Description of Work: Cleaned my entire house with a crew of three. They worked non-stop and were very professional and thorough. I got the deep clean and Imcould not be happier!

Description of Work: Housecleaning with emphasis on areas sometimes not a part of routine cleaning. Deepcleanig stove,refrigerator and cabinet exteriors were thoroughly cleaned.

Description of Work: Purchased a groupon. They did not show up so I called. He had forgotten but was apologetic. There was something going on with a death of a friend. They fit us in two days later. I was stressed but ok with it. They did a good job but he told me they would go ahead and clean our interior windows since they didn't have to clean 2 of our bedrooms and we have no high windows. They left without cleaning them.I let it slide. The rest of the house was cleaned well.He quoted me a fair price to come clean again so I scheduled another cleaning 6 weeks later. I made sure to specify that it included windexing of interior windows and dusting of sills. Also a few other things needed dusted that had been neglected on their 1st visit. So I just made sure to specify that I wanted those items included. On their 2nd visit he did not come along with his co-workers and they spoke very little English. This made it awkward and difficult to communicate. I sent him a text making sure that the other items would get done but he did not respond and the items didn't get done. I paid cash figuring the owner would call and come by personally to finish. He never did a follow up call. I wish I hadn't paid full price because, along with the items missed, several things were done with lack. Behind the bathroom doors there was still dust and crumbs and the floor around the master tub there was still epsom salt. Items on the counter barely got wiped as well. I was disappointed because he was very nice and I was hoping this could be a reoccurring thing. He never called bothered to call and I just moved on.

Description of Work: The crew from La Cienta was phenomenal. My home was spotless after they completed their work. I will definitely look to use them in the future.

Description of Work: The cleaning team worked overtime to provide the best service possible. Easy to schedule and the business called to confirm the date beforehand, and then during the cleaning called with questions. Great job!

Description of Work: Cleaners were hard-working and did an excellent job. When I requested they give attention to an area they did so very willingly. They stayed longer than the contracted time to complete the job to a high standard of quality.
