They were very professional. They took extra care with my items. I would definitely hire them again and I was juct very pleased with them. They were pleasant. They handle personal items with care. When they were moving me from my house, the head board was bolted too tight and they took an extra step to saw it off and took care of it. They were careful with how they took my furniture and did not knock into any walls.

They did an excellent job. Everything they promised, they came through on. I don't have anything bad to say at all.

Overall, working with Leaders was very straight forward. There was no drama. They were easy to communicate with and responded promptly to questions/ emails. The day of the move, everyone was hardworking and professional. I highly recommend this company if you want a drama free experience

The 2 young men they sent to help us pack and move boxes charged us the price to actually wrap items. They brought their own wrapping paper but they only wrapped a couple of items. The majority of what they did was throw things into boxes from the garage. When the person had originally came out and gave us an estimate he said it would be no problem for them to send out people to move the already packed boxes. The two young men refused to go into the crawl space and haul out the boxes. This was a well lit area with electric lights and a dry, clean, concrete floor that the boxes were in. Our stuff under the house had been boxed up by professional packers when we listed the house at the reccomendation of the realtors. The next day when the actual movers came they also did not want to get the boxes from under the house. I personally got under the house and started pushing boxes to the crawl space entrance in the livingroom and asked them if anyone was going to help me. Finally one of the movers got under the house and helped me. Here I am the one paying them to move and I had to do the bulk of the work moving boxes which I physically should not have been doing. They packed up everything quickly and then went with the 2nd truck to the storage facility as we had an indoor storage building that had an extra mattress and furniture in it and picked up that stuff as well. Unfortunately ,The closing was delayed and we told the moving company as soon as the closing was announced which should be sometime that afternoon we would call them. The estimator had originally told my husband that if the closing was delayed he would work with us in either leaving the stuff on the trucks or putting it into storage if would be more than a couple of days. We were told the manager would call us back before 5 pm and we could let him know where we stood with the closing. We never got a telephone call. We got a call from the Title Company that the closing would take place at 6:00 PM and we immedietely called the movers as it was just before 5:00 PM Friday. We were told all of our stuff had been nailed into individual storage bins and stored in their warehouse and that they could not deliver our stuff for 4 days as they did not have a truck available. So we lost an entire weekend to unpack our stuff and ended up staying in a hotel and had no clothes or anything except what was on our backs.The following Tuesday we had to take another day off work in order to be present for the movers to move our furniture into the house. When the movers came they hit a tree in front of the house and broke off a huge branch. My husband helped them by sawing the branch into large pieces and they took it with them when they left. It was starting to rain so the 3 guys who were moving stuff in were running. I asked them to quit running before they ended up with an injury. When unloading a large desk from the truck that held wooden bins that were nailed shut one of the men slipped on their portable ramp that was in very poor condition and wet from the rain when the other guy let go of this very heavy desk. He dropped the desk and fell and hurt himself. We reported this to the manager that one of his men had a fall when we talked to him on the telephone. Leaders charged us about twice the amount of money we were originally quoted. They did manage to find a couple of boxes of clothing and let us take a few things out on Sunday so I could go to work on Monday but I had to argue with them to get that accomodation. Almost every box of dishes and glassware we unpacked had a broken glass or coffee cup. Also they through a bunch of paintbrushes that were soaking in turpentine in an open mason jar in a box with other items such as a ball cap. Everything in the box was soaked in turpentine and ruined and it could have been a real fire hazard. We would not hire this company again as they charged more than the moving company that moved my husbands stuff from North Carolina to Columbus Ohio 2 years before. Leaders had no intention of trying to work with us through the difficulties as they arose and we will not use this company again nor reccomend their services to anyone we know.

They were wonderful. They were very professional, nice young men! I was shocked when they told me the price because it was so much cheaper than other moving companies that I have called. I would absolutely use them again.

Leaders was extremely professional. They arrived on time each day during the packing and when scheduled for the delivery. Things were packed extremely well. Upon delivery we were even able to unpack some of the boxes quickly enough that they took them away and we received a small check from their box reuse program. We had three negative issues which were resolved well. First, they packed one area which had been specifically marked to stay with the old house. They did spend time combing through the boxes on the truck once this was pointed out to them but not all of the items were located. This was not serious but should not have happened. Second, they accidentally forgot to deliver some shelf brackets from a bookshelf (they were on the truck but were overlooked in the drop-off). However, before I even realized they hadn't been left with the furniture, we were called and they were put in the mail the same day. And finally, one of the movers fell onto a roll-top desk which we were moving destroying the roll. While this was not a desirable situation, the way that Leaders worked to resolve this was fabulous. First off, they advised us of the damage immediately on arrival. They also advised the corporate office so that when I called to discuss this they knew exactly what had happened. There was no finger pointing or excuses made. It was indeed an accident and luckily the mover wasn't injured. The claims process was exceedingly straight forward and quick. We received a check to have the damage repaired within days of submitting a claim.

