Adan and Team did a excellent job. I like and respect the fact that Adan is hands on and provides oversight to his teams. . They arrived on time with a team of four people. They cleaned the house from top to bottom ( 4900 plus square footage) in addition to the Florida room. They cleaned the refrigerators as well as, the stoves and they did a great job on my hard wood floors. I have since had the team back for a subsequent monthly cleaning, which also went very well.

I had used this vendor in the past and was fairly happy with their service. Their listing says nothing about first time nor repeat customers. I was told they would not honor my purchase as I had used them in the past, and Angie's List was for trying to get scheduled customers. This is poor, poor customer service. I have complained to Angie's List about this type of behavior in the past and get no satisfaction.

We have used this company several times, and I can only say they are inconsistent. Sometimes it is great, others is it not. On the last visit, the cleaners were several hours late. No call letting me know until after they were an hour late and I was told they were on there way. They arrived 2 hours later. I had errands I could have run. When they left the floors were sticky, smelled like old rags were used, and numerous misses on counters. Sink wasn't cleaned. Bathrooms were so so. I think it depends on how busy they have previously been in whether the service is going to be good or bad.

They arrived on time and very friendly. Started cleaning right away and was done in a few hours. I am hiring them again

They did a fine job. We tried to schedule another visit and they were supposed to be here but they were not. I rescheduled at 2 and they didn't get here until after 4.

Excellent service provided, very professional and flexible when scheduling the cleaning. We will definitely use their services again in the near future and recommend them 100%. My house was left spotless!!

Staff were very friendly, professional and respectful of our home. They cleaned all bathrooms and kitchen floor. Each bathroom sparkled, floors were thoroughly cleaned. I am very picky about cleaning and they exceeded my own standards.

I hired them to do a deep cleaning of my home and they did such a great job, I hired them to clean my house every 3 weeks. That service started 2 days ago and they a fantastic job. They pay close attention to detail. I've had my house cleaned before, but this company is the best I've seen so I would definitely refer them to others.

The three women who cane to the house did a wonderful job!! Would like to set up ongoing service, but office is not responsive for my request for fees for continuing service

Provider was very detailed. Did a walk through the house which allowed me to describe what needed to be done. He brought 4 cleaners and they did a very thorough job. My oven is now nice and clean. I signed for regular cleaning so hopefully they will continue to do well.

In the advertisement of the offer they never indicated that they did Charlotte on certain days, so it took us a long time to get them to come out, because we could only do it on Thursday and Friday, and they didn't come to Charlotte on Thursday and Friday, but it didn't say that anywhere. The first time they came they were great, and then we got them again to finish the bottom of the house and this time not so good. We are not going to use them again. They were not as thorough and not as good. We had them for two hours.

Overall, the performance was okay. An hour to clean a house is not ideal but they were very professional, prompt, and tried to complete the list of things I needed done.

It went well after a screw up on date and time. They arrived promptly within their window...actually a half hour before i expected them!! They were courteous and friendly!! They cleaned my house for the hour and a half they committed to and have hired them monthly to do cleaning for me.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. When they arrived, they did a great job! They were on time, and came with 4 people and were done in 2 hours. The house was the cleanest it's ever been.

That did not work out. I understand we are outside of the period to get a refund. I am going to use the money that was paid for that for another Big Deal. They never scheduled a time to come out. When they finally did, it was like a month later. We already found someone else. We were not pleased on how that went. We did call them to set-up a schedule. They promised that they would call us or text us back with the time for the schedule. A month went by and we never heard from them. The price was about what we ended up paying the third party.

kThey did an excellent job. Actually arrived about a half-hour earlier than scheduled but called ahead to say so. I gave them instructions beforehand about the areas in particular that I wanted them to focus on (there were a couple rooms I didn't have them bother with due to time constraints), and they were friendly, attentive and accommodating in the course of their work. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

I purchased the $149 for 8 hours cleaning deal. Three cleaners came within the appointed time frame, they did a great job! I am especially pleased with the kitchen - everything from sinks, countertops, cabinates (including the top of the cabinates) to the baseborads were cleaned. Wood floor was mopped by a cleaner and dried by another cleaner following him. They even took the time to remove the burned on residues on the cook top. The lead cleaner worked non-stop for the whole time. Highly recommend!

They came in like the real professional and while they did not do a deep cleaning because that is not what I requested, they did do a fantastic job. I was working from home and I did not even notice that they were there. I would and have asked them to come back on a regular basis.

La Cenicienta sent 3 cleaners out to my house. They were a tad late, but were professional and thoroughly cleaned our 2,700 sq ft house in approximately 4-5 hours. We purchased a deep clean, which included the cleaning of baseboards, ceiling fans, oven, and refrigerator (which we traded for our 1/2 bath that wasn't previously included in the purchase). Our oven was in rough shape, and they did an excellent job of cleaning it out! We were overall very satisfied with the cleaning service and would consider using them in the future for regular/monthly services.

It was hard to schedule but the work they did was fine. Other than the scheduling, I had no complaints. They showed up on time.

I paid for 8 hours of cleaning. Four people from their company came. Each one knew exactly where to go and they worked independently. The cleaning was very thorough--for example they wiped down walls, cleaned the backslash, and the stainless appliances shine like new. They were very professional and hardworking. I would definitely use them again.
