Leaders did a nice job of packing our home and completing a full move.

A few issues: One stand lamp with the base broken A wing nut lost on my queen bed. The movers told us that it wouldn't affect the strength, just the stability....sure enough, my wife and I climbed into bed in our new house and the bed sags in the middle now (didn't prior) The biggest problem came from our washer and dryer. Front loaders were stacked in the old house. I bought pedestals to mount the washer and dryer onto to put side by side. The movers placed the pedestals into the laundry room and then just set the washer and dryer down on top of the pedestals. There were mounting brackets attached to the top of the pedestals to screw the washer and dryer in. They placed the heavy units down on top of the brackets (rather than between them) and crushed the brackets. I have a washing machine repair guy coming to try to replace the brackets and properly mount the units as they are currently unusable.

I had original issues with the provider thinking I couldn't get into my storage. They corrected the issues with me and let me in the storage. They do a fabulous job with the storage facility. It's climate controlled and everything was beautifully protected. I had 3 painting valued at $15,000 all left in perfect condition wrapped up safety inside crates.

I called Leaders for a quote a few weeks before our move. While the quote wasn't the cheapest we had received, they weren't too far off and we heard good things from friends so we decided to go with them. They promptly got back to me and we arranged a date. The day before the move, they called to confirm. We had previously lived in a 3000 sq. foot house and were temporarily living in a condo while our new house was built. We asked them to move all of our furniture and unwieldy objects. Beforehand, my husband and I had moved a couple of things that I put in our quote so the Leaders guys took that into account. The moving guys even grabbed a lot of smaller stuff in our garage that we did not expect them to move. Our quote came in very close to our expectation. The guys who did our move were very courteous and professional. It was 0 degree temps with considerable ice on the ground that day and the guys never complained and were upbeat. I would definitely use them again.

The movers arrived EXACTLY on time which was a great start to the long day. They were professional and polite with a clean truck and high-quality supplies to protect our belongings. They worked unbelievably hard all morning. We had no damage to any of our belongings (which was amazing because we have a ton of wood/glass pieces) and everything was reassembled/placed perfectly. We tipped them $60 total. The entire move took about 3.5 hours and I was beyond impressed. My only regret was not booking them for a full-service move!! I have already referred Leaders to family members who have also recently moved and they had the same positive results. Moving is one of the hardest times in life and I cannot thank Leaders for helping ease our stress!

They phoned to tell me they were on their way and we met at the storage facility which was about 5 miles from my house. Both men were very courteous and professional. I had about 25 bankers boxes and 3 or 4 medium dish boxes and two pieces of furniture-a sofa table and an end table., and a few miscellaneous items. The handled my items with care, and when I asked them to restack the boxes no higher than 2 so that I could have easier access to their contents, they did so. Although it was a small job, I could not have done it myself because I have a shoulder injury. They never made me feel like the job was too small, and they handled my things with the same care as they would've provided to a a large intra/inter state/city move. They finished within the amount of time I expected, given the distance and quantity of items. I would definitely use them again.

The movers were courteous, helpful, and informative. They drove from Columbus to Toledo. They arrived on time. Loading furniture was efficient. We both then drove from Toledo to Westerville, where they stopped to unload a few pieces of furniture at one home, and then unloaded the rest at the final destination. The move was smooth from start to finish. All went as planned. it was a very successful experience from start to finish. This service was performed in June of 2013 for which I completed a review for Angie's list. I was again asked to rate the company a year later. The first review should be on file. This is the second review.

I called leaders for them to breakdownmoving because my contractor set up an appointment, move, and store my belongings at their facility but I wanted to check out the reviews on the company before I went any further. I called them because I wanted to know exactly how and where my belongings would be stored as far as wood or metal crate. When I called the guy who answered seemed very annoyed with my questions "where are you located" and "what type of storage do you provide" so he told me to go to the website and check online. He seemed to be overly annoyed and rushed me off the phone. After this phone call im kind of worried ab out the professionalism I will receive. When i'm paying you for a service I expect a level of respect, honesty, and professionalism and after reading the review about the ohio-pennsylvania move I don't know if I should ue this company. I'm very disappointed because i am temporarily staying right down the street from this company so I could of drove over to see the facility if at all possible but I guess he didnt have enough time to answer two very simple questions.

The two guys who came to my house were very professional, personable and awesome to work with! I am very grateful to have had such an easy move and quick but careful day. Please consider this company as rates are great and they are flexible on items being swapped out for another.

Leaders unloaded a Pack Rat Portable storage container for us at our new home. They also picked up a washer and dryer for me at our old house. When I first called, the guy that gave me the general pricing and collected my info really didn't seem to be very interested or have much patience for my questions. But, after I got off the phone with him everybody else from the operations guy to the moving crew was very professional. They moved very large items through some very difficult areas. They covered the floors, railings and other areas that might get bumped. They did bump and scuff a few areas but it was very minimal and not really a big deal at all. They even moved a few things for us twice because after it got moved in, we decided we wanted it in a different area. The crew did a good job. This is the first time we used a mover and I would you them again.

They were late arriving for the first move but kept us informed by phone. When they arrived they worked quickly and did not charge for the door removal/re-install since they arrived late. For the second engagement we only had them move the refrigerator (we had purchased a new range & dishwasher in the meantime). I had purchased a sheet of thin hardboard and cut it into 30"X48" pieces to protect the new floor when they moved the refrigerator back in. They supplemented with their own moving pads and quickly removed/re-installed the doors. Probably in and out in less than 45 minutes. The movers had told me the door change was normally $65 so I asked the Leaders scheduler if they could include that in their minimum charge which they agreed to do. The workers were pleasant and very careful. I would recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

We were extremely pleased with the service, professionalism and price of Leaders. From the first call to the completed move - the service was great. This was a local move and we only had them move our furniture but we have a lot of it including a piano. They did a fabulous job - not one scratch and there were some tight spots that they had to maneuver through. Dana and Eric were especially great - just hustled the whole time. Highly recommend.

