The move was more then satisfactory. The quoted price was honored, the timing was as we scheduled and nothing was damaged or broken. The staff were great to work with; very professional and competent. Items were placed in the rooms requested and there were no mix ups between the two delivery locations. These guys were great!!

I've moved a lot, and this was one of the best moving experiences I've had. The movers were great -- they definitely knew what they were doing and you could tell they enjoyed their job! I can't believe how fast they got the job done, and it was done very well. I will recommend them to all of my friends!

We had the pleasure of working with Leaders Moving & Storage when we needed household belongings loaded into two 16' storage pods. The 3-man team arrived exactly when we were told they would, were extremely courteous and responsive to any requests we made and worked non-stop for the 4-1/2 hours they were at the house. When we discovered some damage to a hardwood floor the issue was immediately addressed and resolved without question. We couldn't have been happier with the service provided by Leaders and would definitely use them again and refer others to their service.

Jason quoted me a figure of $1107.00 to do the job! I asked him if the cost was the same whether he sent a team from Cincinnati or a team from Columbus and he said that yes, the price would be the same. Ultimately, we ended up deciding to go with a company called Gulliver's Movers who is based out of Cincinnati. (They service other areas too, including Columbus quite regularly.) Our reason for deciding to do so is because the owner quoted me $450 (flat rate!) to do the job! $450.00!!! That's a difference of $657.00 between what LEADERS Moving and Storage quoted me and what Gulliver's Movers quoted me!!! Aaaaaaand, while Jason/LEADERS Moving and Storage Co. might be quick to assume that Gulliver's would do an awful job, we can actually state that they will do an EXCELLENT job! (In fact, Gulliver's Movers moved us from Cincinnati to Columbus back in August of this year, 2015. We paid a little over $2000.00 for the ENTIRE job, which included a few hours of one of their men packing our kitchen up, wrapping/unwrapping the furniture in blankets, loading the truck, unloading the truck, and two-hours (minimum) travel time each way! And we have a lot of stuff (we moved from a town home to a home, so it's not like we were living in a studio apt. with minimal items that caused him to price the job at $2000.00! I can also vouch for their packing/wrapping abilities...none of the kitchen boxes that were packed by them had broken items and none of our furniture had any scratches! The men were professional, worked non-stop, and quite frankly, they are our new "gold standard" if/when we have to find movers again in the future!) Sooooo, despite all of the awards and high ratings that LEADERS Moving and Storage Co. has received (listed here on Angie's List,) I just wanted to put it out there that their pricing, at least in this instance, was completely ridiculous and awful. I almost want to call Jason up to see if he was joking! Anyway, my husband and I thought that other Angie's List users should know about this, for what it's worth!

The movers (James and Leon) were outstanding - very polite, professional, and hard working. They arrived on time and were careful not to damage any of my items, or my new home. I would recommned this company to anyone.

I hired Leaders based on Angie's list reviews. The movers were 4 hours past the move window (which was supposed to be from 2-4) on a Saturday, and I was left with no contact information for the movers after 4 pm on that day since the offices close at 4 pm. Sometime during the move--either during packing, drive or unpacking, my internal frame backpack was stolen--not misplaced. I had my sleeping bag stuffed into it, and someone actually went to the effort of removing the sleeping bag and taking the backpack. I have no idea what else they stuffed into the pack. Of course the movers claim to have nothing to do with it, and I am left with no answers. So I will not be using Leaders ever again, and I may never use a moving company again.

Leaders does a very professional and affordable job. They were reliable and the movers treated our furniture like their own. I have used them twice, and I have recommended them to others. You can't find a better moving company in Columbus.

John and Ahmod were energetic and professional. They handled with a positive attitude what should have been a 3-person job (someone on their team called off). They kept me apprised of what was going on, answered my questions patiently, and were respectful of me and my possessions. They went above and beyond for me, making sure that two tall bookcases I desperately wanted to fit up the stairs made it to the second floor. They took the challenge like champs and made it happen! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leaders or this crew in particular.

Leaders is the BEST! As someone who has moved more than ten times for my job I feel quite qualified to judge moving companies. Without question, my experience with Leaders was the best. They managed all aspects of the job from packing our entire house, to loading two trucks, to storage, to transport and unloading. Chris was prompt in his communication when we inquired regarding a quote, He was at our home the next day and provided us with a detailed and very reasonable quote. Once the quote was agreed upon, we didn't need to worry about it changing. It was locked in. Additionally, their billing folks worked directly with my company's accounting office on all the paperwork. I also like working with them because, unlike some of the larger companies, our move was not part of a multi-family truck load. As a dedicated mover, mine were the only items being placed on the trucks and I knew exactly where my belonging were at all times. We felt very comfortable that they were in good hands. Michael and his team were punctual and did a great job packing up all our things. Dana and his team (Josh, Art & Anthony) were amazing with the loading. They had everything on the two trucks that were dedicated to our move in considerably less time than I had planned on. Dana and Josh also unloaded at our new home out of state and were fantastic in terms of specific box/item placement, reassembling furniture, and even placing bins in a storage area above the garage. These guys are ROCK STARS! We would highly recommend Leaders without any hesitation whatsoever. Thanks Leaders for making a typically stressful experience very smooth and easy!

