We were very pleased. The scheduling over the phone was very easy. My wife gave descriptions of what we wanted moved and they gave a quote and scheduled it. We liked the set/fixed price they quoted vs an hourly charge. Leaders was also the cheapest of the three quotes we got. Two guys showed up on moving day and were extremely polite, professional, careful and efficient. They couldn't have been better. They had our best interest in mind and did whatever we asked, with no hesitations or questions. They laid moving pads down in all doorways and common walk areas and padded all doorways they had to move big furniture through. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone, without hesitation.

First I scheduled the move with Grace. She was helpful and easy to work with. Then the crew of movers arrived the day of the move. They were on time. There were four men and two trucks. They were all nice to work with and were really quick. They worked really hard. There was one item broken that was important to me that I suggested duct taping before moving it but they didn't. Well it broke. My problem is that the company said that they would happily correct the problem. I spoke to Brian multiple times asking him to correct the problem and Tony probably two times. I sent photos of the broken item to the furniture company that they use. The furniture company said they won't be able to fix it. I also sent them to Brian. After this Brian said multiple times they would resolve the problem by fixing it or replacing it. It has been over a month since this all started. I was VERY nice every time I talked to Tony or Brian and the last time I called Brian I felt like he was jerking me around and not going to remedy the problem. He said he'd have someone call me. No one has called. I'd just like my piece of furniture fixed. Overall, Grace was easy to schedule the move with, the movers were nice enough and hard working, but trying to get the issue of my broken furniture resolved has been a nightmare that they will clearly not fix. For this reason I would NOT recommend Leaders.

The moving crew was very efficient and professional. My warning to those choosing a moving company is that the estimate of the cost of your move and actual cost may be significantly different. The actual cost of our move was over $1,200 over the estimate and no one has called me to talk about why this occurred. I also think this is an overpriced move. We have a standard 2600 square foot house and it cost nearly $3,000. Since we were only moving 8 miles away we had even rented a haul the prior two weekends to the big move and moved all of my husbands weight lifting equipment and wood working tools ourselves. So, we had significantly decreased the heavy items which would have been moved from the basement. (the weights and tools were not on the original estimate, we were just trying to reduce the overall cost of the move) On moving day we were caught between a rock and a hard spot when we had to agree to the huge price increase. I am dissatisfied with the followup customer service as well. It was somewhat odd in that when they called to confirm the move I asked what size truck they were sending. I was told it was one of their largest ones over the phone, but they instead sent 3 smaller trucks. Looked a little odd in our small caravan, and I'm not sure if this is what increased our price. Maybe they are getting too busy or disorganized. I would recommend that you get an in person estimate, and get more than one estimate for your move.

The move went very well. In spite of the warm weather and the multitude of heavy boxes, our four movers never failed to maintain a terrific attitude. They were careful to leave the pre-labeled boxes and cases in the correct rooms.. We called our guys "The A Team." THANKS Leaders

Right from the first contact I was impressed with Leaders. I filled out a form online and they called me to go over it. From the form they were able to give me the estimate for the move. I liked that the cost was based on the amount of things being moved not on time. As the date of the move came closer they contacted me to make sure that I did not need anything On the morning of the move the movers walked through the house with me and checked off the inventory - he then called the office and our final cost ended up being less than the estimate (we had moved several things during the week so the inventory was less than expected). They moved everything and put all items into the new condo where we wanted them. They put together beds, etc. The movers were wonderful! Our new condo has a walk out basement with a patio - the grill needed to go on the patio. They walked around the units to get to the patio without going through the house - I really appreciated that! I highly recommend them.

The three gentlemen worked extremely well together. It was clear they were professional movers. They took great care of our belongings. They worked efficiently and diligently.

Overall, they did a pretty good job.

Great! They are efficient, punctual, friendly, good at what they do - ETC. No problems whatsoever. I was really pleased with them back in April and told my daughter she should get them for her move to Dayton which she did. She was also very pleased with how everything went today. I was on Angie's List for something else this evening and thought I should leave them a review!

The truck and movers arrived 15 minutes early and loaded everything and drove to our new address and unloaded, placed the furniture and completed the move in 4 1/2 hours. The men worked hard all the time and were courteous. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Leaders for anyone's move.

Shannon, A.J., and Davon were a great! Highly recommend this crew to anyone and will request them for a future move. As hectic as moving can be, the performance and attitudes this crew showed is what I hope Leaders will recognize and duplicate with future employees. Great job guys! We thank you.

