The 3 man crew was EXCELLENT! They were professional, happy, laughing, kind, respectful. There was no swearing or off color remarks. I had NO issues with our furniture. I had an antique stereo, piano and pool table to move and no scratches or damage with those or anything. Alejandro 3249; Jarvis 3279; Byron 3275 were wonderful.

The move was flawless - the team, headed by seasoned Crew Chief Marvin, showed up on time, and were neat, clean, polite, and professional. The guys moved our belongings without a scratch! Though I hope to never move again, should the occasion arise I would definitely hire Leaders again.

Leaders did a great job moving my stuff from a townhouse to my new house. The movers showed up early, were very professional and moved quickly. They cleared out the basement, and the first floor and took a short break and got the upstairs cleared out. The movers worked extremely fast and no damages. I know I couldn't move as fast as they did. Great company, Great service.

The company was quick to respond to my inquiry about the services they offered, They provided pricing based on my location and the entries and floors to be navigated and what the ultimate destination was to be. The crew arrived on time, was fast, efficient, tidy and personable. I have used other providers before, including Integrity, but will always use LEADERS and recommend LEADERS to others in the future. They were exceptional!

My property sustained substantial damage. I followed their process for filing a claim and they refused to do anything. Their movers treated my property with no respect . I had damage to wood work, walls, ceilings, new wood floors..... etc etc. I would not hire them again.

Moving team was professional, able to take apart and reassemble large roll top desk on 2nd floor. They worked efficiently and communicated well with us throughout the day. They were cooperative in moving some furniture to the garage that was not being moved. They positioned furniture where we requested. They also stayed late at my son’s house to reassemble the desk. We also liked the ability to return boxes purchases for 80% refund, and found the office staff, especially Shirley, very helpful. We also appreciated the free estimate in my home prior to movong.

leaders is extremely overpriced, hires thieves, does terrible work, and does not stand behind their word… We used leader’s movers earlier this year... They damaged a lot of our property, and did not even move everything that they agreed to move. We had a storage unit that was to be moved for a fixed price. There was also an l shape couch,( which their appraiser saw in our home, but when the movers arrived said that they could not move it).a ,”professional moving company”, could not move what I ended up moving myself, and I am a disabled veteran… besides that a quarter of the things in the storage unit were left, yet we were charged the same price ... Our move was a 2 day move… and on the second day, I noticed that a ring on my nightstand was missing. Upon this discovery, I told my wife who was at the house where they were moving our belongings and she had me speak with the man in charge, not placing blame but asking if he could ask his employees about it... the man then got defensive and said there was nothing he could do about it, “that they don’t hire people who steal”, he then advised my wife and I to file a complaint…there were a few other things that my wife and I have found missing but the ring was the big thing. Upon filing a complaint, we were instructed to file a police report, and obtain a receipt for the ring which was provided to leaders, “investigator”. It is now 3 months later and leaders is still dragging their feet on the issue… When My wife called them today to follow up on our other issues, she asked about the ring as well and was told that they had not been contacted by local police???… if that wasn’t enough for me to never refer leaders to anyone… when it came to moving furniture into our new home which has hickory floors, they didn’t use any floor runners to protect the floor… then all of a sudden my wife sees a runner at the top of the steps, when she moved it to the side, and discovered a huge scrape on the floor…one of the movers immediately told my wife that he saw another mover do it by accident…. It doesn’t make me mad that they did it, mistakes happen, but the fact that they tried to hide it makes me furious, and this is why I would never recommend this company … they did send a guy out to fix some of the furniture, but were still fighting with them about the floor… *****update***** my wife just got the email posted below. basically saying they hire thieves and do not take responsibility for their actions...therefore it was a waste of my time acquiring a police report... please do yourself a favor and dont hire this company

Everything went well. Moved out of our 5,000 sq ft house into a 1400 sq ft apartment.

I was pleased from the initial contact to the final farewell to the movers. Every person was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. The moved a 2 bedroom apartment from one city to another city. The move included a washer, dryer, sofa, and flat screen TV. They inventoried every item before loading the truck, which was reassuring. We chose to pack our own things to save money. It was a short notice of less than 2 weeks and they were able to accommodate our schedule without any issues. I definitely will consider using them in the future and highly recommend them.

The movers were amazing- strong, polite, empathetic to our particular needs as older people. Ethan and Keyvon were the best.