To start with, their online system for quoting is great. As soon as I filled it out and sent it over, I got a follow up call from one of their staff. We went over the particulars of my move. The price I had on the online a never changed through the whole process unless I made a change. If I took something out, the price went down, added something, went up, but it was the exact price I was expecting when it delivered. Now to the actual move. My wife met with them in Columbus and called me on the phone to tell me how great Jason and Brady had been. I had the same experience with them when they got to Pittsburgh. Great overall experience.

The guys were prompt, professional and careful. They were really nice about some of the things they can't take (cleaning supplies and liquids like that), and made me a box of those items which they walked out to my car and retrieved from my car at the new house. My initial quote was for $3200, but if since Leaders charges by the box, you can save some money if you box items yourself . When I got my initial quote, the gentleman doing it suggested that I focus on boxing up my books, since they would simple to pack, and leave the complicated packing of the pottery to the professionals. This was excellent advice. I saved quite a bit ($700) by getting the books packed. I'm also pleased that they have a box recycling program. They will give you some money back for the returned boxes, too, as long as they are in re-usable condition.

The packers seemed efficient although they missed two closets and a drawer under the stove. They went beyond the call of duty by moving a large armoire down the steps to the garage where a buyer was to pick it up. It took imagination and innovation to move it but they were willing to follow my advice as to how it was moved UP the steps 30+ years ago. Unfortunately a ladder bookcase was broken as it was placed on the van. The most annoying was an open box of baking soda was placed in the middle of a packing box. The white powder made a mess as we unpacked that box.

Great from start to finish. On the initial call to Leaders they took an inventory and scheduled a move date followed by a confirming emali with the estimatel. When I had to change the date that was done with another email. The day before the move we received a call setting a two hour time window. On the day of the move Brian Brammer and Richard Lee arrived as scheduled and very professionally moved the extremely heavy and awkward office furniture. Because we were unable to dismantle a large credenza they called in a more experienced supervisor (Steve Davis) who helped them maneuver that piece down three flights of stairs. The furniture was delivered and reassembled promptly and they accept cash, check or credit card as payment. I would certainly use this company again.

Everything went great. Sean and Darron were exceptionally careful and extraordinarily determined to complete their task!

They were thorough, hard-working. We had a set schedule to follow, which they accommodated. Previous movers scratched our walls and floors with certain pieces of furniture. They were able to move our furniture in without any scratches.

Awesome. I have used Leaders since I first moved to Columbus in 1999. They are always great and smile which makes a move so much easier. Have never heard them tell me no. Have used them in 1999, 2002, 2005, 2012, and again recently. Just a great, great, company!

Four strong men arrived on time and started loading the truck. They brought the wardrobe boxes with them so I had to load up about 14 wardrobe boxes while they were loading the truck with boxes and furniture. They were very fast. I had marked the furniture and everything so the movers were efficient. The move went as well as any move could. I took advantage of the box return offered by Leaders Moving Co.

I plan to use them again for a future move. They 2 guys assigned to my move were fabulous and really did a great job with all of my furniture. I had quite a few very heavy items.

It went very well. The movers were very nice and respectful. They took care with all my furniture and boxes and were very pleasant to be around.

The team showed up at the Condo at 8:15am and loaded the first moving Van. The team was very respectful of our property and possessions. Took great care in getting it out and into our home. Called a second crew to help complete the move and was completed their work by 4pm.

there were no problems at all. I piece of furniture with a minor scratch. Their storage is climate controlled. They buy back boxes even used ones if they are not too badly beat up. and they take back the paper for packing too. they came on time and finished when they were suppose too. I would definitely use them again.

Moved belongings from 2 different locations to a new home.

Despite some issues with the storage company, Leaders was very responsive to the resulting change in plans. We had to change the schedule to load from our temporary housing location first and then the storage locker. The Leaders team was very polite and professional during the entire move. The last part of the move involved putting the balance of our household goods into an different storage locker near our new duplex. Again, the Leader team took great care to unload and stack our belongings in the locker.

Marvin W and Brandon Gr. were great! They were personable and a lot of fun! They remained professional and were very nice. If we were to move again we would specifically ask for them!

This was our second time using Leaders Moving. They gave me the best price out of two vendors and they were on time and very professional. We will use them again the next time we move.
