Leaders showed up at the appointed time and place, put down protective materials as needed, and tore down and carefully packed my furniture for the move. Upon arrival at my home, they again put down protective materials for the flooring, etc., and carefully unpacked all the furniture and moved it in to the house. Once everything was inside, they also helped me re-assemble and place all the pieces of furniture in their final locations. I was more than a bit paranoid about the move, as vintage furniture was involved, but I am VERY happy to say that no damage whatsoever occurred during the move, not even the slightest scratch ! My movers, Dana and A.J., were top-flight ... they were courteous as well as professional, and treated my furniture and home with the greatest respect. Overall it couldn't have gone any better and I highly recommend Leaders for your moving needs.

It went very well. We had a lot of furniture and boxes, some of which were a little loose, and they took it all without batting an eye. Nothing was broken, and everything happened very quickly and didn't require much from us. Most importantly, it was worth every little penny!

It was a very quick and painless process. They put each item exactly whee I wanted them.

Leaders was easy to work with from the beginning. They offered boxes to prepare at a reasonable price and allowed us to return them after we used them for a significant rebate. The move went very well - the movers for tirelessly for nearly a full day (and nothing was broken or damaged in any way). We liked the fact that they charged based on number of items, not time.

They arrived on-time, made quick work of making sure all possesions, doorways and woodwork was protected and began the move. There was well over 30 items to be moved to their truck, to a second location and then on to a third location. Teh movers were very professional, but engaging and took care of our belongings. The entire move lasted ~3.5 hours, which was below my estimate and went off without a hitch. I would hire Leaders again ina heartbeat.

I have used this company for 6, ( yes I said six) moves over the last year. I had Sean and Billy, the first 3 moves and then I had Darryl and Billy, the last 2 moves. I have moved many times in my life... over 20 times, and this crew was the best. The first 3 moves, they had to haul several IKEA Expedit shelves down several flights of wooden steps...not an eay task and yet not one complaint... in fact, Sean and Billy were running up and down the steps. The men were EXTREMELY PROFESSIOANAL, they smiled, were polite, did not chit chat, did not ask for a restroom break, did not ask for water ...THEY JUST WORKED AND WORKED AND WORKED AND WORKED. Nothing was broken, or damaged during the move and I am going to use them one more time for an in house move...I also like that I can return the packing boxes and get some of my money back.... Also, the members on the frontline... Matt P, Matt G ,Jason, Chris and Adam(operations) were great. I had to make several changes in what I was moving and when I was moving.... and they effortlessly accomodated all of my requests. Overall, an excellent & professional company that I would employ again and also recommend to my friends/family. P.S. I realize that i did not answer the money question.

The two man crew showed up on time and began to move the items we agreed upon. One of the chairs that needed to be moved out of a bedroom was too big to fit thru the door, so , they removed the bedroom door to accomodate the chair and replaced it,no problem.They were very careful with my bedroom furniture,which had belonged to my husbands grandparents, and had glass tops that I was very worried about getting broken. The crew handled it with care, which I was very pleased with. All the furniture was loaded and moved to my new home with the same care and consideration. Iwould reccomend Leaders and gladly use them again. a

The crew came out to the house @ 8:00 AM, and moved non-stop until 4:30 PM... one of the most impressive feats of strength/endurance that I've witness... the crew was helpful in all aspects of the move.

The company was very responsive in providing a quote to pack and move our house. They way-underestimated how much we had in the house to move. Our moving day was on the hottest day in 13 years.....about 105 degrees. They came with 2 trucks and a 3-man crew at 8:00 am. Unfortunately for them, they ended up using both trucks twice and did not finish the up working until 2:00 am! The movers were very professional and extremely hard working. They had a great attitude and did not complain at all, given the situation. We paid a minimal additional amount for all of their extra work. i would definitely call Leaders again for moving services.

Leaders Moving & Storage is an excellent moving company. They did an excellent job. They were personable, professional, timely, industrious, and provided an excellent move.

