Fall 2010: we had LM come QUOTE to cut down 5 trees and grind stumps. The came out, cut down 3 trees WITHOUT CONTRACT or PERMISSION, did not grind the stumps and sent us a bill. They came back out and cut the other 2 trees down and it took them 2+ weeks to supposedly grind the stumps. The ground froze and we see in the Spring of 2011 that the stumps were not ground down all the way and sit on the surface of the lawn and are sprouting. We had to pay another company to come and correct this mistake as the owner nor the business associate, Les, would call us back after several messages left on cell phones and business voice mail. They mowed the lawn too low so it burns. I was told when I signed up with them that if the yard did not need to be mowed, they would not do it and they raise their mowers during dry spells. They only showed up once this year/season to treat the yard and we asked them not to come twice this summer (with more than a weeks notice via phone to both the owners cell # and the business phone) since we were having landscaping & irrigation work done in the yard. Both times they showed up and had to be turned away by the folks working in our yard .Left several messages about my discern and no phone calls were returned. Finally, submitted in writing with my invoice to terminate all services. I figured if they cashed my check, they must see the termination notice.
Description of Work: Landscape Management was hired to mow our lawn weekly and fertilize our lawn. We also had them QUOTE removing 5 trees, grinding stumps and grading around the house.

they left the yard a total mess and promised to repair it but never returned. We had to repair it ourselves. Could not get them to return a call. During the installation I questioned how shallow they had dug for the patio. I had read it had to be at least 4" deep they were barely 2 inches They told me not to worry it was deep enough. Its been just about a year and there is a major settling crack in it. I've called six times in the last two months with no response.

Product application fine. Difficult to reach and not always easy to schedule appointments. The jobs they do are good.

THEY DID EDGING, WEEDING AND MULCHING. THEY WERE TIMELY, AND THE QUALITY VS. COST WAS VERY GOOD. IN FACT, THEIR ESTIMATE WAS AS MUCH AS 1/2 THAT OF OTHER COMPANIES
