He was not happy at all when he open the door and showed to us in a sad way. Nevertheless when we did the walk trough, your house was not really ready for any type of cleaning. I will not describe the way we seen it; I will only say it needed A LOT of attention. We walked out of the house to call you but we weren't able to get ahold of you. When we came back to talk to the person at the house, HE NEVER OPENED THE DOOR AGAIN. We hardly tried to get it going for you afterwards, but no luck. Thanks so much for the chance you gave us.
