a smaller truck because I had a long, steep, narrow driveway. They sent a regular truck which the movers would not attempt to drive down the driveway. So they parked it in moving (50 mph) traffic on a busy street during rush hour!! (Bad decision #1) Then they informed me they had forgotten to put the dolly on the truck (Bad decision #2) and had no easy way to get the heavy cabinet up the driveway, nor the treadmill down the driveway. I felt sorry for them as one of them ran up the driveway with a queen mattress on his back. We offered to get out our riding lawn mower with the cart on the back and help them get the heaviest item up the drive. They accepted the help. I wonder who would have been at fault if the cabinet had fallen off the cart - it was a precarious operation!! We also offered to delay the move until they could come back with the smaller truck, but they did not want to do that. Anyway, we were not very impressed with this mover. We had used them before for a whole house move and they had done a much better job several years ago.

They were very good. They were very professional and I have no complaints. They were careful and didn't damage anything. They were on time and got things done quickly.

I have used their services before. They price the move by items and not the weight. The men who came out were smiley, energetic, had brute strength and worked very well together. There is no limit on what they move big or small. They were super.

I moved from one house to another and needed only the big items moved. I got on their web site to get a quote via email, I selected the items to be moved, was contacted the same day to review and immediately sent a quote and terms via email. I called 2 days later to schedule, they were able to give me the date I requested and told me they'd be there between 8-9. Chris and Eric showed promptly at 8, had everything loaded by 9 and were completely done by 11, they were fantastic! They were courteous, careful, and professional. They padded the walls and furniture, nothing was damaged or broken. This is the 3rd time I've had Leaders move me, they are very reasonably priced and they do an excellent job!

THEY WERE AWESOME AND COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER.

I was particularly pleased that 3 movers were assigned to my move. That meant that the move went quicker than expected. One lamp was broken and one lamp was damaged in the move. Everything else went well. The guys put up padding on door jambs and were careful about not scratching walls.

They broke one of my leather chairs, however they are trying to address the issue, until they address the issue, I am going to leave as is. If they They worked hard and did good job. Certain things were moved to wrong rooms.

The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable and they took really good care of our stuff. None of our possessions were damaged and we were pleased with the move.

A neighbor recommended Leaders. I was impressed--every employee from every step of the process, from providing an estimate to unloading the last box, was courteous and efficient. Boxes are easy to purchase from their warehouse and can be sold back at 100%. Our crew was on time, did a nice job of protecting doorways and carpet, and handled our stuff carefully. Three guys moving a four bedroom house with a finished basement is a lot of work and they didn't complain, but a fourth crew member would have been more humane. We had a LOT of stuff and they loaded and unloaded it quickly and cheerfully, no damage whatsoever. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They were very price competitive and I thought their price was excellent. Their movers called us before and gave us suggestions, boxes and tape, and the schedule. It was helpful to talk to the team leader who would be packing us up and moving us. We have a piano, antiques and many items that are fragile. They moved everything with no damage to furniture, boxes or the house. It rained one of the days they moved us and they put down pads to contain the mess and not get the carpets dirty. The move took a little longer than expected but they stuck to the original quote. They were considerate and worked really hard.

Gave you a window of time and they were held up and called them to let them up to date what time they would be there. They lay down pads, they cover everything and make sure they don't track anything, real gentle with everything.

They were courteous, careful, timely and they did everything they said they would do.

The movers arrived promptly in the morning, put up necessary padding on the doorframes and laid pads on the floors to protect them and started right in with the job. There were three men as we had a baby grand piano that also was to be moved. The men were polite, in uniforms and friendly. The move went very smoothly. The only hitch was that a white sofa had a couple spots of "black grease" on it. I pointed it out to the head mover who noted it on my invoice. The next morning I called the company and they contacted their cleaning company who in turn called me and scheduled an appointment to clean the sofa the next day. We will definitely use Leaders again when we return to our home after renovations are completed.

The person at Leader's was very friendly and helpful. He explained that a moving company couldn't send one item in their trucks, but he suggested a special company that ships things too small for moving companies and too large for UPS.

They did a wonderful job. We were very satisfied.

It was a Saturday and I called to see if they could do this small of a job and make the two stops on the following Friday afternoon. Chris, the general manager, was courteous, told me it wasn't a problem and I had my choice of times on Friday. I had asked if the movers could call me when they were on their way so I could meet them and show them where to find the items. They called and I met them in the parking lot. The two young men quickly loaded the items in the truck, secured them and followed me to my home. They moved four items to an upstairs bedroom, then followed me to the nursing home and moved three items including the large lounge chair into my mother's room at the nursing home. They had taken the chair apart and they effectively put it back together. The men were friendly and efficient. I had gotten a quote from another company and it was more expensive and they couldn't do the move on Friday.

All Leaders employees with whom I worked were prompt, courteous, professional, and very careful with my belongings. I needed to move in February, during a snow/ice storm, and Leaders did everything they could to facilitate a move in such bad weather. Nothing was damaged at all and the movers were very careful in protecting walls, doors, etc., at both houses. Due to the weather, some of my belongings had to be stored overnight. Leaders did not charge me for this or for the extra truck day. Leaders charges by the "piece," so the more small pieces I moved myself, the less they charged. When the move was completed, Leaders returned to pick up their boxes, then refunded most of the charges for packing materials. All in all, this was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend Leaders.

I would use them again. They had reasonable prices.

It went great. I was a little nervous because I never used a moving company and was not sure what to expect. The movers, one in particular, was very attentive to detail. They showed up on time, were careful with my belongings and got the job down quickly.

Leaders moved our household belongings into storage for 5 1/2 months and recently moved us into our new home in Georgia. They were very professional, polite, and did a good job at both ends. The crew that came to Georgia was excellent at taking care not to do any damage to our new home while moving our household goods in. We have found only minimal damage and having moved 13 times prior to this, I would have to say this was one of our better moves. I would highly recommend this company.

It couldn't have gone better. The two guys did exactly what I asked in moving the heavy furniture out of the bedrooms and into other rooms in the house and moving the smaller furniture into the middle of the rooms. However, they did drop the light bridge when they removed it from over the king-bed but it didn't cause any permanent damage. The two guys who moved the furniture back into the rooms were extremely accommodating in placing it exactly in the spots where I wanted it. They also fixed the damaged brace on the back of the light bridge. Besides that, they were friendly, polite, and knew exactly how to move furniture.

Acceptable. Some minor scratches on furniture, a few missing bolts, etc. They only sent two guys, which in my opinion was not enough to do the job. They were not that careful with my stuff.

All the workers were kind and concerned, and really wanted to do a good job. They went out of their way to get the furniture where I wanted to go and there was no grumbling when I changed my mind. However, some of the movers didn't have a lot of experience working with valuable antiques. All in all, they did a good job.
