All I noticed is that they were fast. We had to do the packing ourselves.

We were not moving very far. We might have moved just about 10 miles. They did a good job. They were good with the stuff which we typically expected. They got the job done. They were rightly priced. Our overall experience with them has been good.

They seemed reliable and we did take multiple competing quotes, in which they were comparable.

Except for the loss of my expensive welder it was fine.

They were very flexible if you end up having more boxes or furniture than your original estimate. They are never late and always there early. They are very careful with the furniture.

Leader's moving did a better than expected job for my move. They arrived on time and were pleasant and professional. Phil and Ben made me feel comfortable that my things would arrive without damage...which it all did. They worked very fast! The pricing ended up being higher than I expected because I underestimated the amount of bags/boxes I had. However, I think the cost was average compared to other companies I priced, but the service was well above average. The team put each box where it was labeled to go and, if it wasn't clear, they asked. Great experience!

They were punctual and fast. Everything arrived safely except for one item that was very fragile. They seemed to be very professional.

They did a great job. They were actually early, which I was cool with because I had a busy day that day. They were very careful and did a great job. I can't imagine moving again without using them.

Leaders did a great job...they showed up when they said they would. We all walked the house to give them a feel for what they were moving. Then then busted their tails to pack 2 large trucks. There wasn't any goofing around or wasting time. They were very professional and extremely friendly.

I did have to press them a bit at the time that they packed up our belongings to find out what it would cost to have them delivered to our new home, but they did provide the amount and it turned out to be accurate. (Part of the problem may have been that they didn't yet have a complete and accurate inventory of the items being packed and stored..) Their price was very competitive when compared with some of the large moving companies. I would definitely recommend them.

I have used Leaders Moving & Storage Co in the past for a full service. I have always had a really good experience. Their workers are really good. They were prompt and came out quickly. I had a positive experience with the last service too. I would use them again in the future.

they arrived on time, loaded and secured the piece, and delivered it immediately. It was easy to schedule and the moved were very professional.

I used them in September 2010 and again in May 2011. They were reasonable and honest. When the guys got here, they were on fire. They were fast but they were very careful with stuff. They were nice and they didn't nit pick if we forget something, such as a couch or dining room chair, and add onto the bill. The guys were really, really nice. We threw in something at the last minute and we expected an additional charge but they didn't care. We had two different crews and they were both really nice. I tipped both crews and I think the second crew was new and they were so happy that they basically had money for lunch that week. It wasn't that much but they were so happy. I am going to use them again when she moves back in this year. I would recommend them. I am also going to have them move the stuff to a storage facility. They were so fast. They were efficient and they were not sloppy about the work. They were here when they said and they were loaded and out of here in no time. They are a great company.

The men from Leaders showed up on time, with all the right equipment, and with a "Can Do" attitude and amazing work ethic - I did not see any of the three men slack or take chances with any of my furniture (including some pieces of 200+ year old antiques). The crew leader communicated & confirmed everything when they showed up with a professionalism that was a pleasure to see. The crew men were polite, clean, and focused on getting their job done and making sure I was happy with everything. This was the second time I've used Leaders, and the delivered yet again. I have recommended them to friends & family and will continue to use them when needed.

they came on time, they adjusted the cost down as I took care of some items that was in the list. the move was smoth.

It went very well. They are very courteous and up-front. They provide an estimated quote that you don't have to pay up-front until the work is done. They are very itemized with their quotes, so the estimated quote is pretty exact. Their workers were committed to doing a professional job and meeting our expectations. A part of our washer was broken, and they were able to reimburse us.

Leaders was great. I called and they asked me what needed moved. The estimate was based on the furniture items I needed them to move. They called me the night before the move and gave me the window of time they would arrive. They were right on schedule and moved all of the items. They put them in the new house where I asked and re-assembled items that had to be taken apart during the move. They made the move of the heavy items very hassle-free!

I’ve used them three times and they are very good. I’ve had very good experiences with them. The moving went really well. The three times that I’ve used them, nothing has happened to my stuff. We made sure if something were to happen, they would have to pay to repair or replace it but nothing has happened so far. I just had a very good experience. Nothing has been damaged or broken. They take the furniture apart, move it and then put it back together for you. I thought their price was really reasonable. They responded within a few days. They called to follow up after my move to see how everything went. I also recommended them to the other people. I will use their services again in the future.

Everything went great. They really did a nice job. They are actually coming back out to move a few more things this weekend. I would use this company again.
