Awsome. They arrived right on time, and moved everything with extreme care, like it was there own. Very professional great guys. At the new house I had wanted to move a couch into a bedroom, we knew it might not work but instead of brushing me off and they tried and tried every way they could (unfortunately the couch won). Nothing was damaged. They moved everything into the right rooms. We had more stuff than originally anticipated so a second trip was needed. To our surprise they sent another crew out to pick up the remaining items, and those guys were great too and there was no additional charge. My daughter was so impressed that she decided to hire them instead of trying to do it themselves. I highly recommend this company.

Generally, they were great. They moved everything out of the old house very quickly, and did a great job of protecting each piece of furniture along the way. The only negative I'd report is that they might have been a little too concerned about speed, and rushed to cram the washer, dryer, and an old dining room table down our basement stairs, doing a good bit of damage to the fresh paint around the basement door frame. Easy enough to fix, but it seems like it could have been easier to prevent if they'd just taken their time, or taken the legs off the table first.

The two mover did an excellent and efficient job moving our stuff. They were quick and made the job look easy - even our treadmill. Would definitely call them again if the need would arise.

While it took longer than expected , the move went well. We ended up adding items and asked them to make an unscheduled stop, and they were able to accommodate is. Very professional. I have used them before and will do so again.

They provided a straightforward estimate and worked with us on changes between the estimate and the move. Communications were prompt and clear. The team that moved us was friendly, professional and hard-working. The price was in line with other estimates we received. We would use them again.

The crew was in a no win situation. They had been originally booked for two day but since a second truck needed and the second crew was delayed, they made the move in one day. We started unloading at nearly 8:30 pm. They scratched wood floor on that last piece that was delivered upstairs at 11:30pm. They had boxes unloaded onto every level incorrectly since there was no light in the trucks and it was dark! What ever the top box said of a typical three box load that was the level it hit. I spent the entire next two days moving boxes from all three levels of the house. They also bent our king size mattress and broke a cabinet. The process to repair floor and have it reimbursed by Leaders took over four months! Don't move on price! You get what you pay for.

They came back with a more professional team. The amount paid for the service was not conducive to the trouble and waiting period. But the CEO was very sincere and appreciative.

Great, came day before finished packing what we hadn't, handled fragile etc things carefully and packed well. Filled tons of boxes and finished the next day, ( moving day)with the residual.moving day multiple people showed up promptly, packed boxes into trucks( plural) and relocated us, unloaded boxes to new home .moving day 8am to 10:30pm!

Absolutely outstanding! This was my first experience using movers and I did my homework. After checking out lots of Angie's List and other reviews, I decided to go with Leaders because they do guaranteed estimates based on inventory which seemed to me to be the best approach. They exceeded my expectations in every way. The crew members were polite and respectful. They worked incredibly hard and efficiently. They were kind and made me feel very comfortable. I am a female and my mother and I were alone with the 2 male crew members all day and felt safe and comfortable the entire time. I really can't say enough about what an excellent experience this was. We will definitely be hiring Leaders and requesting the same crew for our move into a permanent home in a few months.

We called Leaders and spoke with Chris. Over the phone, we did an inventory of the house so he was able to ball-park an estimate. Seemed a little high, but priced another moving company and Leaders was average price. Move day came and they were professional, very helpful and moved everything which was discussed. We had a treadmill and they had a 3rd party company come in I believe, the day before to take it apart and the day after we moved in, they came to the condo and put it back together. We ended up using their wardrobe boxes to get our clothes from house to condo. We didn't buy these, they were "on loan". Several of the items we had originally inventoried we didn't end up moving, so the total cost was lower than quoted. I would definitely use them in the future and have already referred them to a friend for their move.

Tyler, Will, and Paul were professional on a sweltering June day. They arrived on time and moved me extremely quickly. They were wearing company polo shirts and were neat and professional, despite the heat. They were a skilled packing team and worked efficiently and safely--taking care of both themselves and my possessions. A note about how Leaders works: You use an online tool to create an inventory. Leaders charges by the among of material you have to move. An agent confirms the estimate with you. When the truck arrives, the driver confirms the inventory. It's worth getting in contact with the agent if your inventory significantly changes (especially increases) before the moving day. Leaders is not the cheapest mover out there, but in this case, you get what you pay for. For me, having a smooth, problem-free, fast, and efficient move was worth it.

Rocky at first, because original crew was delayed on an earlier job, kept me waiting indefinitely to let me know they were coming. Owner reassigned another crew, Don and Cori, who arrived and completed this move very nicely.

The move was exceptional! Kevin and Ray were professional, efficient, and kind. I highly recommend this team and company, and I would definitely hire again.

Anthony and Dustin were very professional. They were so sweet to my grandmother. They performed the job quickly and professionally.

We just finished a move performed by Leaders. Mike and Jordan were our movers and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. They showed up on time, were extremely professional, and treated our furniture with great care even though it is quite dated. We could not be more happy with the job they did and especially given the stress of moving from our home where we have raised all out children. They were also very courteous and efficient. It is nice to find a moving company that is clear about what they intend to do, quotes a price that is reasonable, and then delivers the services with well-trained and courteous movers. Our thanks again to Mike and Jordan for their hard work on our behalf.

From the initial call to get a price quote, every person we spoke with was very courteous and professional! From the start to finish. I would use them for a move in the future and definitely recommend them to others.

This company showed up on time, came prepared with plenty of workers and trucks, and worked quickly. They were professional and got the job done in a timely fashion. They were careful with my possessions, and with all walls and woodwork as well. Overall they were a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend. Impressive.

I hired Leaders to move my heavy furniture this last weekend. They showed up on time, went through the provided inventory and completed the work quickly. Jeff, Archie, and Jordan were courteous, kind and efficient with the work they did and made me glad I didn't move some of the furniture myself.
