Leader's has moved us six times now. We will continue to have them as our moving company every time we need to move. We recommend them to anyone we know is moving. The people who work for them are always great to work with and answer all our questions!! We love them!

My moving/storage experience with Leader's to this point has been excellent! My possessions are currently in storage at Leader's warehouse but I have complete confidence they are being well handled and maintained. I unknowingly created a couple of obstacles for the Leader's team, neither of which were their fault, but both were handled and resolved with complete caring and professionalism. A large and cumbersome item was removed from the basement of my home and shipped to their warehouse with my other possessions, when in fact it was to have remained with the home. The estimate clearly indicated the item was to be moved and I completely missed the issue. During the final walk through the buyers noted the item was missing and they wanted it returned. I immediately called Leader's and spoke with Jason Bias. He calmly and professionally listened to my dilemma and assured me it would be taken care of. They located the item in one of my containers and arranged NEXT DAY for it to be returned to the home. I was shocked, amazed and extremely appreciative. From my first interaction with Matthew Gore who provided my estimate and his support, to the packing and shipping of my items, I could not be more pleased.

We were very pleased with Leaders Moving and Storage. We needed a company that could store our things until we finished building our house and they had all the services we required. The movers were polite and professional. They handled our things with care. They worked non stop for two days. I never saw them take a break. We will see them again to move our things out of storage and into our new house! Tom

Tyler and the guys were extremely kind and respectful, and went above and beyond. The price was even better, coming in at almost half the price my parents recently paid to move for our 3 bedroom house. Absolutely happy with my experience with Leaders, and I will highly recommend Leaders to anyone I know moving.

I just want to say this is the 2nd time we have used Leaders Moving & Storage Co and we were not disappointed. During my home walkthrough of our new house, the previous movers had scratched the front door, dinged the main entranceway walls and the hallway to the basement. The staff at leaders were super careful from moving our furniture from our original condo to the new home. They ensured doorways were covered to prevent any scratches and dings and made sure all of our furniture made it out without any damages. They were polite and professional from the get-go and were super easy and pleasant to work with. They were not in a rush and helped us move whatever we wanted to the areas we needed them in. My husband I are truly thankful for your team. So please send our thanks to your crew lead Daniels (1839), Smith (1921), Ross (1890) who took super wonderful care of our personal belongings and the super friendly and professional services they provided. We can't thank them enough for all the hard work they did. We know how hard it is to work in the service industry right now and and we know how laborous this line of work can be. I just needed someone to move larger furniture from a 3rd floor apartment to a new home. I did a ton of research and leaders seemed to get very good reviews so I gave them a try. I did an online quote but the guy that gave me the quote would not respond to any of my emails asking for more information... I called and they said they would tell him to call me... never did. But I was at least able to secure a move date/time. I went ahead with the move and honestly I couldn't be happier! 3 guys showed up and got straight to work. They made it SOO easy! I would not hesitate to use leaders again! They treated my Ikea crap like high quality furniture!

The movers we had were awesome! They were very professional and did a great job moving everything. My mom was moving out of her house of 61 years and also moving cities. They made her feel very comfortable and were great to work with. Matt Penhorwood also did a great job providing me the information I needed and answered any questions when getting this set up. The movers were Ren 1688 and Ivan 1884

The guys who moved us were awesome! They were professional, friendly and had the best attitudes. it made the stress of moving so much better that day.

Tyler, Mike, & Blake (1401, 1640, 1912) were very efficient and enthusiastic with my move. In about two and a half hours the loaded and unpacked over 20 items from large bins to a 7ft tall wardrobe. Not only was their speed impressive, but there were no issues, bumps, scrapes, etc. Very impressed with these movers.

I can only give the highest praise to Leaders Moving. The team you sent, Kai (1362), Lamar (1897), and Evan (1892), were, the most polite moving men we have encountered. In addition, all three men were highly experienced in moving and were very careful. They protected just about every surface in our new home so no damage would occur. Again we are very happy with Leaders, their service was outstanding, their personnel was great, and everyone at leaders was very responsive to our needs.

Absolutely amazing, kind, courteous, helpful, and STRONG crew got a very large table out of my home and into the garage. Could not have been more pleasant. Stunning how professional and polished all 6 of them were. Thank you!

The movers had me walk through my home with them and explain what went and what stayed. I had marked certain boxes with blue tape indicating they were to go on the right side of the garage when we arrived in the condo. Once there, I directed each piece of furniture to the correct room. The whole process went very smoothly and was completed in a day. Good experience!

The three guys who moved us were very polite, hard workers, no nonsense. They took care to protect fragile items and felt real good from the start. The lead called in and got a lower cost after doing a thorough walk through. At the drop off location they were so good to place everything where we asked. Kudos to them, Iâ??m just sorry I cannot remember all the names! This was the 2nd time to use them, 1st ten years ago, and both times were top-notch results

The worst move I have ever experienced or even heard of. This was my fifteenth move. Many have been intrastate. This was 0.25 mile down the road. I payed for full packing services and moving of the contents of a 2400 sq ft home. I had a physical walk through to plan the move. Despite this they still didn't plan well enough and had to keep my belongings in their storage facility over 15 miles away. So rather than traveling a few hundred feet down the road, everything traveled over 30 miles. About one third of every box had no packing - paper or otherwise. Just things "dumped in'. China, porcelain, pottery artwork, antique lamps - in with large books, wooden bowls, wooden cutting boards, knives, lampshades, silverware, toiletries. Furniture was not packed, covered, or carefully moved. An antique vanity table was dropped in front of me. The movers laughed out loud. The vanity had dented hardware, hardware pressed into the wood leaving gouges in it, and gouges and scratches in the wood where it hit the ground. An antique game table was left with a split that has nearly cleaved the leg from the table. I could go on for several pages. But pictures also tell some of the story. I am very sad over the loss of many of the family heirlooms - not specifically for their monetary value - because we would never sell them, more for their personal meaning to me and my children. But Leaders has acted as if this is standard 'wear and tear" of a move. I can assure you it is NOT. I have had fifteen moves and together I have not had this type of loss or damage to my property. It feels as if I paid for packing service that simply didn't happen. Overall it feels like I paid for vandals to destroy my property, rather than professional movers to move my possessions a few hundred feet down the street.

Best move ever! Professional, careful, hardworking, kind, dream team moved all of my items with ease. I have already recommended you guys to everyone I know. Thank you for making my experience stress free and a joy.

They were efficient, they were timely, they did a positive experience and they handled my furniture with care and I would use again them.

Excellent packing in day 1! Dwayne (1739) Elijah (1871) and Jordan (1796) are an excellent team. Respectful, always would ask questions if they needed clarification and provided recommendations as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

We want to thank Leaders for their willingness to work with us as we had the delay in the Upack truck being delivered to the pick up sight. Your employees were very personable and professional and they worked quickly and carefully, not to mention that they worked REALLY hard. We could not be more pleased with Leaders. This is not the first time we have used your company and it will NOT be the last. Thank you again.