I was incredibly surprised when we received a quote of $577 for a move that we have coming up. When we hired a moving company to move us from Pickerington to Grandview the total cost was around $440 for 7 hours of work and moving everything. Our current move is 1.4 miles away and we just want the big items moved. When I called them back to discuss the price, the guy on the phone just rambled off the list of things that I checked. I told him I understood but thought that it should not take more than 2-3 hours and he said that's the guaranteed price and there's nothing he can do. He seemed very short and would not listen to anything I had to so we will definitely go with a different company for half of the price. One good note, they were extremely quick contacting me after I filled out the form.

I've never used a moving company before and opted to go with Leaders. I'm so glad I chose Leaders. They were great. Dana and Isaiah were absolutely fabulous. Not only did they have to move all our stuff in freezing cold temps, but they also had to maneuver around the icy/snowy walk way. They were in and had the house emptied within an hour. When it came to unloading, they were just as efficient. They even stuck around to make sure we were satisfied with furniture placement and that the tempurpedic bed was working properly.They were nice, professional, and actually cared about helping us. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm so thankful for them making the move very easy on my family.

I loved how I was able to list everything I was moving and only pay for exactly what I needed. The two movers were professional, efficient, and careful, and everything was in the exact same condition after the move. My only criticisms would be that their was a mixup in their paperwork and they didnt call me when they were a half hour awawy like they were going to, but it was more of a hassle for them sitting at my house than me. Also I appreciate the efforts to keep the costs down, but the two-man crew they sent was a little thin I think. They didn't get done until 9:30, and the two guys looked like they were about to pass out towards the end. They still did a fantastic job, I just felt bad for the workers.

They moved a very big and heavy leather recliner couch, as well as a heavy recliner loveseat and heavy recliner chair from my house to my son's house. It was very hot that day and we were their last move. They were a little tired by then, but got the job done with no damage.

They were professional and did a nice job for us. I would definitely use them again if needed.

load boxes and furniture of a 2 bedroom (1.5 hr) and transport to new home (30 min) and unload (45 min). very professional and personable team of 2. The convenience of them driving their own truck was worth the extra cost to us.

The movers arrived within the window we were give and reviewed the items that were to be moved. They stated that they thought their truck was too small and called to see f a larger truck was available. Although a larger truck was available, they decided to try "packing it tightly". With the truck filled, they followed us to Lakeview, about an hour away. Upon arrival, they opened the doors, and there was obvious damage to some furniture that was at the back of the truck. A glass table top was shattered, a hall bench had slipped from the top of the stack and was in pieces, and an oak dining table had two legs broken, and the table top was broken off at one end. There was no explanation for the damage and we were told that they would either repair or settle the claim. I called two days later and was told their claims department would be in touch with us. After a week, I still haven't heard anything. I would like to know what they plan to do to resolve this? I will call them again on Monday.

It went really well. I had to move in to my new home over the Thanksgiving holiday and this company was the only one I called that not only worked with me on the day that I needed, but also the time that I needed it. I got a call shortly before the move to confirm, which was reassuring, since I feel as though most companies make you call them. They arrived right on schedule. They came in to do a quick assessment, and then they started loading. They were careful and fast. I wasn't worried about them mishandling anything. The guys were professional and friendly. I felt very at ease the whole time. When we got to the second location, they unloaded everything very quickly and they were on their way. Easiest move I've ever had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. At various times in my life I've moved every six months so I know roughly what to expect. These movers will exceed your expectations. I only wish I knew sooner that there were polite, clean and clean cut, professional young movers like Leaders trained and hired for me.

Small move; bedroom furniture and living room furniture. The two guys did an amazing job of moving my mattress and box springs down a narrow stairway. Not a mark on the wall! Very professional and quick. Would definitely recommend.

It was excellent. I arranged everything over email, they called me the day before and arranged payment and set up a time (2 hour window) to come. They came during the window they had provided and tagged all my items, provided with me with an inventory and put everything on their truck. I thought it went very well. We had Dana and Isaiah and they were both very professional. I had forgotten about my Angie's List discount, but they remembered and the discount was applied. Everything was moved out nicely. Once we get our items from storage and move into our next home, I will write a review based on those services.

The moving team showed up on time and worked until they finished the job, which took over 12 hours. They were professional and very helpful during a very stressful time. It poured down rain all day and was cold. They handled items with care and worked with me to place the furniture in the right spaces in our new home. I am not planning to move again anytime soon, but I would recommend Leaders to others.

After interviewing several moving companies we chose to use Leaders. They did a great job of packing. They were punctual, hard working, and moved at a reasonable pace. The move went smoothly with no damage to furniture. There was one accident which left a ding on a wall. They movers pointed it out to me immediately. We had very little/no damage. The original estimate was done 5 months before we actually moved. We wound up moving much less and the price was reflected because they charged us by boxes packed/moved.

The team from Leaders was great. My movers were Isiah, Dana, Will and Kevin and I couldn't have been happier with the service they provided. If I was going to have to spend 12 hours with complete strangers, I am glad it was this group of great guys! They arrived on time and were very polite from the beginning. We did a walkthrough and Dana answered all my questions. The move went smoothly even though the guys were exhausted by the end (as was I). There was no damage to property and they put things where we asked them to. Would definitely recommend Leaders to friends and would use for future moves (which hopefully won't be for many years).