I could not be more pleased with the services provided. My 2 man moving crew was THE BEST I've ever had! I wish I remembered their names (they told me I simply forgot in the hustle and bustle of moving) because I would recommend them as the part of Leaders to anyone moving. They were quick but cautious, professional but fun, effective and efficient. No questions about costs; just be thorough and accurate if providing the items to move for the estimate. Great communication. Again; A+ and I can't begin to say enough good things about them! I recommend without hesitation.

The move went very smoothly. With this being a last minute move, this company definitely fell through. The 4 guys did an excellent job moving our personal belongings. I would highly recommend the leader?s because they do things differently! *The price was high, however everything was done so professionally and it was worth every penny

The movers were very good and provided excellent service. They were on time and were very careful in the process. We were very pleased with the work they performed.

Marvin, Armon and Samba were great. They were responsive and on time. They worked non-stop and were very careful with my furniture. Have not finished unpacking, but have not seen any damage to the furniture. They worked with precision. Would not hesitate to use them again and would give them a high recommendation. They did a terrific job.

I was overall very impressed with Leaders and would recommend them. Process of setting up an appointment was very easy and had a very good idea of what price to expect after telling them what we wanted moved. Their team arrived on time and were very professional the whole way through. Whole move took about 4 hours and they set up the furniture and boxes exactly where we wanted them. Received a follow up call the next day.

They were excellent. They gave good care and it was a good experience.

The move itself went reasonably well. They did break the porcelain base to our dinette table. We've worked with someone there to establish replacement value on the base and are expecting payment for it. The 3 person crew was polite and courteous. Our issue with leaders was the estimating process. Take care to be very specific during the phone walk through. Our quote was missing several items some of which we did specify during phone process. When the movers arrived on site, the cost nearly doubled. We did miss a couple items and that I can accept, but some of the items that were added were fake plants, a set of plastic saw horses, and a kids wagon. Our neighbors used Leaders a week before and had the exact same experience. I have spoken to the sales manager about this and he assures me this is not normal, but my experience felt like a fairly well-organized effort to increase price after the movers were on site. We will look elsewhere for the second half of our move.

It was the best moving experience I have ever had. They were careful and professional. I have never used a moving company a second time as it has always been a bad experience. I will use Leaders in the future and will gladly recommend them. From the very start, the office personnel were helpful and friendly. They communicated well. The movers were friendly and professional. I even bought the guys lunch since they worked so hard and quickly. They were patient with us even when we had them move things a second time because we could not make up our minds where things should go in the new house. I can't say enough good things about the experience. The cost was more than reasonable and the quality was the best. Leaders is the way to move!!

One mover arrived about an hour before the truck in Columbus to start inventory. By the time the truck arrived, he was almost done, and the guys were able to start moving right away. They walked the house with me, and I knew the reasons for the change in price-I had not listed everything that needed moved. It wasn't much more. There is always more in your house than you think (or remember) and they were extremely thorough in the inventory. They efficient, courteous, and very careful. They left the house in great condition. When they arrived in Pittsburgh, they had to park on the street to unload. The driver and packer in Columbus was the driver to Pittsburgh, so we knew him already. He called when he was 20 minutes or so from the house. We walked the house with him, so he understood where everything was headed. Some beds and a futon had to go thru a 3rd story window (couldn't make the turn up the 3rd story steps). Those two men unloaded the truck (26') and placed everything where it was labeled and required. They set up rooms so they were usable right away. With only one lunch break, they finished unloading and set-up in about 8 hours. They were careful and courteous. I don't want to move again, but would use them again if needed. Great crew!

They were wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about them. My experience with them was very good. They were able to come on short notice. They were able to change the time that they came to my needs. They were on time. They were very professional and very kind. They were helpful and nice. They're very responsive. I was able to get them in the last minute which was important. They were flexible and willing to work with us. They were very careful with my furniture.

Leaders was AMAZING. They truly worked very hard to go above and beyond all my expectations, they helped me transport things from my old house into my new house in a timely manner, and even assisted in transporting some of my goods to an auction house. I would recommend this service, and give them A's all across the board.

They showed up within their scheduled time frame and worked quickly and efficiently! They took care to wrap up most/all of my stuff and were courteous and professional. Once at the condo, they unloaded things just as efficiently, being patient while I decided what furniture I wanted to go where. Overall, a good experience.