They are a great company. I like their customer service, friendliness and promptness. They are fantastic. They were extremely careful with my furniture. They wrapped everything up, labeled things and itemized everything that they took. I needed to add a few things, and that was not a big deal. We have used them in the past as a family, and they have always been very accommodating to our needs. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Very well. The scheduler worked extra hard to move us from a Tuesday move we had mistakenly arranged to a Wednesday move at the last minute. Movers were very professional, took extra care to cover doorways, carpets, etc. from tracking in dirt or accidental damage. Move went well. We have used Leaders over 4 moves and have always had good results.

Overall the move went well. It was ALOT of furniture and boxes and odd lots from the garage and basement. They packed the kitchen, DR and fragiles from the LR. No dings or nicks to the furniture or the walls of either house. Some of the boxes ended up on the wrong floor but not many. We had some boxes still in closets at the end of the day but once we went through the whole house and reported the stragglers they got them in right away. The in-house estimate prior to the move was off by a rather large number in packing paper and boxes which would have increased the final price by hundreds of dollars. We were able to arrive at an acceptable total. I do not think any move of this size can be easy and we did not have alot of time to pack prior to it but they got the job done in emptying the house in one day. Many Many loose items from the yard, screened in porch and garage included. Our stress level was very high but Dana and Ben were able to smooth things over. You could tell they'd been through it before

This is the 3rd time we have used LEADERS for a move. Needless to say we would use them again! They are professional, courteous, and hard workers. The movers would run between the truck and the house. They were very careful with our possessions and our home.

These guys were great!! Arrived on time, very friendly, took a look at what needed to be moved and went to work. Took extreme measures to make sure that everything was done carefully. Nothing was damaged. They also made two (pre-arranged) drop offs for us. Enjoyed being around them. I highly recommend them.

Of the 4 companies that I contacted, they are the only one to actually call me back. And then they did everything they said they would do. They showed up on time, did exactly what we talked about, responded well when I had concerns, and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with the service. They were extremely professional, courteous, and respectful of us and our belongings.

Originally, we were pleased with the service provided by the actual movers. Our experience turned sour once it was discovered that something was broken in the move. The replacement process was handled very poorly by the claims department and management, including the owner himself. There were attempts made to replace our broken television with a cheaper model of a lower quality without giving us an option. The staff including management was argumentative and not supportive. We would not recommend or use them again.

I'm not sure I would use them again. When the packers came, they were there for two days. The packers seemed to be careless. Fragile items were not taken care of the proper way and some were broken. The packers did not seem to be trained properly. The price was less than other movers, and the work showed it.

They did a good job. They were efficient and cheap. They didn't break anything. We didn't use them for storage facilities. The price was good.

The move was somewhat complicated as it involved office and residential in two or three stages. Stage 1 office needed to be completed over the weekend. Estimator was friendly and thorough. The moving crew was on time, early Sunday morning, and professional. There was a misunderstanding about how much of the move was to be done Sunday. Two trucks and (3) movers arrived. They surveyed the job and decided only one truck was needed. They called their office and gave their judgement on what would be required. The job was quoted on the spot (much lower based on actual work required) and sent one truck away. What could have been quite a mess turned out to be an easy move. We will definitely use Leaders to complete our whole house move to Louisville.

Two men arrived to an almost ready to move 3rd story apartment. The apartment building had an elevator which I figured would add some serious money to the order or could since it was slow. However, after ordering online and receiving an approximate total, the men arrived on time (early with a call for approval) and completed their work very quickly. Not only did they finish in a fast, orderly and professional fashion. The representative then presented me with a total that was quite a bit under what I had been estimated. Being someone that has a past of working in the service industry, I know it is a common practice for those in the service field for "finding a way to up the price". The 2 gentlemen were fast enough to lower the total! They then were honest and had enough integrity to notify me of this discrepancy and lowered the total due by a accountable amount. It was a sincerely positive experience and not one issue came up that was of negative consequence. I would easily and willingly hire Leaders Moving again! I would also be willing and will recommend them in the future to others I know that have moving needs. It was a great experience and they hire people that care and value their integrity. Thank you Leaders for doing this and making my moving experience easy and unforgettable!