We contacted this company after our landlord from our apartment recommended them. They gave us a per item quote as we just needed someone to move large pieces of furniture (like couch, washer & dryer and so on). They were very competitive in their pricing as we got a quote from a company that has high reviews and excellent scores here on Angie's List and their was double of what Leader's quoted us. Leader's called us the day before the move to confirm the appointment (nice touch). It also helped my husband to remind him to be ready and recall the exact items for the move. (he forgot a couple pieces) They had no problem with adjusting the quote to fit our needs. The day of the move - two gentlemen arrived with a BIG truck - nice. I was concerned over the other quotes as they were stating they would have to go back and forth a couple times. I kept expressing to other companies that the move was less then a mile - and it seemed logical to me to bring a large truck instead of a little one? Leaders stepped up! With the size of the truck they brought - it was not only nice to see - but logical. They loaded the items with little to no problems. They were problem solving - as you could tell they have done this for a while. They brought the items quickly (we were only moving .75mile (less then a mile) from the apartment to the home) over to the house. Had no problems backing the truck into the driveway - (we are on a main road with lots of traffic). They brought the items in quickly - they were friendly and quick. No lagging with these guys. And - they listened to my husband on which piece goes where. I saw no damage to the furniture and crazy screen door (it is super tight and opens hard) in the front of the house. They had no problems with the basement stairs. Very pleased.... They were also nice to my husband - kept calling him Sir. LOL - he is not used to that - and he liked it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and we will use them again in a heartbeat!

The move-out went very smoothly, and the workers were very polite and careful. We nearly had a disaster on the move-in to the next house, however. The day before the scheduled move, we hadn't received a confirmation call from Leaders yet by around lunchtime, so my husband called them to check on the status. It turned out that we weren't on the schedule, despite having a signed contract for that day. Leaders did honor the contract, and they pulled together a crew to get us moved in on the expected day, but it was iffy for a while. Throughout the process, communication with Leaders was a little tricky. We often heard "we'll call you back", but it didn't always happen. Since we lived close to the office, my husband found that in-person stops at the office got the best results. The movers at both ends were friendly, professional and careful. We did lose one small item, a tile insert from the top of a patio table. Other than the scheduling scare, it was a pretty good experience.

I spoke with Jason McCollum and explained what we needed. I spent about 30-40 minutes on the phone with him to get an estimate. He said it was no problem and he scheduled our move 5+ weeks in advance. We were in contact several times from when the appointment was scheduled until the actual date of the move. On the day of the move, AJ, Frank and Kenny showed up with 2 - 26' trucks about 8:30AM. They completely filled one truck at the first residence and they were on their way to the second residence by 10:45AM! They completely filled truck the second truck and then took both trucks to the new house. They unloaded both trucks and put the furniture where we requested and they were done around 4:30PM. They worked very hard, took care to protect the door jambs and the furniture from being damaged. We were extemely pleased with the work they performed.

They did a great job. We moved the smaller items ourself, and it was very affordable doing it that way. They were quick and efficient, and they didn't bump the walls!

They were very careful with my furniture and very professional. They are polite and nice. They showed up and went right to work. I have used them again just to have them come and move furniture around my house.

I have used them several times, and they are always very knowledgeable, very polite, and very responsive. During the move, the foreman stated that the armoir was too big to move as one piece and would be damaged if we attempted to do so. Thus, they disassembled the armoir and moved it, piece by piece, through the front windows.

I almost used them again a few years ago but we decided not to move. Our overall experience with them was great as they were prompt, efficient and inexpensive due to their efficiency.

The two movers worked quickly to pack the contents according to which location they would be moved to. They both had good communications skills in addition to being skillful in moving large items in spaces that were sometimes challenging. In the span of about 8 hrs. they completed both moves without a mishap. We were impressed!

They are excellent in terms of price and quality.

Overall, they did a good job. They missed some details. Their attention to detail probably could have been a little bit better. So, as for the complexity of the move they were very good.

The thing I liked about them is that I could rent as well as buy the boxes from them and then later return the bought boxes back and get a little money back from them. They were pretty affordable. I would use them again in the future.
