Matt was excellent when he came to provide an estimate. No pressure and extremely courteous. We scheduled the move and it went perfectly.

Our crew did an amazing job moving our furniture and belongings. Brandon, Josh and Keyvon were so positive and friendly while moving a lot of heavy furniture through nasty rain for a very long 11 hour day! All three were extremely polite. Josh and Keyvon were so hardworking and Brandon had a light-hearted personality that kept us laughing and stress-free throughout the day. We had a couple hiccups...a couple wall marks and a lamp base that broke (still functional and he was so apologetic and explained how to contact the company if needed). Some issues are to be expected when moving everything out of a house and we were pleased that these were the only casualties...there would've been many more had we tried to move ourselves! Our crew were true professionals and showed it every time they moved a large or heavy piece, in their coaching and encouragement of one another. We did get quite a bit of muddy footprints on our carpet, due to the heavy rain all day. In hindsight, we should've laid plastic to protect our carpet or touched base with the company ahead of time to ask about their procedure or recommendations for rainy day moves. While carrying heavy pieces, the guys did everything they could do to minimize tracking the mud inside. We feel that we were fortunate to find a great company like Leaders and get a fantastic crew! We also felt that their pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely recommend Leaders to others that we know who are looking for a moving company!

The move went very well. A.J. and Chaves arrived on time, assessed the job and then started the move. They were professional, hard working and worked well together. They handled the furniture and appliances carefully and made sure everything was placed where we wanted it in the new condo without any damages. The price charged was the price quoted even though we made a few changes. Would definitely hire again and request the same employees.

My belongings were handled carefully and placed where I directed. When a door needed to be removed to accommodate a desk, it was done quickly and efficiently. Whatever needed to be done was done with care and courtesy. I would use Integrity again and I highly recommend them.

It went very well. There were four men and two trucks. The entire move, including travel time, breaks and lunch, took about 7 hours. The men were very careful with our furniture and boxes (we had 101 boxes). They were pleasant-natured and easy to deal with. They placed the furniture and boxes in the new house wherever we asked. The only issue was that the piano did not work correctly after they re-assembled it, but I was able to fix that problem myself.

Everything was great They called ahead of time to confirm arrival, walked through the house to confirm the items to be moved, and got to work. The three gentlemen worked hard loading up, walked through the new house to confirm where everything should be unloaded, double checking as they worked to ensure the correct placement. Everything went really well. Would recommend them.

Good movers...I would higher them again. They where much high price then other moving quotes but went with them because they had the highest ranking. They did a great job and was worth the extra cost.

This move did not go well. We used Leaders for our last move 2 years ago and had such a good experience that we never hesitated to hire again. Unfortunately, I can't say it went anything like the last time. Previously we were sent 3 professional, competent movers. This time, we were sent 2 (not 3 as it should have been) immature, unprofessional guys. They borrowed our tools to remove hinge pins, and borrowed a step stool to help load the truck. They arrived on time, but were unprepared. Our furniture has dings and scrapes, as well as rub marks on walls and dings on door trim. I could go on and on. They got things moved, but it took longer than it should have since they were shorthanded, and it was not a quality move. We were charged far more than we should have been given the poor service. We could have hired any mover to do what they did for significantly less. Obviously, Leaders does not have the same quality standards that they did years ago.

It went very well! AJ(852), Justin(1536), and Mike 1540 were amazing! We had some things that were really hard to maneuver and they somehow got it all out. We were very pleased with them!

It went very well. James F(1472), Bias (1517), and Chambers (1515) arrived on time, were very professional and nice. Everything went smoothly and fast. No damage to anything. My only complaint is that I was not able to complete the Flawless Reviews in 24 hours to have them recognized and rewarded. 24 hours really?? During a move, it gets a little hectic so this timeframe is unrealistic. I really hope these guys get the recognition they deserve. Thank you James F, Bias, and Chambers.

This was the second time I have used them to move me. Priced very reasonable.

$3037 and 2 days to move a 1 bedroom house plus a grand piano (which was a separate cost) and 185 boxes. Original quote was $4880, which included 6 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 2 dining rooms and garage items. We sold 80% of our furniture prior to the move and they only reduced the cost by $1800. The movers placed boxes in all the wrong rooms, not paying attention to the labels. They would not move the boxes of spirits, saws in the garage, a frig because the doors had to be removed (it had a built-in ice-maker), they claimed to move over 200 boxes, but we only bought 200, and 16 of those were alcohol that we had to move. I completed a survey with much more detail and never heard back. When the movers arrived, they were unaware that we had sold the furniture (of which we communicated multiple times through email and a phone call). Poor communication and over-charging resulted in our poor survey for Leaders.

Travis and Austin arrived on time. The move was very smooth. They were very professional.

Great; they did a wonderful job. We're a bit late and I didn't have anyone to contaxt after 4 since their office closes at 4 which was the only thing I didn't like. My two movers were very professional and moved very quickly and safely

They did a real good job. They got us moved in two days, we had quite a bit to move. They were professional and set up our electronics.

They are meticulous and you can trust them. They are on time and the price is fair. They send quality people to your house, which is always appreciated.
