First 2 or 3 times it went fine. I did notice that they left a window unlocked, even though they didn't clean the windows. I told the head- person and told him to make sure all windows were locked when they finished. The next time I noticed a bran new pair of Birkenstocks (that cost $100+) were missing, as well as other items. It's been several months and the items never turned up, so I am assuming they were taken. My husband and I live alone, so it's easy to tell what is here and what isn't. I called the service and told them I no longer needed their services. I would suggest you not hire these people because they are not trustworthy.

They got me into the schedule immediately on short notice, did a good, quick job, and I have scheduled monthly cleanings with them. I would recommend them!

Company sent an email to confirm a time. They didn't show up on the date/time they scheduled. When I called, they blamed it on a software problem scheduling me at 9pm instead of 9AM. When I sent a note back to them to show them I paid for the 6 and 3 hours of services, they never responded. I expect a full refund from Angie's list.

The service was good. Both of them were very cooperative and did whatever we asked.

Quality- a quality job. My home looked like a professional came in and it shined. What a difference a few hours can make. I really appreciate the job they did.

Poorly, I was very dissatisfied with their cleaning and will not hire them again. They should not be recommended on Angie's list.

It was ok. They didn't do everything I thought they should have done, but it was ok. I thought they would do baseboard cleaning because I am unable to do it myself. I was a little disappointed. There was a communication barrier. They were on time. They were quick and I thought I overpaid for the time it took.

Purchased an Angies List deal and was very happy with the service. Hired them on an on-going basis and was fairly happy. Some cleaning days were better than others, but all in all pretty happy. With the last cleaning, one of a set of living room lamps was knocked to the floor and damaged. My elderly mother (90) was home at the time and said it was fine. It was not. The lamp had a broken and torn lamp shade that was a match to the lamp, and a bent holder for the lamp shade, and the base of the ceramic lamp was broken. I called and they agreed to pay for ONE lamp (lamps in my house are sets of two and this one was expensive and not something that is currently available). I wasn't happy about having to pay for a lamp that I had no plans to replace for a very long time.... but ok. I was told he would bring me a check for the one lamp. He did not. About 10 days later I contacted him and was told he would put the check in the mail that day and two weeks later I contacted him again and said to forget the check and cancel my future services. To which he replied he would still mail the check and cancel my future services. Still no check. I have issues with someone making promises and not following through. That is not professional! I would not hire again.

They were prompt and on time. They did a thorough, efficient job and left the house looking and smelling clean.

When they were first hired they did not show up on time after several calls and texts they arrived 3hours after they were originally scheduled. . After many assurances from Adon that we could count on their punctuality in the future we hired them to come every two weeks to clean our home. We did this despite some reservations because the employees who cleaned our home were very thorough and friendly and we were happy to support a family owned business . The 2nd time they were scheduled they arrived 3 hours late again and had to rush to complete their work because we were expecting several guests. The last time they were scheduled they simply never showed up . No phone calls no texts . At the end of the day I called the owner and left a voice mail telling him we would no longer be able to continue our relationship since we apparently could not count on their showing up . To this day I have never heard from the company . I am sorry but would not recommend this company to anyone!

they did a great job, there was a few things they missed but once i let them know they cleaned them up great. I have noticed with every house cleaning place i have used, theres always a few things they miss. Nobody is perfect, but i am especially picky, so overall they did a fabulous job!

Had to cancel service because of no response to phone and email messages for > 2 weeks in order to schedule cleaning appointment.

I called them to schedule and they were very distracted, they asked if they could call me back, which is not a problem but I had to tell them to actually take my phone number so they could call me back. When they did call back they clearly thought they were calling a different client for a different service. Then they rescheduled, AGAIN thinking I was another person, I asked if they had my (rather than the person's they thought I was) address and they did not - how were they planning on finding me to do the service we had agreed upon??? At every interaction they were disorganized and confused. And then they called 2 hours before they were scheduled to arrive claiming they had been in a car accident and could not make it. While that could have happened it seems like they just overbooked themselves, didn't realize until the day of and then decided lying about it would be the best solution.

They did a great job. Absolutely nothing negative.

Both the spring cleaning and regular monthly cleaning went very well. The team was punctual and came prepared to do a great job. I respect the fact that Adan the owner provides oversight to insure customer satisfaction.

Great! My place was cleaner than it's ever been! The appliances sparkled!

There were a couple of communication issues, but the young ladies were very pleasant and did a great job.

It went very well. They did a wonderful job. The house was really in need of a deep clean and unfortunately there was not enough time to deep clean the whole house. I"d recommend La Cenicienta if you really want a good clean.

great job..they let themselves in and do good work on floors, bathrooms and kitchen areas.

I hired them before & they did great. However, the next time I needed them, they took a while to call back. Then said they would " definitely be there. They were a NO call No show. I had to scramble to do myself as I was getting company.

Once the team arrived, they were friendly and did a great job. The team was a married couple and I will definitely would request them again. Communication before the appointment could have been a lot better though, and they were several hours late.

It was okay. It wasn't as good as the first one I purchased but they did a good job. I thought they were supposed to do the refrigerator and the stove but they told me it wasn't part of the deal yet it was. I didn't have my paperwork right with me at the time. It just caught me off guard but that was my fault. I walked out of my home and they didn't really bother me. They were friendly. They should do what they say. They should know what they are supposed to be doing, if you're supposed to be doing a deep cleaning that includes the refrigerator and the stove, then they need to do that. And that was something I wanted done and it wasn't done. They basically lied to me about what they were supposed to do.

Our first cleaning took longer than expected, which was fine as new customers. There were missed areas of cleaning around the house that we wanted to point out for next time. It seemed like they were in a hurry to leave rather than hear our concerns but we were hoping to follow up with our next appointment 2 weeks later. Afterwards, Adan called about the concern of his work. This was our first trial, he should have been here. Granted we had to reschedule, he could have picked another date that worked for the two of us. First time experiences with any company is important. In any case, we were willing to keep give it a few tries as Adan suggested however he never showed up afterwards and I had to reach out to learn we weren't continuing forward. It would have been nice to make other arrangements, I'd think notifying me would be the courteous thing to do. In any case, from prior reviews perhaps consistency would have been an issue as we don't want to nitpick concerns and would expect it done well the first time as mentioned before, first impressions are everything!
