Tyler (1416) and Spencer (1568) were great and reliable with their service and care that they showed while helping my wife and I move this past weekend. These are the type of dedicated individuals that a company should be grateful to have on their team. The two employees were very professional, efficient, and careful with our move. They're fee was very reasonable. We'll definitely use Leaders again!

I am writing to amend my 9/23/2019 review for Leaders Moving and Storage. Mr. English, the president of Leaders reached out to us through both phone calls and email on several occasions. We had very meaningful dialog regarding our scenario. Mr. English was very receptive to both my wife and I as to what occurred and did in fact listen to what we had to say, our perceptions, points of process breakdown in addition to process improvements. At all times Mr. English took responsibility and continuingly asked the question of how could he make it right for us. We explained that our motivation was one of acknowledgement and to help make the process better for all in the future. We understand that in business, it’s hard to bat a 1000. We had choose Leaders due to their past reputation on being a solid and reputable business with community roots. Mr. English proved to us this still is there guiding principal for which we commend him and give Leaders their deserved A+.

This is my second moving experience with Leaders. The first was an enormous, complicated move, which Leaders performed superbly. The move today was a piano, to be delivered to my daughter out of town. Again, it was a wonderful experience. Mike W. and Guy did the move. They were exactly on time, and were true professionals. I was very impressed and grateful.

It went extremely well. Service was fast and efficient. Ren and Keyvon were my movers. They were polite, efficient and respectful of my property. Great guys that provided great service!

Mr. Murdaugh (1928), Mr. Wilson (1716) & Mr. Alston (1748) did a wonderful job moving a table with an extremely heavy glass top to my house. They arrived on time and were all very polite, professional and clearly knew what they were doing. I was very pleased with their service!

The crew assigned to my move were extremely professional. They did a great job moving the items with care and packing the truck. This was an A+ experience!

Jason, Jordan, Kai, and Drew were unbelievable during our 2-day move!!! They were prompt, worked really, really hard, took great care of our move out, move in, and all of our items!!! This was my second experience with Leaders in the past seven years. Once again I had a very positive experience for a more than fair price. D. Wilson (1716), D Elkins (1806), and J Cain (1794) were my three movers today. I could not have been more satisfied with those three professionals! Thanks Leaders for another positive move. Very thorough Drivers were excellent very courteous and helpful 2nd time using Leaders will recommend to all. 1st time I used Leaders they moved me to my current Home in Blacklick, Ohio. Same excellent service.

The movers were 5 minutes early. Amazing! Efficient! Careful with our furniture. Fast. Polite. Professional. They completed our move within the timeframe scheduled. I am shocked and happy.

Picked them after getting quotes from 2 other companies who were listed on Angie's list. Got excellent results. Very good company to work with. They were pleasant and did everything they said they would do. Patrick and Jerome were outstanding. Gave the company an "A" in everything including pricing. Their pricing was comparable with the other 2 quotes and I am sure you can find lower priced movers but for what I paid the results received, I felt I got my money's worth.

The movers were gentlemen, professional and untiring in their work. Rate them as tops.

It went very smoothly. I explained what I wanted where and Ted and Ren were professional and hard working. They did an excellent job and I will hire them again when the basement is finished and the items need put back in the basement.

They were well organized, moved quickly and carefully moved my furniture and belongings without any damage. They are great! This is the second time I have used Leaders Moving and Storage, I highly recommend them and would use them in the future!

It was such a pleasure to work with Leaders again! We reached out to another major company because a friend manages the Columbus area, and it was a very arduous process. I never did get a quote from them. Then I called Leaders. We used them twice in the past. Within 10 minutes I had an estimate and assurance that they had a truck and two movers available on our moving date. The followup was terrific! On moving day, our movers actually showed up early. Chavez and Darnell were terrific! They hustled - carefully. They were pleasant and having a great time doing what they do for a living, and it was contagious. When we saw how gently they treated our belongings and how carefully they got that large sofa through that narrow doorway - it removed a lot of the stress of the day. We can't say enough good things about our experience with Leaders - from start to finish!
