This is the second time I have used La Cenicienta Cleaning Services. The first time, I liked how they cleaned but mentioned in my review that they didn't do a good job dusting. This time, they were AWESOME! They remembered me and had read my review, so when the leader came in for his quick walk through before they started working, he asked me to show him what needed dusting. They arrived on time, everyone was nice, and the house was spotless. Would definitely use again.

From beginning to end everyone we dealt with was outstanding. From the responsiveness of setting up the work and consistent follow up, to the work itself, my wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail that was shown. We will absolutely hire them again and couldn't recommend them more favorably.

They are always very good, very professional and complete in the job. I trust them in my house and I am never disappointed

All I can say is Wow! The cleaning team showed up and immediately went to work. My house looks so awesome now. We are believers and will be using them again. Well done....

What a wonderful job!! These guys are some of the best cleaners I have had in the house. They not only cleaned, they moved most things but for furniture and cleaned UNDER them. I have used them twice, they are punctual, they get the job done and they leave, which is everything I could expect.

owner is responsive, crew works hard. a little bit of a language barrier, and I didn't like their vacuum as much as mine, but I love a clean house. Highly recommend.

Great work! Company was proactive in scheduling the service date. 4 cleaners for 2+ hours. At my request they cleaned main level only. approx 2,500 sq ft with master. Superb detail cleaning in kitchen and bathrooms and dusting everything!

Very well. I know the group was late, but they also fit us into a schedule at the last minute. The cleaning service was very good and would recommend them as well as use them again.

Excellent service provided. I purchased the cleaning as had surgery and not able to clean my house. The crew showed up and cleaned the entire downstairs in an hour with 4 crew members. All kitchen cabinets were cleaned as well as the appliances. They dusted and vacuumed all rooms as well as washed the floors. They did a completely thorough job and I would highly recommend them.

Deep Cleaning - Wife was very happy

The BEST cleaning I've ever had! I thought my house was tidy and in need of a surface clean only; I was afraid there wouldn't be enough for them to stay busy the whole time. However, I'm not sure there was a single spot in my home that was untouched. They cleaned blinds (BOTH sides), baseboards, cabinets, doors, everything. They were very thorough, very pleasant. They came in and didn't stop until they were finished. Excellent job! Thank you!

They were okay. I had a little trouble with the quality. They did alright. They were a little bit pushy. I just didn't like the overall feeling of when they were here. They were trying to cram a lot in the short length of time and they didn't warn us of that. I paid $100 extra.

This was a $109 big deal purchase. They sent four people to do and hour and a half.

It was good. They did a good job. Cleaning is hard because I think sometimes, it isn't as clean as you want it to be when it is your home. I think they did a good job and I would use them again. I that they may be didn't pay as much attention to detail as I would have liked. My interactions with them was positive. To get a higher grade, I think that they could be more detail oriented with the cleaning.

This was a big deal purchase. They did a great job. What happened was they called me that morning because they had a cancellation and said they were in the area and asked if they could come over. It was very last minute so obviously I was not prepared to have them in the house. I let them come in, I had an appointment. When I came back they were still there and they were cleaning. Something happened with one of the light fixtures and it fell. They said it was because they were vacuuming and the light fixture was already loose so it fell and dropped. I don't really know. I mean, I vacuumed the house before and it has never fallen. I know they were cleaning the light fixture so I am not going to make a big deal out of it because it is a $10 light fixture so I will just replace it. But then the guy was saying they should have charged me more because it took longer than we thought it was going to. I told him they did not really give me any time. They called me five minutes before they were going to get here. I already had an appointment to go to, so I didn't really like the attitude. They did a great job cleaning, though., but I didn't really like the attitude that kind of went with it. I would have had more stuff picked up and put away and made it more accessible for them if I had been given any notice they were coming. He was nice about it but he was kind of giving me attitude about it. They did do a great job cleaning but I didn't like being blamed. They were good, they did their job and got out. I thought the price was great for the price we paid.

Excellent service! They worked to accommodate a late request to have service before the holiday. The team showed up on time and did a fantastic job! They gained 2 additional customer who were impressed with the results. Signing up for service every 2 weeks. Definitely recommend them!!

They did a good job. Cleaned all the bathrooms, kitchen, vacuumed the house and did some light mopping. We needed more time to do additional cleaning but the deal was for 8 hours and I will need to have them come back.

There were 4 employees for a 2 hour shift. In a house with brand new carpeting, flooring, new paint, I was surprised by how much they didn't get to. I thought it was odd to have a policy that they didn't do closets...not even completely empty closets. They did great in the kitchen and bathrooms.

The team was courteous and efficient. I am a cancer patient and household chores are especially difficult at this time. They were very sensitive to my health situation. They took extra time in areas that are specifically related to my well-being and were not just interested in filling the time or completing a pre-made list that some cleaning companies have. I would certainly recommend them to all people searching for a company to clean whether you are in need of a small or large home or business to be cleaned. I would have them here regularly if expenses allowed.
