I've been using Landscape Direct for 17 years. Brad is very knowledgeable and has designed and planted beautiful flower beds for me. He also does weekly mowing service at a very reasonable price. One of the bright spots following a snow storm is hearing Brad arrive to plow the drive and use his blower on the sidewalks. I don't even have to call - he just shows up! Brad provides his cell number, so whenever I call he is quick to answer any question I have. He is very polite and professional. And did I mention his reasonable prices?

Responsiveness was good and owner was very nice guy (talked over phone and email). However, in mid-march I was told the work would be scheduled and performed soon. In mid May, I finally stopped waiting and emailed owner to cancel the order. Bottom line, they promised work and never followed through. Nice guys, but I would suggest finding a more reliable company.
