Extremely well! The three men that came to the apartment where not only quick, they managed to get pieces of furniture out carefully with no damage! They also offered advice when there was no feasible way to get the box spring into the house (The house is an old one so the stairway was pretty low)- so we were very grateful for that.

They arrived on time, surveyed the house and checked items per the list given. They discovered I had more boxes that originally estimated, and they would have to disassemble the office furniture. They called the office and the price went up, but was still very reasonable. The guys worked very hard, asked questions when needed, pointed out anything that came up and were extremely professional. My only frustration, and this was more my fault than theirs, was not getting some of the boxes in the correct rooms. I had all but 2 boxes marked with stickers where they were to go, but no one at the new house was helping to guide them to their proper room. Overall, I was very impressed with their work and would definitely use them again.

They provided an excellent packing and unpacking service. The move was accomplished without any significant damage. The pricing proposal was easier to understand than competitors.

After the furniture was loaded, we were told by the movers that they were on their way to Roswell, Ga. We later received a call from Josh (an employee at Leaders) that the driver decided to go back to his house (in Antioch) with our furniture and wrecked the moving truck (with furniture inside) into an overpass and was no longer able to make it to Roswell Ga until the truck was unloaded and the furniture was loaded into another truck the next day. We asked to be onsite to view the damage and took pictures of the damaged truck. The top had been crushed causing a tremendous amount of damage to our furniture and the movers were not able to deliver the remaining damaged furniture the next day. We were also told by Josh that the movers were their most experienced employees. Later we found out it was the driver's 3rd day working with the company. We also had to use Leaders the next week for the remaining boxes and furniture, which Shannon (manager) told my fiance and I that the company was going to replace our damaged and some cases, pieces of furniture snapped in half and in pieces (brand new) furniture personally, and to give Leaders a "chance to make this right". The driver was replaced with another new employee that was unable to lift our heaviest furniture, so they asked me to help them move the furniture because it was slipping out of their hands and was about to fall, so I caught it and helped them move the furniture into the garage in Roswell. We later discovered one of their movers standing on our brand new tv console, using it as a ladder to get the boxes stored in the upper part of the storage truck. This console is now loose. I also had to help unload half the truck because the new mover was unable to lift anymore boxes - due to exhaustion. We also discovered the contract that I signed had been late altered by Leaders after I had originally signed it. We have reached out to Leaders numerous times by phone and email on 8 different occasions since the incident with several promises that we would be contacted by Jennifer (an employee at leaders) and insurance adjuster. No one has contacted to date. We were also told that Leaders would replace the furniture (Not their insurance adjuster). We have pieces of furniture with legs broken completely off, warped frames, stripped screws, wobbly frames, broken chairs, holes in bed frames, art frames broken, ripped and stained fabric, scrapes and chunks missing in almost every piece of furniture and broken hinges. We have provided Leaders with the receipts and pictures of the damaged move. We are requesting Leaders to fulfill their promise and deliver a check for the replacement purchase of our damaged pieces and the costs to repair the remaining furniture that was also damaged, we would also like to be refunded our entire costs for the move. The total for the replacement and delivery of the damaged (new) furniture is $8,200. The total costs for the repairs to other damaged furniture is $1,140. The total cost of the move was $3,774.

The three movers Jeff, Will, and Andrew were great they were very professional and efficient. They even helped us will decorative placement of furniture in our new home. The move went smooth . The team showed up exactly when they said they would and were very careful and efficient.

Outstanding service! Charles and Tony arrived on time and loaded the truck in record time. But they did so safely and gently so there was no damage done. I was impressed by the politeness of these gentlemen. The unloading was quick and uneventful. The most difficult move was a large armoire which had to go up a narrow stairs and around two corners. Charles and Tony completed the move beautifully.

They arrived and went straight to work and everything was completely done before their estimated arrival! Which worked out great, because it ended up raining. All of the guys were very polite, were very conscientious about banging anything up. The primary move was only a few miles apart, but taking W/D to secondary location?was to Sunbury, and their pricing was still much lower than anyone else she had called! Thankfully Mom belongs to Angie's List and I saw their as in the magazine and told her it was worth the call! I can't say enough good things about those 3 gentlemen! I know that the next time another she moves Leaders will be getting call from us!?

