Professional from meeting with the sales rep. to cleaning up after installation. Very respectful of my and my neighbors property.

Everyone (sales rep, installers and office staff), very professional and friendly. Beautiful workmanship. Responded immediately and reattached gate latch. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend them to all.

1st group of installers removed old fence, installed 2 sections & walked off job. No one advised me of situation. I had to call. Next day new group showed up & found they were short materials, took until 5/30/2014 to complete job.

They sent a salesman who helped me to pick out a metal fence that met all code requirements for the pool. He was very knowledgeable in local codes and which fences met those codes. He showed me a lot of photos -- which helped me to make my decision. It took a total of 2 1/2 days to do the job. They did a great job. The fence is asthetically much more pleasing and meets all code requirements for the pool.

Lannis Fence only works on jobs over 100'. I needed 70' of fencing along my alley, so I did not meet their minimum and was unable to obtain an estimate.

We met with a sales rep. Placed the order. We were notified when the fence was in. Out install date changed numerous times due to weather. they were always professional, cautious and friendly. The fence looks awesome. Thank you.

Wonderful. The whole team was very professional and the finished product was excellent. Communication with Larry and Steve was among the best I have dealt with from any contractor I have hired. The time frame given for completion (6 weeks) was spot on. The install crew did an excellent job and the finished product looks amazing. Lannis was not the cheapest estimate I received, but I am sure glad I went with them. The quality of the finished product is outstanding. A+

I first dealth with Larry. Larry was very quick to respond to my inquiry about a quote. He was very punctual, early in fact, to the appointment to look at the property in order to provide a quote. The quote was competitive and he was open to negotiation when we got a slightly lower quote from a competitor. He accommodated some changes we made to our plans with out any issue or delay. We had to get approval for the fence through our local municipality. I communicated to Larry at Lannis that this was the case but that we still needed a separate fencing permit. Larry stated that Lannis would take care of permit. Once the municipality approval went through, I called Lannis. At this point I was dealing with Steve. Steve asked if the fencing permit was still necessary. I repeated that it was so this created about a week delay. This wasn't a big deal but demonstrated lack of communication between Steve and Larry. Steve called me the Thursday before beginning the work. I got home that Monday to find all the posts had been place. By thursday of that week I had not heard from Steve and no additional work had been done on the fence. I left a message for Steve on Thursday afternoon inquiring about the progress and if we needed to do anything with the municipality for approval of the posts. We didn't want to be the ones holding up the progress. No call back. I called again on friday and left another voicemail. No call back again but when I arrived home the fence was complete. It is beautiful, well made and my husband and I are delighted with the work. HOWEVER, apparently the municipality still had to approve the work and some paperwork needed to be kept out for the inspector. This was never communicated to us so we tossed out the paperwork thinking it just needed to be kept on the premises while the work was being completed. We are new to the neighborhood and didn't know any better. The inspector showed up Monday morning looking for the paperwork and I had to dig out of the trash. To wrap things up, the quality of the work is outstanding and the materials used seem to be of the highest quality. However the communication could definitely stand to improve. In most places, I realize you may not need to deal with the municipality but in the case you do, ask lots of questions up front.

I was very pleased at the professionalism of all employees from sales man to installers. They were on time, explained everything clearly without being condescending. The ground was soft (we had lots of rain). They left my property clean, no mud, and neat. My neighbor was so impressed, we're installing our shared fence!

While they aren't the cheapest around, the quality of the fence and workmanship is excellent. The planks that make up the fence are actually 3/4-inch thick instead of the average 1/2-inch thick boards, which tend to warp over time.

Couldn't be happier with end result. The order took about 6 weeks from time of purchase to installation, but we were well aware of the schedule when we purchased. Guys came out Monday and installed the posts, and were back Friday at 7:45 in the morning and done by 10 am. In regards to the quality, it was better than I expected. I wouldn't be surprised if we had one of the nicest fences in the neighborhood. I got a quote from one other company found on Angie's List with great reviews, and it was very comparable to Lannis, but didn't come backed with a warranty. The crew seems to take a lot of pride in their work. Very pleased.

After initial contact via email, a sales associate came to my house to do a final measurement and offer consultation. He was very helpful with various suggestions with regards to location and placement of the fence. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly. Due to the time of year (spring) when I requested the fence, there was a little over a 4 week wait to get the fence installed. About a week prior to installation, I received a call saying that they would be coming the following week. The week of the install, the utilities were marked and my yard surveyed. The posts were installed and it took less than 3 hours for all to be sunk into concrete. The dirt from the holes was very nicely put into a few low spots in my yard, which was great. Two days after the post install, they returned to install fence itself. Again it took less than 3 hours for all of the work to be done. The fence is absolutely beautiful and very sturdy.

Very nice fence. I had a stockade fence before and it lasted 13 years. The same company installed it. I called them back when I upgraded.

On the phone they knew what kind of fence I wanted, and when the rep came to provide estimate, he said they do not install that kind of fence.

Wonderful experience. Took down old fence and painted posts in the afternoon. Came back the next morning to install new fence.

They came out to give me the estimate. Their price was outrageously high. They only want big jobs. When I called them back, they said they might have someone do it on the side, because it was such a small job. They had done some fencing for me before, and I was not impressed with the quality of that work. I decided to have a bigger fence put in, but I would never use this company again.

Although it took quite some time from signing the contract to fence installation (Lannis was quite busy), the end result was excellent.

I used the contact form on their website and gave a brief description of what I was looking to have done. I filled out the contact form and got a reply back within a day or two. The reply was very polite but stated that they don't do any work that is less than 70' of fencing, but would be willing to come out and give an estimate if I had more than that (I'm only looking for around 40-50 feet of work) I gave an overall grade of D simply because even though the reply to my initial query was very prompt I almost felt very belittled by them stating they don't do anything less than 70'. It made me feel as if they are and quot;too goodand quot; to do work for someone such as myself that doesn't need very much work done. I could see them saying that a job is too big for them, but to say that a job is too small in this economy and especially with a very seasonal industry such as fence work I was very turned off to the company as a whole. I MIGHT give them another look if I was ever in the market to have more than their minimum amount of work done, but would probably not choose them unless the pricing just blew me away.

They showed up when they were supposed to. They explained everything and did everything the way I wanted them to. They came back to check their work. They were very professional. I recommend them.

Extremely poorly. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. if you get along with your neigbor's, you might not after they leave.

They quoted $5000. I would be using them to do the fencing. They were informative but they didn't seem rushed. He informed us, he took us to our backyard and showed us that would be done differently from the other companies. We were pleased with the actual materials that they were using. So far it's been good and they were on time. I would recommend them to someone else.

has been great dealing with them so far. Larry from Lannis Fence came out and talked to my husband about the different types of fencing that was available. Based on our backyard, he told us the best cost-effective to get the fencing done. We needed to get two different areas of our backyard fenced in. He suggested the best way to get the fence done, both aesthetically and from our landscaping perspective. I wasn’t too impressed with that layout. So, he and his team were kind enough to redo everything the way I wanted it to be done. He gave us another estimate, which was very clear. He has been very accommodating. They are getting ready to send out surveyors. We will see how it goes. They are able to pull things up for us and they are efficient. We were able to get hold of them, the very first time we had called them. When we called them for getting an estimate the first time, we had called them very late in the day. They called us the very next day. They followed up very promptly and quickly. They were punctual. We have been very happy with them so far. We don’t have any complaints with them.
