Terrible. Steve landrum and I had a signd contract dated 10-16-08. The contract states that he was to have the work completed by 11-7-08. As of 6-19-09 he still has not done anything. I currently have a lawsuit against him. Steve Landrum refuses to return my deposit. He has ignored letters from my Attorney, the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. His address listed with the Sec. of State is an abandoned house and has been for over a year. He very rarely takes my calls (unless I block the caller ID). The times I have spoken to him he has made numerous promises, none of which ever happen. He also never calls when he says he will and constantly gives different excuses. He has also done the same thing to 3 of my neighbors.
Description of Work: He was supposed to install a new roof. No work has been done. The date on the line "what date was the service completed?" is today's date since I had to put in a date.