Perfect. However, a person called off and I felt bac for the two man crew b/c they had to make two trips.

Very professional. I did have one lamp chipped but all in all it was a very good move.

Overall they did a good job with our belongings. My issue is that they had another move scheduled after us, which we did not know. There was some delay unloading at the new house and they were in a big hurry to finish our job. I guess it's "buyer beware" as we did not ask about the time constraints when we hired them. I would use them again, I would just make sure I understood the time frames etc.

It went really well. Leaders is always on time and on budget. They do a great job!

Isiah and Albert moved a set of giant, hardwood lacquered curio cabinets for us, one of which probably weighs a good 750 pounds. My friend (an ex-moving manager) and I were skeptical that two men could do this on their own, without a lift gate, but they carried that monster up the ramp like it was nothing. More impressively, they carried it into my new home up a flight of stairs with a landing, all within half an hour. These guys are supermen! Good sense of humor, too. My husband booked the move and specifically requested more men, but clearly they were not needed (though I'm sure Isiah and Albert would've been happy for the help). They were a little late, but within the estimated timeframe. We did have to call for confirmation on the day of the move, but other than that, everything went very smoothly. Worth every penny.

Jason came to my house and went with me, room by room, to list all of the items that I told him I wanted them to move. and left me a with a quote for the move. Unfortunately it was too high for my budget. I called Jason and he went through the inventory list with me to help me remove the items I needed to put it within my budget. The moving crew was great.. They arrived within the time line specified. I lived on a tree lined Clintonville street with no driveway so parking was a challenge but they worked it out. They went room by room before they started to see what they needed to move. They crossed items off of the list that we had already moved and added a few that we had not been able to move. They had to move things from upstairs, downstairs, a basement and a garage. I also asked them to pick up two items from my neighbor next door that I had forgoten to put on any list. They were very efficient and were done loading before either of us expected. Moving into the new house was easy as it is a one story with a basement and attached garage. We did not want any set up except for two bedrooms. They finished easily within the time frame that we set. I would definitely work with them again. My crew was wonderful. They were friendly, very wiling to do what we asked, and were efficient and professional. The only complaint I had was with the payment. I had a $50 off coupon that I had received in the mail. I showed it to Jason and he told me to give it to the moving crew when we paid. I gave it to the moving crew when they arrived and they told me to wait until payment time at the new home. I put it with the movers paperwork on my kitchen counter in the old house. When we left for the new house, the coupon got left behind and no one realized it. When we got ready to pay at the new home, I did not have the coupon and therefore did not get the $50 off. They explained that they no longer were allowed to give the discount without the coupon. Since everyone involved had already seen the actual coupon, it was obvious that I actually had it.

The men were excellent, fast and professional. Moved us quickly and were solicitous to my curious son.

They were right on time. Very friendly and very quick. I have a five level split so there were lots of stairs. They did a great job arranging the furniture in the basement so my basement looked neat and open. I will definitely use them again.

Perfect. I mentioned I needed to take a bus to the auto repair shop to pick up my vehicle and they insisted on taking me there. Great guys.

Leaders made it very easy and as stress free as moving can be. They dropped off boxes for me to use to pack the things I wanted to pack. And they packed up the rest of the house. The actual move was done in one long day. They even bought back the boxes v

My family couldn't have had a better experience. Everything went smoothly from the first phone call to saying thank you to the move crew at destination. Isaiah (Crew Leader), Matt and Rob deserve major props!. They hustled, were attentive and polite; and handled my Mother's furnishings with care.

The moving company was Leaders Moving & Storage. They moved us in December. I want to say they charged me $7000. Did not go well. There was a lot of stuff that got damaged. My brother was at the house when they were loading and a lot of the boxes they didn't write on it what room it was from. It was really confusing on the other end. They would just compile a bunch of rooms together. We didn't know when we were trying to find things, were it was at. Quite a bit was damaged but we didn't file any claims.