Stan and Jeff arrived on time and went straight to work. They were very professional and great to work with. They started at 8:30 and were done moving all the furniture in our 4-bedroom house to our new house around 3pm. They did a great job!! Not a scratch on anything.

They were able to get the piano included in another move so it helped tremendously with the price. They need to be commended for this because they didn't have to do that. They picked it up and delivered it on time.

They did everything they said they were going to do and they did it when they said they would. They were very polite, I was satisfied with them. They used their own driver, which I really liked. The same guy that moved me from Columbus was down here the next day,instead of somebody I didn't know, which was great.

In the past, I've always moved myself, but I decided I am just getting to old to do this myself anymore, so I started making phone calls and getting estimates. I almost gave hiring movers, until I talked with them. They were less expensive than any of the other companies I got estimates from, which was my initial reason for choosing them. They said the arrival time would be between 8-9am. They arrived right when they said they would at 8am. The two boys were great. They were fast, efficient, professional, polite, and done & gone in less time than it would've taken me to move one thing! My only regret is I didn't have them do the whole move - next time I won't make that mistake! One example was they were moving a buffet into my dining room, the living room was stuffed with furniture (from the items I could move myself) but that was the best route for them, so they just hoisted it up over everything and kept going! They didn't even so much as bump anything along the way! Everything went off without a hitch. No scratches, no rubs, no surprises. I would absolutely use them again and

This was the 5th time we've used Leaders in the past few years. This time they came to help us with an in-home move. We were moving 2 home offices from one floor to another. One of our pieces was a MONSTER roll-top-desk, solid oak. They moved it up a bridal staircase for us, and through several rooms. Not a scratch on the piece or even a rub on the walls. Perfect. Another item was an extremely heavy wet bar unit, which they moved up the basement stairs and into the garage. It took a while because it was so large and unwieldy, but they got it done perfectly. Next they brought up from the basement to the garage a very heavy ping pong table. As with all the other times they moved us, everything went off without a hitch. No surprises, except that they can maintain this high level of service so consistently! They worked quickly and efficiently, sent a very professional and polite crew, and were just perfect. Seriously, perfect. And they were so reasonably priced, again as in the past. We can't recommend them highly enough. We even used them to move our college-aged children in and out of college housing. It just made so much sense, because the cost was so reasonable and it kept us from a lot of back-breaking work. This is THE way to go, parents.

Leader's estimator Jason came out on Feb 3. He was very professional and thorough. He promptly faxed me an esitmate the following day. Moving truck came and picked up shipment Feb 12 - they were prompt and efficient. Problems occurred when I called to get delivery date of shipment - which was going from Columbus, OH to Tucson, AZ. I needed to fly out to meet the shipment - so I was trying to get as much advance notice as possible. I didn't realize that Leader's sub-contracted the job to National Moving Company. The person at Leader's in charge of scheduling seemed to have no contact with National and would only give me a delivery date range of Feb 14 - Feb 27. I called Leader's several times the week of Feb 14 and was given the same delivery date range. I finally called National and got the cell phone number of the truck driver. He was able to ascertain the delivery date in a 2 day range. The Leader's scheduler made no attempt to contact the driver as far as I could tell. And they made no effort to accommodate my question about the delivery date. Price was in range of other quotes I requested. I picked Leader's because of professionalism of the estimator. I had no idea scheduler would drop the ball. Made the move unnecessarily difficult and stressful.

They arrived promptly at 8 AM. There were two movers, Charles and Jerry. They covered all doorways, wood floors and bannisters with heavy blankets to protect both the furniture and the structure. They encountered several difficulties that required the removal of refrigerator doors but accomplished this with great professionalism. Charles was very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile. Jerry was very considerate as well but Charles was incomparable in customer service. They maintained their cool throughout the ordeal despite the fact that they had another move to do after mine. I would highly recommend Leaders and would ask for Charles and Jerry for your move. I had a very heavy computer armoire and bookcase that was going up two flights of stairs. I felt sorry for the two of them attempting to move it upstairs so rather than have them attempt it, I decided to try and sell it on Craig's List even though Charles stated several times that he was more than willing to try and get it up the narrow stairs.
