Description of Work: Deep cleaning. I haven't seen my house that clean in years.

Description of Work: Very good at setting appointment.Flexible when needing to change appointment. When they finally arrived at the house they acted as though they would be cleaning, as soon as my Mother left the house, so did they. I heard nothing from them. I wrote to complain and ask "why". They said the job was post construction and they did not do post construction work. Work was being done on other areas of the house but nothing was being done in the kitchen or bathroom. In fact, I had tried to make their job easier by removing all knobs from the cabinets and some precleaning. The house was a foreclosure and had been closed up for 2 years She did agree with me that they only want to clean clean houses. Make no mistake, it was dirty but nothing about it was post construction. I guess you should make sure that no other work is being done on your house if you expect them to clean.

Description of Work: Hired their services for a deep cleaning. They sent 3 people and they were there about 3 hours. They didn't get to everything, but they may have just run out of time. The only issue I had was that I was told they would be there between 8 and 9 in the morning, but they didn't get there until around 1:30. I received a call around 9:45 with the scheduling mixup, but once they arrived it was great. I came home and the place looked fantastic! Smelled very clean and my appliances looked like new! Definitely will use them again!

Description of Work: They just didn't do a very good job. I pay 1 person regular for 4 hours of service and she did a much better job than 3 people for 2 hours (6 total hours).

Description of Work: I scheduled a cleaning more than 2 weeks in advance, they called me and sent an email saying they will be here the requested date, over the phone the told me it was going to be afternoon. The week before the scheduled cleaning, I sent to email requesting to confirm the time of service. No response via email or otherwise. The day of service Mon 7/6 at 7:45 AM I received a call telling me they were coming, I said I have scheduled to work during the morning, also told them the time of service was determined by them. I asked them if Tue 7/7 was a possibility, and they said yes, it was even better for them. I told them that I needed to be out of my house by 11:30 AM to work. They said "no problem", there will be 3 people at 8:00 AM and will be done by 11:30 AM. 7:45 AM I received a call asking me if my home was in Roberts Rd, of course I said yes, next time I heard from them was 8:50 AM telling me they had a problem and they will be here soon, they also told me "you have that thing you want to be in the house" I decided right then, it was not going to work. I thanked them, and that is the reason I asked for my money back.

Description of Work: The cleaning itself was great. I was very pleased but I had purchase a 3 hour deal. They were only in my 700 square foot apartment for an hour but they felt because they had sent 3 people that counted as a 3 hour clean. I did not feel that that was a fair representation of the amount I paid and the services received. I would have hired them to return on a full time basis if they had fulfilled the additional cleanings that I believed I was owed from the big deal. Since they did not, I do not feel they operate with the level of integrity I believe the entities I work should. For that reason, I will not have them back. Nor will I recommend them to anyone moving forward.
