It went very smoothly. Ivan, Rene, Blake, Eric, & Stanley worked continuously & diligently from the time they arrive at 8:10 AM until 4:30. They made smart decision & thought out of the box for things that wouldn't fit through doorways. They were still running at 4:30!!

Ren (1688), Stanley (1890), and Tim (1958) arrived early and were nothing but fantastic as they moved us from our little cramped apartment into our first house. We have a massive platform our squat rack attaches to, and we were absolutely convinced it couldn't be moved without disassembling it, never mind with only three men, but they maneuvered it expertly. They also loaned us tools to disassemble another piece of furniture that wouldn't quite fit out the door so as not to have to charge us more. They were incredibly friendly and kind, joking with us like friends before 8am on a Saturday and showing us how to remove the front door of our house. I can't speak highly enough of them and would recommend to anyone!

B.Wilson 967 and J.Bias 996 were fantastic! I needed a refrigerator moved from an unfinished home to my temporary apartment garage. They were personable, professional, and so helpful. When my home is finished I will call them back for further assistance. Thank you both so much for your help today!

These guys are amazing. They moved my household full of furniture from a 2-story townhouse (3 br, 1.5 bath) to a 3-story single family home (3 br, 2 ba). There was a quick inventory at the beginning of the process - the entire moving crew walked around to see what went where - then they very quickly got to work. I had Deshawn, Leon and Ryan (3 guys) in my moving crew - but these guys moved so fast at loading up the truck, that I honestly thought there were 4 of them! And they were so very careful with my things. There's no way I could've moved all that furniture as quickly and carefully as they did. The entire move only took 2-3 hours. Moving can be an anxiety-producing experience - and it was such a huge relief to have this crew of very capable and cheerful guys show up to literally do the heavy lifting. Highly recommend.

This morning Lamar R (1897) and T Jones (1941) packed up a portion of our belongings into UHaul storage/moving bins. They arrived on time and were very professional. They performed the work in the estimated time. They were very careful with our belongings. They were also friendly and easy to work with. We will be requesting them (if available) to complete our move later this spring. Thank you for a job well done!

I would like to thank Jamon W. (1466), Lonnie S. (1384), and DJ (1739) for their exceptional hard work, professionalism, and positive attitude when moving and storing 30 years worth of my stuff from my house! I was able to chuckle and laugh when I heard their laughing and singing even though they were working so hard. What impressed me the most is that I never heard even one bump!! Now I have helped and seen people move for many years and there is always dings and "oops." NOT ONE!! Not one ding, not one bump, not one oops! That shows how careful they are and what an excellent job that they do. I never expected to move again and these young men gave me the reassurance that my stuff would be well cared for. We had an amazing crew! Spencer, Mike and John did a great job! They were very respectful of our furniture and home, and were extremely careful. Nothing was broken. They did a great job with tear down and set up. We are very upset with ourselves for not getting this in within 24 hours! We were just going through paperwork and saw this with our LEADERS requisition. We would really like for Spencer, Mike and John to be commended for the great job that they did! And they could not have been nicer people!

I was very pleased with the gentleman that helped with my move. They were timely and very professional. I had two men moving my items from a UHaul storage facility to a 3 story duplex. They made sure to not cause any damage and put items back together with care. I have moved a lot over the past several years and I will say this company is on my top 2. The back office was excellent as well. I was contacted via an inquiry and was quoted a fair price and felt no pressure in any way to make a decision on the spot. Each time I had a question it was answered promptly. This seems like a company of really honest hard working individuals.

We have used Leaders twice in the past 6 months. First to move our son from one apartment to another in Columbus. The three movers showed up promptly at the arranged time and did an excellent and efficient job moving him. We also just used them again to load our provided uhaul . Really like how you pay for the number of pieces you want moved, not a flat hourly rate. These were small jobs, but worth the cost to hire professionals. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Our movers on November 25, 2020 were Lamar (#1897) and Dame (#1929), and they did a FABULOUS job. The guys were so helpful, accommodating and friendly. They worked diligently and got the job done in a very reasonable period of time. We were extremely impressed! This was our third or forth experience with Leaders Moving - we tried the other major competitor a few years ago (and it was a disaster!) So we will be sticking with Leaders! Thank you Lamar and Dame! We so appreciate you.

I have only had 2 professional movers in my life with Leaders being the second one. Hard to say how they stack up today against other moving companies. We picked them based on the advice of our real estate agent. Although he mentioned that they had a few complaints recently. They clearly are not as good as the first one we had 18 years ago nor are they as good as the 5 star ratings that I see people giving them.. Be on alert to the salesman that will promise everything but the guys actually doing the work will only do certain things. For example the salesman will tell you they will set up the dryer but the actual movers will not. Also they were supposed to set up our Sleep Number bed but you can forget that as well. To make matters worse the movers were complaining to us that they are not trained to do that but the company makes them do some half *** attempt to do so. Since we have not moved very often we didn't know what to demand the movers do. They promise that everything will be covered like the banisters on stairs. They didn't do that either. So in the process they nicked up some furniture and the banisters. I'm guessing they were just lazy and didn't feel like it. When we had our walk thru at the end with the movers and pointed out what was damaged in the move they made it clear to us that they would dispute everything we would turn in. Another thing that aggravated me was the dudes kept sweating on our floors. We have wooden floors all over the place. Don't understand why they couldn't wear a hat. Seems picky but when they were sweating so much that there is actual liquid on the floor you can wipe up seem silly for us to have to do that. Overall I would say a mediocre job. I thought maybe the recent issues they were having was just a temporary thing. Guess not. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Best ever...the men were Courteous, kind, and expeditious. My property was secured properly and clearly handled with care. I hope that, if needed, I can rely on your company in the future whether it's a large or small assignment.