The Crew arrived on time. They were very rough with my furniture, basically just throwing it in the truck. Did not use any of the moving pads In the truck. They broke the foot off a brand new washer, they didn’t even said they were sorry. The crew was carrying on an inappropriate conversation regarding their actions the night before. We were very disappointed in the price and quality of the service, particularly since they had good reviews.

They gave me a quote on what it would cost to move from one townhouse to another, .3 miles away. On the day of the move they showed up and said they would be re-evaluating the move. They then said it would be 40% more. When I calmly tried to discuss this, the movers got in my face and attempted to intimidate me and threaten to just leave. I had no choice but to go forward. I had a three cushion sofa that was on the 2nd floor. They said they couldn't get it downstairs. When I explained it was previously moved from downstairs up and therefore go back down, they said that's not the case. Just because it came up the stairs doesn't mean it would go down. After damaging my 1 year old sofa trying to get it down, they just left it. I told my landlord the movers were unable to get my sofa down and they left it. He came over with 1 other person and got it down in about 6 minutes. Unfortunately I had to pay $150 for him to get it down, rent a trailer and take it to my new place. At least I didn't have to just abandoned it as the movers stated.

Very professional, great attention to detail.

They were excellent. They were two hours late getting to me so they sent out two extra people to help move me so we were moving on time. They went above and beyond and were very professional. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.

Overall it was good. They showed up when they were supposed to and even lowered the estimate when they saw it was less than what I originally put down. The only thing is they dropped a box marked fragile that had glassware and things were broken. I have not contacted the office yet about this but am considering to do so.

Leaders did a great job. They showed up on time and efficiently and carefully loaded the truck at the storage facility. We had some very important pieces of furniture that they took great care in moving. The arrived quickly at the townhouse and unloaded the truck with the same care and efficiency that they had loaded it. Very polite and articulate crew that was responsive to all of our concerns and needs. Thanks for a job well done. Pricing was very competitive.

We had a terribly experience with Leaders related to the amount of damage caused to our belonging and to our brand new home. Leader's provided moving services for us in late November 2017. Almost every piece of furniture we own was damaged and most of our furniture is Amish made or of high quality. Everyday items like a Craftsman toolchest, carpet padding (large area rug) and items in boxes were also damaged. Items were missing. The biggest problem was the way they treated our brand new house. No protection was placed on the door jams, newel posts or floors. Our brand new front door needs to be restained because of the number of scratches and dings to the door and molding. All of our newel posts, and banister system may have to be replaced because the dents and dings are so deep that even stripping and sanding it won't completely repair it. The men loading and unloading were careless and rough with everything. To make matters worse, the level of coverage is depreciated value not replacement value (no one discussed this with us). Additionally, leaders requires a receipt for proof of purchase on everything. Therefore, if they ruin all of your mattress covers (and they likely will) the only way they will be replaced is if you have the receipt and they are brand new. There is absolutely no incentive for the people moving your items to treat them well when the coverage is depreciated value and they require a receipt. Thank goodness we have receipts for all of the furniture and high dollar items, but we don't for the smaller purchases. Some could be located on Amazon. (yay for Amazon), but they depreciate linens in 5 years making them worthless. They lost some ir-replaceable items and won't place a value on them. As if the move and damage weren't bad enough, working through the claim feels like a further violation because they really aren't paying for anything when many of our items have been damaged. They are working on repairing our home but with their contractors. Please be very cautious when using this company and at a minimum get replacement coverage. We could have had a bad crew that was tired. I know many have had good experiences, but you never know how "good" a company really is until you have to deal with the damage that was caused from the move. This company gets an "F" in all aspects of the moving process and follow up. The only bright person has been the operations manager. He has been to our house, was empathetic and apologetic and actually pointed out all of the places they made mistakes and said they would make it right. A sample of pictures is included.

Efficiently moved everything out of the old house and into the new house (nearly an hour away), all within a full day. Lots of large furniture, glass top-tables, etc. and no damages on our items or on either house.

Overall, the move went well. The movers were ~ 3 hours late due to truck problems with the extreme cold but once they got to the house, the move went smoothly. Tyler was a good team lead and the crew were fun and professional. They handled our belongings and houses with care and so far not seeing much, if any, damage (though not completely undone packing). I believe it was Jason that came over to provide an estimate for the services and he was on time and provided an accurate estimate for the move.

They were on time, protected my furniture and put everything where I wanted it to go. They also moved a piano that was old and they were very careful to protect it. They did a good job and this is the second time I have used them.
